Project Overview
I'm working on an indie cartoon pilot! It's a show about life. Cosmic beings coexist on one planet and try to find their place in the grand scheme of existence. The pilot centers on a duo of Sun and Moon siblings as they spend the day shopping at a cosmic grocery store.
Looking for voice actors with lots of range! People who understand good comedic timing as well as being able to deliver a powerful emotional performance when needed.
Voice Actor
One of the two main characters! A chill laid back Sun woman in her mid-20s who's hardly phased by any challenge! A confident tomboy-type character who usually has a handle on most situations. One of the two main characters! A book-smart neurotic Moon man in his mid-20s who's a stickler for the rules. Can be a bit of a downer but isn't an outright jerk. Still has a very wide emotional range. Have y'all ever seen the YouTuber "Spaceman Scott"? I feel like he's the perfect reference point for the type of voice I'm looking for for this character. Deep but not too deep, nasally but not too nasally, and a good inbetween of sounding like a "cartoon" character and Just A Regular Guy. I’ve been reading up on magic-enhancing enzymes. There’s some foods that can increase a sorcerer’s ability to perform magic spells. Some breads, some soups… I’m thinking of getting into soup.
That’s it, I’m breaking out my self-help shelf spells for dumbbells.
The cynics of the world have a funny word for everything they don’t like. I just think these places get “muzak” because they’re too stingy to get good music.
