Project Overview
Hello! Welcome to the Follower Expansion casting call. I'm really pleased you're interested in the project! Please have a read of all the information here and about each character you wish to audition for as it'll help you greatly!

This project is an expansion mod for Skyrim, adding new quests and characters to the game.
I ask that all auditions have great quality audio. There is a small amount of leniency for this as I can clean up the tracks, but this is a professional project and I'd ask that it be treated as such! Each character has an estimated line count, but these are subject to very minor changes across development.
It is my intention for this project to be purchasable, meaning that I intend to pay the voice actors that are cast. This will depend on the success of the project and will be subject to change. Amounts cannot be determined at this time, but naturally the roles with a higher line count will receive a higher amount. I believe in working together transparently, so if cast, you will be kept informed of any developments and we will discuss the specifics when you have been cast.
A few things to note if your audition is successful:
I'm keen to make things as easy as they can be for both of us! Your script will be in a PDF format, and will number each individual line (along with additional information about that line - circumstances, emotion, lines that have come before, etc). I ask that all lines are sent over as separate tracks and are numbered in correlation with the line number on the script.
I prefer to work over email, so if you are successful, I'll send you over my email so that we can get started!
Some of these roles have a lot of lines and will need serious voice actors to do them justice! For most roles, I will place the current line count (subject to minimal changes) along with how I'd like the voices to sound. Some characters have more leniency than others when it comes to accents/voice styles, and some I'll be entirely happy for you to come up with your own spin on things!
To give everyone the best possible opportunity, some characters are collated into voice types rather than characters. This will give you a good chunk of lines to do! If you successfully audition for a voice type, you will receive multiple character scripts. When sending lines over, please follow the same format as mentioned earlier, and be sure to keep each character's lines separate.
I'll be looking at a deadline of around the end of June 2024. I'll confirm this again when you are cast, so if there are any problems with this, please let me know then.

Asina is an assassin with a difficult past. Although she is frequently able to make light of most situations, she takes her work seriously, is dedicated, and enjoys 'the art of murder'. This is a major role which contains all manner of dialogue, including combat lines.
Disclaimer: This role references sexual assault in dialogue, so please be comfortable with this. I take this subject matter very seriously and have done my best to do the situation justice.
Line Count: This is subject to change as I am still working on certain parts, but I would expect this character to range between 450-550 lines.
Voice: Asina should ideally have an English accent, but I am open to others. She has a warm voice, bordering on sultry but not overtly sexual.

Istlorn descends from a family of proud warriors. Unfortunately, Istlorn was forced to stray from this path after his parents were killed. Now an assassin, Istlorn is helplessly dedicated to his new family. Although relatively reserved in conversation, he is very capable, but seeks approval from his peers. This is a major role which contains all manner of dialogue, including combat lines.
Line Count: This is subject to change as I am still working on certain parts, but I would expect this character to range between 450-600 lines.
Voice: Istlorn should ideally have an English accent, but I am open to others. He is usually serious and reserved, yet eager to impress, and has an element of darkness in his voice (not over the top, I'd like to keep away from teenage angst, whispering and batman level talking).

This role is for additional female voices. I am looking to cast one actor to fulfill these roles as they are all minor. This may require a few different voice types, which are listed in the audition lines below.
Line count: Subject to change, but I would expect 20-40 lines

Haughty: The silent treatment? A little commonplace for you, isn't it? I know why you're here, so let's get this over with!
