Hello and welcome to the casting call!
This project will be dubbing this Fire Emblem Comic by Koalaflage.
Permission was given by the artist to dub it.
Before auditioning, please take a moment to read the list of rules/requirements of the Casting Call:
RULES:
1. Mic Quality
Many character lines are one-liners for the most part, but quality is still a factor, so be sure to audition to the best of your ability.
2. Audition Takes and Final Takes
Due to my erratic schedule, being in college, and the inability to see the future, turnaround time to submit lines can be distressing, especially for the people who submit their lines at the last minute or do not communicate with me after casting. As the project is scheduled to go up on the 24th of June and I am the sole editor with my own IRL commitments, please note: WHEN AUDITIONING, KEEP IN MIND THAT AUDITION TAKES MAY BE USED IN THE FINAL PRODUCT. Unless you have a fast turnaround time and can get me the lines within a week or less, please submit the audition takes as if you're going to submit lines for the final product.
3. Acting vs. Impression
As much as I would like to hear a perfect impression for each of the character, that is not needed. You are free to do so if you like, but comic dubs offer experience for many new Voice Actors and ways to practice acting for more experienced Voice Actors. I will be providing links to the characters' voice reference, but know that I will be looking for emotion in the performance as well.
4. Birthday Song
NOT required, but I would like to ask that if you do audition for any of the characters, please include a short birthday song at the end of the audition. Don't feel shy about singing the birthday song if you don't have a singing voice. The comic does feature a birthday song so to help bring it more to life, a few volunteers would be much appreciated.
Please check the "Birthday Song Singer" role if interested. OR include the song at the END of your character audition. ( The specific lyrics can be found on the role. )

Description from FE: Warriors:
"A tactician of the Halidom of Ylisse, Robin is a part of a force that fights against a hopeless destiny.
Robin uses a tome to command a variety of magics, oftentimes dark, to attack enemies. Together with the Levin Sword, this tactician can turn the tide of battle."
A calm, collected person whom people can rely on, with a Medium to Medium-low voice-type.

"Miriel is a perfectionist who cannot stand having even a single book out of place in the Shepherd's garrison. She is especially harsh when berating anyone who behaves thoughtlessly. More so, Miriel is an intellectual individual with a vast array of eloquent vocabulary which leaves most of the Shepherds, more often than not, confused or sometimes even annoyed. Miriel tends to be interested only in the theoretical and discovery of the inner workings of the world. If something interests her, she will stop at nothing until she knows all of it."
She is a highly analytical person, lacking in social skills and common sense, focusing much more on the scientific end of things. She is a Medium-high to Medium-low voice type.

Nowi, due to her age as a Manakete, mostly acts like a child, but it is often done to cheer others up. Upon joining the army, Nowi immediately understands her cheerful impact on the army and acts accordingly to keep the army's morale up. Nevertheless, Nowi continues to live everyday, enjoying the time she has with everyone in the army."
She is an energetic and cheerful person. Her cheery attitude brings smiles to the members of the army. She has a High voice type.

"Cherche is a domestic woman raised on simple values who is good at cooking and sewing, in contrast to her vicious wyvern. Despite her domestic nature, she is surprisingly strong as she gained her vicious dragon mount by defeating her and surviving her fire breath. She has a bizarre sense of aesthetics, referring to monsters and bugs as cute. She also manages to not lose sight of Kellam because his armor is 'cute' and later offers to decorate its shoulder plate with spikes so it would be 'cuter'. She is the scariest person in the army to anger as she tends to threaten people by implying that she will make Minerva eat them all with a smile on her face."
She is a knight at heart, being elegant and modest in one moment and the scariest woman in the army in the next. She has a Medium-High to Medium-low voice.

He's a young village boy who manages to join the army after fighting off bandits in his village. As his village is in the South, he has a (American) Southern-accent. He has a Medium-High to Medium voice type.

She is a rough-and-tough type of person, but does have some insecurity in regards to her femininity. She has a Medium to Low voice type.

"Maribelle is a member of Chrom's Shepards, and is the daughter of the Duke of Themis, an influential noble family in Ylisse. Maribelle is a typical noblewoman, trained in the classical and finer arts of the higher ranks in society. Ironically, this has sparked within her an interest in the "plebeian" lifestyles of the common citizenry of Ylisse, in turn motivating her aspiration to become a magistrate that fosters equal rights between both the nobility and the common folk alike. She tends to come off as being snobbish and prideful, warming up rather slowly to others. Once she has developed a fairly intimate relationship with a given individual, she becomes much kinder and is more sensitive to the emotions of the other party."
If you searched the word "nobility" in the dictionary, you'll find a picture of Maribelle next to it. While snobbish, she takes into consideration the feelings of all others and works to understand them. I'm unsure what accent she has so for the role, the accent in unnecessary (points in your favor if you know it). She has a High to Medium-high voice type.

He is a dependable knight, on which many of the Shepards can count on. He does take his role as retainer to Chrom a bit too seriously, going above and beyond for his sake. He has a Medium-low to Low/Deep voice.

She is also the last survivor of the Taguel after a genocide by an unknown group of humans, though she does not have any real motivation to continue her species. As such, she refers to any human who has not earned her respect as "man-spawn."
As a beast warrior, she has extraordinary athletic ability.She speaks with pride and caution and is considered "wild" as she never grew with "human customs". She has a Medium to Low voice.

His smile and cheery appearance goes against his more darker personality. Despite that, he does care about the well-being of those around him (while having less care for others such as animals, enemies, etc). He has a Medium-High to Medium voice.
