Fallout Radio - RadiOhio
I need a voice-actor who can read off several lines of fictional news in a manner similar to the radio stations from Fallout 3, New Vegas, and Fallout 4. This is part of a personal project of mine as part of celebration for Fallout 76's release. Because of this, you don't need to be incredibly professional - and you can put in whatever kind of personality you want. All I ask for is a decent mic, a good voice, and consistent personality of your choosing. Feel free to play with the lines a little bit. Due to the nature of this project, I can't pay you unfortunately.
What Role Is Your Voice Going To Play?
As part of Fallout 76's release, I'm going all out. See, I live just off of a campus in Findlay, Ohio, and every Wednesday I go to a gamenight with several of my friends and a teacher, and I saw this as a great excuse to show off some cool stuff, practice foamsmithing, and just have a lot of fun showing off something I love. As part of that, I will be doing this:
- Wearing a vault 76 jumpsuit, custom foam armor, the F4 Pip-Boy with my phone inside, and carrying a duffel bag with the power armor helmet from the Fallout 76 Power Armor Edition
- Making sweetrolls (from the Fallout CookBook releasing soon) for everyone at gamenight
- On the walk to gamenight(a 15-minute, cross-campus walk) I plan on having the Pip-Boy playing various songs from Fallout on shuffle, and in-between have custom radio-host news and announcements randomly playing as well for anyone I pass to hear. This is where you come in. If you aren't comfortable with your voice being used in this manner, this isn't the project for you.
If it's exposure and a project you can put on a resume you want, I do plan on uploading the full playlist online for everyone else to hear, on my personal Youtube account for miscellaneous stuff.
