Fallout: Cascadia
Project Overview
Fallout Cascadia is a upcoming total conversion mod for Fallout 4. It's essentially a whole new Fallout game built from the ground up using the Fallout 4 Creation engine and will be distributed as a mod. You'll create a new character, explore new lands, meet new characters and factions, enjoy new (and some old!) mechanics and systems. It's set in the greater Seattle metropolitian area, but to really bring the world to life, we need actors to give our characters a voice!
You can find out more about our mod on our website or find us on Twitter!
When you are logged in, you can comment, add submissions, create projects, upvote, search open roles, and way more. Login here.
8-year-old Black/AA boy with generic North American accent. Very polite and friendly. We know that supplying the VA for a child can be tricky when you're not a child yourself, but if you have a young boy's voice in your repertoire, we're looking for you!

Mommy and Daddy told me that if I'm polite, I'll be the most helpful man in the Wasteland!
Oh, hello! If you've got a minute, could you please help me find my ball?
Yeah, yeah...
"The Big Six" is the development-team nickname for the six major characters that the Drifter (the player character) will meet regardless of which of the three questlines they choose. These characters are integral to the plot, and thus will typically have more lines and require a greater amount of commitment from the actor. Please keep that in mind!
Emily Pearse: Republic of Cascadia
42 y/o Caucasian bisexual woman with generic North American accent - black hair, dark eyes.
As the Attorney General for the Republic of Cascadia, Emily is an intellectual at heart. She serves as the adviser to her brother, Oliver Pearse, the President of the RoC at the start of the game, however she finds qualms with his methods. She’s much more for the pen than the sword.
Has more skeletons in her closet than she would like to admit.
A romance option for the player should they choose the Republic of Cascadia questline.

I'm just about finished with this case. Did you need something from me?
We simply don't have the capacity to lock people away like they did in the Old World. Instead, we punish crime with community service. Or, in the case of the most dangerous criminals: execution.
Glad to see you're keeping up with the conversation...

Julia Scott: Republic of Cascadia
26 y/o Caucasian asexual woman with generic North American accent - red hair, hazel eyes.
The Chief Security Officer of the Republic of Cascadia. Her job is to keep the capital city of Cascade safe by leading “the Security,” a former mercenary-group who now works as the police.
No-nonsense and confident (but not cruel), Julia runs a pretty tight ship. She is respected by both allies and adversaries.
Julia has some playful sass to her. She is very professional at first but becomes warmer and more genuine with the player over time.

Oh! How long have you been standing there?
I know I have a reputation of being a bit of a hard-ass, but I swear I'm not that bad once you get to know me.
I could really go for a Sarge right about now...
49 y/o Asian man with generic North American accent.
An award-winning general, Sheng is experienced and firm, but also quite the family man. He is married to Calliope Sheng-Willard, the garrison's supervising medic.
General Sheng believes that his family's Chinese heritage is partially why the NCR sent him to Kent, the "Siberia" of all NCR outposts. He's quite frustrated by Shady Sands' lack of support for his troops in Kent.
- english
Morale is low and I swear I haven't seen the sun in weeks. But Shady Sands thinks there's promise, here. So we stay.
I don't appreciate your tone.
There are several ways to get to Cascade. The easiest way is through Bridgetown - with that Pip-Boy it should be easy enough to find.
34 y/o Caucasian woman with generic North American accent.
As her name might imply (Tynee, pronounced "tiny"), Kamilla is twice as fierce as she is small. She handles the new recruits (not that there really are any), and has quite the sass on her.
Tynee is perhaps the most frustrated, along with General Sheng, that the NCR in the area has no support from back home. It makes her job practically impossible.
- english
Let me see your enlistment and assignment papers.
Morale is low, being understaffed and under-supplied is the norm... I mean, would you want to be assigned here? ...That was a rhetorical question, by the way. Don't answer that.
Since I'm on the clock, it might be best if we kept our relationship a little more professional. ...For now.
51 y/o Caucasian man with generic North American Accent.
The ambassador from the NCR to the Republic of Cascadia, Lionel is sensible and diplomatic, and is trying to improve relations between the two nations.
- english
On behalf of the New California Republic, I officially welcome you to our diplomatic presence in the Republic of Cascadia.
I would also like to apologize in confidence for any trouble you may have encountered on the way to Cascade.
For all of Cascadia's efforts, the Pacific Wasteland remains under-patrolled. Raiders, mutants, rebels, ghouls, crazed wildlife...
A generic presidential guard doing his job! Adult man with generic North American accent.

State your business, wastelander.
Better bring some credentials with you next time.
We've got our eyes on you.
Middle-aged Caucasian man with generic North American accent. The humble mailman of an area of the Pacific Wasteland.
- english
Shit man, we might be living in a post-apocalyptic wasteland but we have to have some kind of standards.
Hello there! I've got a package for you!
Alright, that's it for now. I'm sure I'll see you around.

Good morning, friend! The mountains are out, the people are working… What a great day!
These poor creatures are just misunderstood. If you know how to deal with them, they won’t harm you
Sigh… I guess there’s no way to convince you to stay.
Brandon is a 26 years old man, he is four years younger than his sister, Meave Barlow.
- english
Anyway, they mostly left me alone because I could help everyone get what they needed. No questions asked.
Okay, this part is done. Now I just need a life preserver to finish it.
Hmmm, yeah, it's doable. It's badly damaged on the inside, but nothing I can't handle.
- english
Well this morning's been a bit rough. One of the Barlow's chickens got into our pasture somehow, and got eaten.
Not if you're lucky! Their bites can be nasty, but the ones in our flock are pretty well socialized. They'll only bite if threatened
He's going to be an adult one day, and he'll need to know how to work the farm. I think there's no harm in teaching him early.

Well, not to toot my own horn, Victoria and I actually make this place worth living! (Laughs)
Anyway, how is it going?
- english
Thanks, man. I appreciate you asking. But I gotta figure out this by my own, you know?
Ah, that sucks. Tell you what, go talk to Brandon. I'm sure he'll figure out what you should do.
- english
Pretty well. Gertrude's gone broody again, but she'll get over it.
So if Brandon doesn't fix that fence soon, I'm going to freeze his toothbrush in a block of ice.

I finished my chores, so Mom and Dad said I can go play with Jasper.
Gosh, you adults are so literal! Here, you can borrow some of mine, don't go breaking locks.
- english
Oh, all sorts of things. I won't bore you with the list. We're hoping to experiment with fruit trees next year
One of these days, I think Brandon's going to up and vanish again. But at least Maeve's got him here for now
The Caged are a hostile band of raiders, known for their impressive taming abilities.

Hope this ruins your day! [Raider is attacking someone]
I could've just been a fucking farmer... [Raider is bleeding out and dying]
You handle this! I'm getting out of here! [Raider flees from the fight]

The Bloodbags are cannibalistic, specifically vampiric raiders who raise Bloodbugs (Massive mutated mosquitos) both as guard animals and as livestock.

Bloodbags best-best! You worst! [Taunting their enemy in combat]

Scatter-flee, go far! [They decide to flee from combat]
An oddity in a sea of oddities, the Patchwork are the wasteland's premiere, and for the most part, only, organ bandits. They trend towards using sharp, stunning weapons as well as conventional firearms. The more senior members wear more tactical gear, but the patchwork rusted metal of raider armor is not an uncommon sight among the lower ranks.
- english
Spill out your beautiful organs! [When attacking a enemy, said confidently]
Gotta pull out before we make another incision! [When ordering to fallback from current engagement, said in a irritated tone]
Get them stuck in so we can can get to work! [When ordering suppressive fire, said in a irritated/heated tone]

The Greenbacks are one of the prominent raider groups in the Pacific Wasteland. Firmly a gang, or criminal organization, the Greenbacks have a formal structure with rules of engagement and clear objectives. Their primary goals include strengthening themselves through scavenging and trade, with an eventual goal of becoming a "legitimate" organization that produces and procures high tech weaponry.
- english
Hope you can take a hit! [When attacking a enemy, said confidently]
Hit my goddamn heart if you're gonna shoot me in the chest! [Shot in the chest and given the "crippled limb" effect, said as they are in pain]
Get out of the open and grab some cover! [Ordering allies to take cover, said in a worried tone]

The Fishheads are the Pacific Wasteland's premier slavers, operating out of Pike's Place traditionally. They provide various reclaimed factories, as well as chem plants and farms, with labor. They also rent out their "property" to anyone in need of a specialist. Their strength makes them a difficult target for anti-slavers everywhere, as well as for the Republic of Cascadia who struggles to deal with them, considering a handful of their wealthier, influential citizens use their slaves for labor in their out-of-city projects.
- english
The fool believes they can win! Prove them wrong! [Taunting their enemy in combat, said confidently]
The degenerates have us outgunned! Retreat! [Fleeing from a engagement, said in a afraid tone]
Get some cover! That's a grenade! [Avoiding a threat, in this instance a grenade thrown at them, said in a worried tone]
