The Greenbacks are one of the prominent raider groups in the Pacific Wasteland. Firmly a gang, or criminal organization, the Greenbacks have a formal structure with rules of engagement and clear objectives. Their primary goals include strengthening themselves through scavenging and trade, with an eventual goal of becoming a "legitimate" organization that produces and procures high tech weaponry.
