  • An award-winning general, Sheng is experienced and firm, but also quite the family man. He is married to Calliope Sheng-Willard, the garrison's supervising medic.

  • General Sheng believes that his family's Chinese heritage is partially why the NCR sent him to Kent, the "Siberia" of all NCR outposts. He's quite frustrated by Shady Sands' lack of support for his troops in Kent.
