Hello everyone! I am currently looking for a small team of voice actors who are interested in joining my in-progress series! I will be briefly explaining the plot here, but will send a detailed plot to casted voice actors. Scripts are completed and will be sent to you immediately after casting. The series will consist of 2 episodes, each approximately 15-20 minutes long. The mini-series will be a short/medium-term project, so please be prepared to turn in lines upon request.
[Requirements for auditions]
You must be positive you are able to fit in with 10-13 day deadlines. This is required for ALL members of the team.
13+ to audition. According to Discord TOS and my own preferences, you must be 13+ to audition.
Please be dedicated to the project. I do not want my team to drop out of the project because they are not dedicated.
Must have discord or email. This will be our only way of communication, preferred discord.
Must have good mic quality or little or no background noise. XRL mics are highly preferred, but USB mics are welcome if treated properly.
Submit lines and auditions through MP3. or WAV. files only.
[Plot]
In the year 2140, children are no longer raised and cultivated by their parents. Instead, they’re sent to the town of Norwood. Each child is assigned a matching mentor based on your personality traits. These mentors will teach you everything you need to know about the evolving world. Each teen is put under life-threatening tasks before they can reunite with their parents. But what if this is all a lie?

As unprepared as I may seem, this project will be finished no matter what. Even if it takes a while for me to complete, it will be finished.
As mentioned before, this will be a 2 part series. However, if the series does well, I may make a continuation to the series.
There is no income/payment for the project. This is made for entertainment purposes only. However, I will be giving out recommendations to members of the team who have impressed me (so look out for those 👀)

Corey is the protagonist. She's brave, determined, and kind. She's hardly ever discouraged and is always looking on the bright side. And she is willing to set anything aside to protect the ones she loves most.
Voice Pitch: Medium, I am looking for a voice actor with a flexible range.
(Quiet, Ashamed) You're right...It's getting a bit late...I think I'll head off to bed.
O-oh! Right! Sorry...I kinda zoned out there *laughs*
(Emotional) N-no..what have I done...I was suppose to be there for you...(Screaming) NO!
Cameron is a cold, unaffectionate, and hostile boy. He is always impatient and gets frustrated with Corey most of the time. He's not afraid to take chances and willing to speak out his opinion in any way possible.
Voice pitch: Medium-Medium low.
(Annoying) Can we just move already? You've been standing there for years, we'll be late at this rate.
(Angry) What about the rest of us, Corey? You're putting the rest of us in danger!
(Suprised) *Gasp* Are you INSANE?! We're meant to stay here! You don't know what's out there!
Kate is socially awkward, and shy, but she's not afraid to give out her opinion. She hardly ever speaks up for herself and always backs away from stick situations.
Voice pitch: Medium-high. Her voice should be soft and soothing.
(Nervous, quiet) R-right..You guys should probably go without me..I don't want to keep you waiting..
(Angry) STOP IT YOU TWO! It's bad enough we have war outside, we don't need one inside as well!
(Lost in thought) Don't you ever wish there was a world outside these fences? Don't you want a life outside this town?
This is a double casting role. Once cast, you will play both Stella and Reagan, you need to use slightly different voices for each character. Stella, Corey's mentor, is stern and unaffectionate. She gets angry at Corey easily and is almost always rushing. Reagan, Corey's bigger sister, is kind, loving, and sweet. She's very adventurous and always on the look for a new adventure.
Voice pitches: Stella has a medium to slightly low voice. Her voice should sound slightly more flat and unemotional. Reagan should have a medium voice pitch. [There will be a younger version of Reagan, so please be prepared to use younger voices.]
Stella: (Stern) Corey, you need to focus on your work. You'll never leave Norwood if you never learn.
Reagan: (Stern, dark) No time for questions. We have to get out of here. Norwood isn't safe anymore...
Reagan younger: (Sobbing) I'll take good care of her! Please! Just let me stay with her!
The Mayor will play a small part in this series. She is cruel and dark. She is always wanting to tighten up the security and post extra guards.
Voice pitch: Medium/Medium-low. Her voice should be flat and raspy.
(Stern, demanding) Stella cannot remain here, she is a threat to our success. It is possible she will spill our secrets. I want her executed immediately.
(Forced sweet tone) I am..quite tired of being told what I can and cannot do. I want her executed by dawn. I can trust you to keep your mouth shut..can't I?
Extras will play a small but critical part in the series. There will be many more added extra's in the future, so you'll most likely play more than one ^^
Voice pitch: Any
(Nervous) M-ma'am! Y-you can't do this!
*Laugh* Heading somewhere?
(Stern, threatening) Listen, kid. Keep your mouth shut. Do not speak of this to anyone, understand?
