The Mayor will play a small part in this series. She is cruel and dark. She is always wanting to tighten up the security and post extra guards.

Voice pitch: Medium/Medium-low. Her voice should be flat and raspy. 

  • (Stern, demanding) Stella cannot remain here, she is a threat to our success. It is possible she will spill our secrets. I want her executed immediately.

  • (Forced sweet tone) I am..quite tired of being told what I can and cannot do. I want her executed by dawn. I can trust you to keep your mouth shut..can't I?
