Animators needed!

If anybody has experience with animation, or knows how to animate themselves, please consider making an animator audition in the second cycle page!
Hello there, my name is Seth and for a long time now I've wanted to create a community of artists, of creators that can come together to make something great. I've spent countless hours looking at YouTube tutorials, and even more trying to apply them in Unity, Blender, Musescore, only to get really get much of anywhere. I decided to finally attempt to make this series into a fully animated ordeal.
Here's the pitch!:
"EQUALIZERS" follows a story about two alien races fighting against each other for their own respective causes. The catch here is that Earth is caught up in the mix when the Teinkhan (tenn-kawn) devote themselves to humanity after the first headmaster was saved by a human. The Teinkhan are technologically advanced to a level unseen by the galaxy, and they have lived among Earth for centuries. They have a mystical trait in their species, which is being able to attach themselves to another being after they die. The souls of these dead Teinkhan are called "Sync Spirits," and they give power to anyone that interlinks their soul with them. Only now are they beginning to die in battle against their alien counterparts, the Xhenki. The Xhenki are planet-conquering, beastly savages bent on hunger for not only war, but living flesh. As Teinkhan die on Earth, their spirits are released into the open, now linking with human beings and giving them superhuman abilities.
Please do consider auditioning! We'd love to have you bring the series to life with us.

To all who have auditioned or have planned on auditioning, I would like to inform that due to a lack of ability to gain 3d artists and programmers necessary for creating something as large-scale as the video game ideal I have envisioned, I have been pondering the idea of turning Equalizers into an anime/cartoon. I have recently gotten my hands on some animation software that I find capable of producing something of the sort. How do we feel about this?
The protagonist of the story. A 16 year old boy who's been through a little too much. He seems cold and dry on the outside, and very apathetic. However, he still carries the happy-go-lucky, charming soul he used to have before things went downhill. He is looked down upon at school and wherever he goes, and he hopes for an escape from his life. When aliens come to earth however, he gets just that. (Try to think a little bit like Ryuko Matoi with this character.)
(Casual, barely trying to uplift himself:) What? Oh hey. Do you, like, have anyone else to talk to? I'm not sure I'm necessarily your best option.
(Pissed off:) Tell me you're lying! You killed their people, came to Earth, and acted like you're the victim?1 Acted like your the poor little planet of insectizoid freaks that got their kingdom shat all over?!
(Melancholy:) You're not gonna make me talk about it. The whole reason I don't wanna talk about anything is because I don't want something to slip out, something you don't wanna hear.
an 18 year old, 6 foot monster. The "father" of the main group of four. He holds the group of edgy, troubled teenagers together, even though he is only 18. He has an optimistic attitude with dad-like mannerisms. He'll do anything in his power to protect his friends. His parents serve in the police force, with his other relatives being enlisted in the military, or happen to be veterans. Connor wants to follow in their footsteps.
(Optimistic, peppy:) C'mon, put the debbie downer attitude aside for once and have some fun! Youth is a once in a lifetime thing.
(Confused, dopey:) What?? How was I supposed to know there was a herd of bloodthirsty aliens rampaging down main street followed by the horrible screams of innocent bystanders and the constant booming and crashing of every building visible you can see a mile down. Oh yeah okay I see it now..
(Serious, worn down, but encouraging:) Don't worry about me sport, just a couple of scratches. Look at me, we're not gonna let these guys get in our way, y'hear? Go get em' champ!
Coming in at 14 years old and 5 feet tall, Josiah is afraid of his own shadow. His background consists of nothing but torment from his family, and being bullied for his abnormal sensitivity. When he was a child he was put into foster care because of his family taking advantage of his fragile state. Nowadays he is quiet and mellow, usually found sleeping or on the brink of dozing off. He is also a bit of a crybaby. Despite all of these flaws however, he is one of the most kind hearted people you will encounter. (Some may refer to him as a "small bean.") [Can be voiced by male or female.]
(Apprehensive, like something is going to jump out at him:) I-I don't like this! Can we just go home?! I would much rather be in my blanket right now than be food for big scary monsters! :(
(Like that thing just jumped out at him:) GUAH-!! NONONO NOPENOPENOPE it's okay I'm just dreaming it's just a nightmare! I just have to pinch myself harder!
(Shy, bashful, like he's just seen a woman for the first time:) U-Uhm.. Don't look at me.. I mean look at me if you want! I mean, that's weird.. Why is this so hard?! :(
As a modeler, you will be asked to create 3d models using Blender, Source Filmmaker, or another kind of app that can be used to make a model based off of a character reference, and fully rig it for 3d animation. This model must be able to be imported safely into Unity with the same appearance and functions.

Writers are split into different groups to write different aspects of the game. Some will write, scripts, quests, or develop the general plot of the game with the owner of the project. Writers are asked to be insightful and skilled with characteristic dialogue, and understand writing concepts that are attractive to audiences.

Musicians are asked to either create music and soundtracks to fit a scene and display emotion, or edit others work and transfer ideas into a superior music software with higher level instrumentals and sounds.

Coders will code directly from Unity in the C# language. They will take all designs, work, and files from the project team to make the game playable, enjoyable, and with minimal glitches and/or bugs. Coders will have slightly higher share of profit.

Artists will be split into groups among the project to create different aspects of the game. You may be asked to create a storyboard for comic book styled cutscenes, or be asked to trace over them and fully color and render storyboards or lineart others have finished. Certain character art is needed, such as splash art, or headshots of the characters. All artists much be somewhat sufficient in replicating other art styles.
