Dragon Ball "Super" Ultimate: Zenon (Broly)

Project Overview

So Dragon Ball Ultimate is a series based in the game of DragonBall Xenoverse 2, it kinda works as a machinama or some just call it a roleplay. This project is called "Dragon Ball "Super" Ultimate: Zenon" it's a Broly parody to the most recent Broly movie that I have been sitting on for quite some time, and now I've finally decided to get it moving in full throttle. By all means this is a parody and my main focus is to create a comedy that is kinda true to the original but this is a series with it's own characters and lore. We're mostly looking for voice actors at the moment that are pretty familiar with the Dragon Ball Universe, Like names, events, basic lingo in the world of Dragon Ball. Some of the comedy featured in our project isn't suitable for some people, and if you are easily offended or sensitive to material like this then I suggest you move onto another project. Strong Language is used throughout, As well as some suggestive conversations but nothing to crazy. I highly recommend watching Dragon Ball Super: Broly to get a understanding on the basic theme of what this project is going to be. I care more about accuracy than perfection when it comes to these things so just have fun and give it a try if your interested, we are always looking for more voice actors to help with big project like these.

  • (ABLE TO BE LOUD) Dragon Ball Characters are pretty loud, I'm not asking you to scream your lungs out, but yelling should be perceived as yelling, not raspy talking.

  • (SAFE RECORDING SPACE) Audio is important, please have your own personal space in which to record in, background noise kept to a minimum or none at all.

  • (IMPROVISION) If you have the skills to improv a certain line, then shoot for, I only disagree with it unless I specifically needed something else with that particular character.

  • (NOISES) Sometimes grunts and screams are required but we don't expect anything to crazy unless specified.

  • (CROSS CASTING) Cross casting is pretty likely in this scenario as we have so many extras and minor roles to account for, don't be afraid to act more than one role.

  • A Prolonged Start, But Still Moving Foward

    Thank you all for your continued patience and professionalism, this last month has been quite hectic, and some of these events have taken more priority in my life then our project. So I want to clarify that everywhere stay safe, and be careful. "What's the hold up, I'm ready to start!" - Likewise, you guys! I have some overhauling to do being that I am working on a new pc, and all my old files for this project are on that pc, but we can still green light everyone's voice lines in our discord channel. Our discord link will be posted in our group chat for the project so only those that have been accepted can receive the link. If your a minor role with only a few lines, you are still welcomed to join, and participate in the progression of the project, seems unfair to exclude you guys like that. Once there you can reference to me or fligg as we will be doing most of the directing and editing, if there's any questions you guys wanna ask feel free to ask. I am not the quickest in responding, but I'll assure you guys I'll do my best in keeping you guys happy and motivated with the project.     The turn out on this has been amazing, you guys are really talented in your own regards, I've never had to cast to this degree where I'm hurt that I can only chose one person over the other, but damn, don't give up on this Voice Acting thing you guys are making this tough on me. In news regarding the project we've casted a little over half of the roles needed, In which some of you guys are wondering what the next steps are... If you are a (minor)(Supporting)(Lead) character then we will ask you what your preferred contact method is and go from there, We recommend using discord for a quicker access of group chats and reaching me (Roii) and the other editors involved. Zenon screams alot because well that's his whole thing, so if you get this role r.i.p. your vocal cords. Zenon is socially confuse and talk relatively slow like a caveman. The few moments that he does speak he speaks for calmly as if he is not trying to be so loud.
