Project Overview

the basic premise of what I want to make is a bi-weekly animated comedy fantasy courtroom show on YouTube that runs about 12-16 minutes per episode. Think Dungeons and Dragons meets Judge Judy. Where monsters, NPCs, and various adventurers sue each other for any number of strange and outlandish things. I will be the DM(judge)/various voices and I already have someone picked to voice the bailiff but I'm looking for about 4 voice actors who can do various voices in different ranges and pitches to do the voices of the creatures suing each other. voices might include devils, demons, giants, dragons, trolls, goblins, orcs, humanoids of all kinds, etc. I am also looking for the other "back of house" roles filled in since I don't have the know-how to draw, animate, mix/engineer audio, or produce. finally, I will need a scriptwriter to help me write the scripts for each episode. if you believe you are talented enough to fulfill multiple roles don't hesitate to audition for those different roles. example - if you are an artist who can also animate that art then go for both. it won't hurt your chances.

as far as payments go I work 1 day a week currently due to a disability so I will not be able to pay anyone unless this gets traction on YouTube and makes money.

  • Started crowd funding.

    Ok so i started crowd funding on gofundme and am waiting for approval for Kickstarter to try and get the funds to pay you all for your work for the first 4 episodes. this does not guarantee that the crowd funding will be successful but i still wanted to update you all on this. if successful then the VA roles will get between 15$ and 60$ per episode based on lines read. and other positions will get between 40$ and 80$ per episode. I hope this sounds Acceptable to anyone that is interested.

for now, this is a recurring character he would be in at least 4 episodes Boblin has a "small guy voice" high, medium-high and slightly nasally. He continues to be harassed throughout his life so therefore keeps suing adventuring parties to replace his traps, repair his home, etc.

for this role, I'm looking for someone to create several static "shots" of the courtroom background and the hallway outside of the courtroom or even the courthouse steps that will be used in every episode. you would also be doing the character designs. these designs would be in 2D. some characters/creatures would include dragons, giants, goblins, hobgoblins, orcs, adventurers(rogue, paladin, fighter, wizard, cleric, etc.)

for this role, I'm looking for someone who can work with the animator to get the audio tracks lined up with the animations as well as add in background noise and sound effects at the right times such as a gavel slamming or footsteps. you will also be helping the voice actors with recording their audio to send to you for the episodes.
