for now, this is a recurring character he would be in at least 4 episodes Boblin has a "small guy voice" high, medium-high and slightly nasally. He continues to be harassed throughout his life so therefore keeps suing adventuring parties to replace his traps, repair his home, etc.

(nervously) Yes, Your Honor. They destroyed my home, killed my pet rat, and stole my gold!
(fumbling with his papers) Well, Your Honor, I was minding my own business, guarding my treasure like any respectable goblin. Suddenly, these hooligans burst into my cave, swinging swords and casting spells!
They killed my pet rat, Squeakers, and then took all my gold. I want compensation for my emotional distress and property damage.
