About this project:
Danganronpa Reboot: Ends and Beginnings is a fan-made video series based off of the Danganronpa Franchise. It contains 16 original characters who are forced to participate in a killing game where the only way out is to kill another. Hosted by conjoined animal twins, Kyomono and Yasumono.
This project is fan-made, you will not be offered compensation for your work. Nor will you also be held by any professional standard.
The prologue is in progress, assets are currently being made. The script for the prologue has been beta-read and finalized. Preparations for voice actors are being made.
About this casting call:
The main factors considered are microphone quality and if the voice itself is fit for the character. Please do not record your lines on a phone or laptop microphone. No characters will be cast before the deadline.
Expected Workload:
Since this is only the prologue, most voiced lines will be kept to a minimum. But fully voiced class trials are to be expected in the future of this project. Voice clips and trial interjections are included.
All contact will be kept through Discord (preferred!) or Email.
There will be no live-directing.

Aimi Kitora, the Ultimate Social Worker and protagonist of this story. Always ready to lend a helping hand, Aimi’s responsible and attentive attributes have never failed to aid the struggles of many people. Her friendly upbringing has made her approachable to almost anyone. Though, she has a tendency to seek out problems and try to fix them even when it’s not necessary.

Ren Daisuke, the Ultimate Psychiatrist. He’s blunt, calm, and somewhat unpredictable. He doesn’t show a lot of emotion, but when he does, it’s quite surprising towards others. Though, he’s still a very hardworking person that takes his job very seriously.

(Confused) Huh? Psychology and psychiatry are two very different things.
Tanuki Misato, the Ultimate Puppeteer. She doesn't seem to be antagonistic at first, being rather lively and what you would think an entertainer would act like. She takes her performances even off stage, doing her own little acts to get a reaction out of people. She's also very curious, like an actual tanuki! But eventually, she gains a drastic personality shift, getting extremely paranoid and only fending for herself, her actions strike fear into the other students, but she doesn't care. As long as she survives.

Kokone Rinon, the Ultimate Violinist. Cold, and overall condescending. She looks down upon people who "waste her time" and finds making friends or spending time with other people pointless. And would much rather be alone.

Tamio Akiyama, the Ultimate Filmmaker. A bit more mild, but would also still much rather be alone than spend time with other people. He doesn't outright insult people that try to get close to him, unlike a certain someone. But he pushes them away nontheless. He's also a bit quiet, but extremely blunt. Expect a bunch of harsh truths with him.

Yamato Hamada, the Ultimate Athlete. Determined, hopeful and open minded. Despite winning tons of awards for the sports he plays, he stays humble and doesn't boast. He's quite friendly and it's easy to become friends with him considering his kindness. He believes that if he powers through it, he can overcome any obstacle.

Sumika Oshiro, the Ultimate Botanist. Charming, elegant, and sort of like a mother figure. She's graceful in anything she does, referring to others as "dear" or "little one". She would always find a way to sneak the topic of plants in any conversation, considering her absolute love for greenery.

Ena Yasutake, the Ultimate Ballerina. Determined but impulsive, often on thinking things through. She lives for her dream of performing ballet, and just because she got her leg amputated doesnt mean that it will stop her. Her dreams were almost ripped away from her, so she's determined to never get a chance to lose them again.

Ichiro Manami, the Ultimate K-Pop Idol. Willing to act like the perfect idol for the fans, but with his classmates, he often expresses only to be seen as an equal, not as someone superior. He's also strict on his own values, but due to circumstance, he's forced to abide with other people's rules for him. But he tries to let loose around his classmates, standing up for himself if need be.

Minori Kawano, the Ultimate Chemist. Shy, anxious and cannot stand up for herself. But she tries to make herself seem like a worthy person to be an Ultimate. But she secretly doesn't like being one, but she'll never tell anyone that. She has deep regrets, while also having a fear of inferiority due to her past.

Goro Kosuke, the Ultimate ???. Laid back and an overall jerk, he enjoys getting a rise out of people. He doesn't say what he truly thinks, but often times teases other people and pokes fun at their attributes. He thinks of others like "younger, therefore lesser people" as an excuse for his teasing and trickery, he gives them nicknames that people would only call a kid that.

Haruka Kobayashi, the Ultimate Mechanic. Energetic and quite a yapper. A very intense speaker, often time bombarding others with constant questions and useless information, sometimes even crossing boundaries a little even when she doesn't mean to. But she's still a kind person who cares for others, she simply needs to learn how to stop talking sometimes.

Fuyu Noritaka, the Ultimate Bartender. Formal, calm, and softspoken. He never raises his voice at others and has some high self restraint. Often times the mediator whenever fights arise.

Kazuya Miyake, the Ultimate DJ. An outgoing boy and the walking definition of being the life of the party! He always finds a way to cheer people up, wanting everyone to be happy no matter how tough the circumstances are. But sometimes, his cheerfulness comes in moments that aren't exactly appropriate for happiness. Not that he's genuinely happy when the going gets tough, it's just that out of the desire to see others smiling, he doesn't exactly read the room.

Amuri Tsukiko, the Ultimate Archer. Very fancy and sophisticated. Often using complex language and having a strong sense in fashion. She's also very passionate with her hobbies, such as archery and so on. Once someone asks her about her hobbies, she won't shut up about them! But a flaw of hers is that she would rather believe in pretty lies than harsh truths.

Akahito Chikashi, the Ultimate Mountain Climber. Quiet and silently miserable, suffering from survivor's guilt after an...incident that happened related to his talent. He doesn't like his ultimate title because of this, but he is forced to be forever known as it. Though, he has stopped trying to fight fate long ago, often giving up easily and accepts harsh situations too fast.
