Danganronpa: Deluded Morality (Old)
Project Overview
Hello everyone, it is a pleasure to meet you! I am the creator of a Danganronpa fangame called Danganronpa: Deluded Morality which has a group of new and exciting characters, different from the core games. The game follows a group of Ultimates who have been trapped and forced to battle it out in a killing game.
Currently, we have the character descriptions, likes and dislikes and backstories completed and are currently working on creating their sprites to bring the characters to life. We also have chapter 1 mostly set out as well as a multitude of other things for gameplay in general.
We are planning to make our project a game for our community to play as well as hopefully a youtube series for those who would rather watch the gameplay.
Now is where you come in, we are in need of Voice Actors for each of our 16 cast and mascot, Artists and more to help us with our project!

Katsumi has a somewhat distant and indifferent personality. He is often bored with general everyday life but none the less he still continues to push on with a seemingly positive outlook to avoid being scolded by the many optimists of the group. Due to his talent, he usually manages to figure everything out so he is seldom surprised by anything, but just knowing about something is not enough to stop it from happening...
His voice should sound somewhat fed up and chill and should be about medium pitched.
(Neutral) Oh, you don't know who I am, do you? I suppose I should introduce myself, I'm Katsumi Taikutsu and my title is The Ultimate Chance. Although I don't really think someone like me needs an Ultimate title to say I am vaguely luckier than the average person.
(Serious) " As surreal as this may feel, this is a class trial and we cannot afford to make any mistakes, especially when our lives are on the line."

Megumi has a very energetic and delightful personality. She is often the one who initiates the conversations and she does so to make sure that everyone is doing okay and that they are ready for the day ahead. She often hides her sorrows so to assure that everyone can continue to be happy and cooperate together as a team.
Her voice should reflect her upbeat and energetic personality and should be high to medium pitched.
(Happy/Upbeat) "Oh, you want me to introduce myself right? Ahem, I am Megumi Genki and I am the Ultimate Fitness Trainer! I hope we can get along and I look forward to getting to know you!"
(Grumpy/Humorous) Yume, sleeping is not an exercise! Now get your sleepy butt off that seat before I drag you off, now drop and give me 20!"
(Scared/Determined) A K...k..killing game!?... We won't kill anyone! We are a group and we will work together to prevail and beat you! right guys?"
Tsuyoshi has a very kind and slightly gullible personality despite his size. People tend to avoid him due to his intimidating appearance, however, when someone does choose to socialise with him he is surprised and tries his hardest to make a good impression so he can make friends. He has a strong resolve to do the right thing and strives to eliminate the stigma that being in a gang carries so that everyone can just be friends and get along.
His voice should be somewhat confident and very friendly in contrast to his intimidating and somewhat intense appearance. It should also be somewhat medium to low pitched.
(Humorous/Happy) "Ah, it's nice to see someone doesn't judge someone based off of their looks ahaha. It's great to meet you, I'm Tsuyoshi Okashi and I am the Ultimate Pâtissier which is probably a shock based off of how I look."
(Delighted) "What's my favourite thing to make? That's easy, I make these adorable little cat shaped cakes with a fondant coating and I give each of them a little personality when icing them! I will make you one some time as a token of our friendship!"
(Serious/Considerate) "Damn... a killing game? Well if I managed to turn a gang into a family confectionary store then I am positive that I can make this positive too! I can't afford to let the first people to give me a chance die."
Misaki has a somewhat melancholy but friendly personality. When everyone else is talking she often zones out and thinks existential thoughts which she quizzes everyone about when they are done talking. Despite her somewhat self-deprecating thoughts, she is very strong-willed and often helps people with their issues or anything else she can do to assist them.
Her voice should sound very sincere yet also be somewhat sad and should high to medium pitched.
(Peaceful/Happy) " *gentle humming* Oh sorry, I didn't see you there. My name is Misaki Nakunaru and my title is The Ultimate Florist, though I tend to focus more on the decoration of coffins for the dead as anticlimactic as it is."
(Neutral/Curious) " You know I don't understand the stigma around death and wanting to die, if it was really that bad then it wouldn't be the "sweet release of death", you know?"
(Unintentionally Insensitive/Neutral) "A killing game? How fiendish, however, please all be at ease for I will assure that if you are to die that you have a gorgeous floral arrangement for your burial. Well that is *if* a murder happens I suppose"
Amaya is has a super chill and somewhat inappropriate personality. They often make badly timed jokes or freaks people out with her prosthetic leg and is just general chaos. They approach any situation with a lighthearted and humorous tone, that is unless someone decides to criticise them about "not fitting into the appropriate gender label".
Their voice should reflect their sporadic and unpredictable personality and should be somewhat medium pitched.
(Humorous/Relaxed) "Ahh, my leg came off, someone help!.... Phahaha you actually came? It's a prosthetic so chill, anyway I'm Amaya Sabishī and I'm The Ultimate Marionettist."
(Furious) "What's wrong, you got something against me being non-binary!? How blatantly ignorant can your sexist ass get, if you have an issue with me then keep it to your god damn self! Got it?!"
(Lighthearted) "A killing game, huh? It's like we are in some Japanese murder mystery game! You come near me, I'll beat you with my leg muhahaha!"
Yume has a very chill and intellectual personality and does not enjoy being disturbed from his work. He is often seen sleeping and very seldom socialises with the rest of the ultimates. His intellect and knowledge of psychology allow him to figure out what is going on a majority of the time meaning he sees no reason to waste time with unnecessary socialisation.
His voice should be somewhat monotoned and unimpressed and should be medium in pitch.
(Bored) "Ugh... My Name is Yume Tsukareta and I'm the Ultimate Dreamologist. I study dreams and the like and don't have time to be playing friends with you obnoxious idiots."
(Annoyed) " So what if I wear crocs and socks?! I'm not dressing to be a fashion icon, I'm dressing to be comfortable whilst I do my work. Now can you useless specimens allow me to do my work. in peace."
(Unimpressed) "A killing game?... You can go play your games if you want, I am going to go and spend my time actually doing something productive."
Shinshi has a very gentlemanly and polite personality. He is often left out of conversations due to his "old fashioned" way of thinking which often causes his opinions to be offensive or rude even if he did not intend for them to be. He believes it is of the utmost importance to remain proper and polite and even sticks to those beliefs in the most trying of times.
His voice should convey his old-school and gentlemanly way of living and should be medium pitched.
(Polite) "It is a pleasure to meet your acquaintance, My name is Shinshi Hiroshi and I am the Ultimate Train Conductor at your service. I am often told my style of living is "old fashioned" but please do not let that deter you from getting to know me."
(Confused) "So i have a question. I have overheard others in the group talking about something called "memes" and I am rather puzzled as to what they are. Now I understand I am not very well versed with today's trends and other culture but I feel that the others expect me to at least know this."
(Confused) "I fail to see what you would get out of us mindlessly slaughtering one another, its preposterous and you are a fool if you believe we will go along with what you say so easily!."
Yukiko has a very manipulative and cynical personality. She often avoids having proper conversations with the rest of the group and only really cares about talking to anyone if she can get anything from it meaning people tend to avoid her if they can. She does not really care much for the rest of the groups well being and only cares to better herself even if it means sacrificing some strangers.
Her voice should reflect her patronising and crafty personality and should be somewhat medium pitched.
(Insensitive/Sarcastic) "Huh, you want to know who I am? Ugh if I must. I'm Yukiko Negiru and I'm the Ultimate Knitter as hard as it is to believe. Some old hag went and died and I got stuck with her useless dream of knitting instead of pursuing my love for haggling people out of money."
(Moody/Neutral) "Huh, You want to know why I started haggling people? Gotta make ends meet you know. Now in terms of payment for me wasting my time speaking with you. Its gunna cost you!"
(Sarcastic/Grumpy) "So you abducted me, to tell me I need to kill some randomers for your enjoyment?... When I get out you best believe I am going to sue your ass for everything you've got!"
Hina's motherly personality hides her truly secretive lifestyle. She is often quite quiet and just enjoys listening to everyone without having much of an input to the conversation. Despite her past, she is very determined to make something of herself that she can be proud of and live the life she missed out on for so long.
Her voice should be quite soft and somewhat melodic and should be somewhat high or medium pitched.
(Happy/Sincere)"Oh hello, My name is Hina Azamuku and I am the Ultimate Impersonator. You may not recognise me from my current voice or appearance but I have likely voiced many of your favourite childhood cartoon characters. Though that is in the past now."
(Neutral) "You would like me to do an impression? Why of course."
(Please do your best impression of any Danganronpa character saying any of their lines that you wish)
"There we are, I hope that was satisfactory for you"
(Angry) "I refuse to take part in something as barbaric as a killing game! I did not lose my childhood voice acting to die here!"
Koharu has a very condescending and sadistic personality and strives to seek out other peoples pure misery. She is quite soft-spoken despite what she says being twisted and mean spirited. She is very seldom angry meaning she does not often raise her voice, but when provoked excessively all hell breaks loose.
Her voice should convey innocence and purity despite what she is saying and it should be somewhat high pitched.
(Happy/Conspiring) "*Giggle* I'm Koharu Mujihi and I am the Ultimate Sadist, Everyone's misery and misfortune give me such joy so please for my sake, don't hold back."
(Reassuring?) "Oh do not worry, I will not intervene in your misery unless provoked. After all raw misfortune is the most beautiful to watch so for me to taint it with my input would make it less rewarding."
(Delighted) "A killing game? This is perfect! I can't wait to see all you pathetic "Ultimates" fall and crumble before each other, just thinking about it makes me so excited!"
Naosu is a gentleman whose child-like sense of intrigue emphasises his heart of gold. He is often seen talking to everyone to assure they are doing okay each day, even if initially his appearance gives them a fright. He is very determined to assure everyone works together in unity and always strives to help however he can.
His voice should reflect his friendly and calm personality to emphasise his well-meaning nature. It should also be medium pitched and smooth. (Much like Gilthunder's voice from the series "Seven Deadly Sins".)
(Apologetic/Polite) "Oh my apologies, I hope my mask did not frighten you. Where are my manners, My name is Naosu Omisha and I am the Ultimate Doctor. If you ever need medical attention or even just someone to talk to then I am more than happy to help however I can."
(Enthusiastic) " Isn't the human body amazing! We have been alive for countless decades and even as humans ourselves there is still much that is an enigma in regards to how we function and work"
(Shocked/Lighthearted) "You want us to mutilate each other like feral beasts?! I thought that was only for the organ removal branch of the hospital, not for the public! How truly twisted yet educational."
Ayaka is an airhead with a very bubbly and lighthearted personality. She often gets lost and ends up somewhere entirely different than she originally intended to be, which often causes everyone to worry that something has happened to her. Despite her horrendous sense of direction, she remains very optimistic and always perseveres until she gets where she needs to, even if it does take a bit more time than it should.
Her voice should reflect her upbeat and lighthearted personality and should be medium pitched.
(Lighthearted/Happy) " Hey! I'm Ayaka Natsukashī and I am the Ultimate... uhh what is it again? Oh, Acupuncturist! I stab people to make them feel better for a living! Hahaha, don't look at me like I am some psycho, Its a form of treatment."
(Humorous/Upbeat) " Honestly, I know I am bad with directions but even I don't know how I got into somewhere without an exit. How do you even do that?!"
(Shocked/Lighthearted) A killing game!? And people think they have it bad with a fear of needles, try being someone who tried going to the store and ended up in Brittain! Even if I wanted to I couldn't kill anyone with my luck!"
Hiroshi has a very relaxed and somewhat self-deprecating personality. He is usually indifferent to most situations and occasionally adds a self-loathing joke in the conversation so people don't forget he is there. Despite his somewhat melancholy attitude, he is actually somewhat positive and often tries to help everyone by helping them relax with a nice cup of tea.
His voice should reflect his chill and somewhat sarcastic personality and should also be mellow and medium pitched.
(Happy/Chill) "Ah, I guess it's probably a good idea to introduce myself, My name is Hiroshi Kigaru and I am the Ultimate Oragmist. I wouldn't be surprised if you don't know me, my village and I are often overlooked and forgotten."
(Determined/Reassuring) "Hey, I know I can't really criticize *you* for being negative but I do know that it will get you nowhere! Now join me and allow the curative powers of tea relax you!"
(Lighthearted) "Just a suggestion but if anyone wants to kill anyone I am down to die whenever, wherever."
Takumi's awkward and anxious personality often hides how truly kind he is. He is often very quiet and keeps himself somewhat isolated from the others, however, when something completely unacceptable happens this meek and shy exterior transforms entirely and becomes serious and determined. He is very determined to assure that everything stays in harmony, even if it means he suffers as a consequence.
His voice should reflect his personality and how he acts and should be medium to slightly low pitched.
(Nervous/Happy) "O...Oh, you want to talk to me? Thank you. Oh, umm I'm Takumi Otonashī and I'm the Ultimate Woodsman, but I'm not really good enough for such an extravagant title *nervous laugh"
(Embarrassed) "You want to see my work? Ahh, I wouldn't want to bore you with my embarrassing pastime. Perhaps some other time. . ."
(Serious/Determined) "No. We will not sacrifice each other lives for your amusement. I don't care how anyone treats me or how much they mock me, Nobody deserves death!"
Yuudai is a friendly yet sceptical person whos somewhat awkward personality emphasises just how special of a bond him and his fox Fennick have. When not enthusing with Fennick, He is rather quiet and seldom voices his genuine opinion due to his scepticism towards the rest of the students. Though he is not the best with other people, he does all he can to make sure that everyone can prosper and survive as a group in unity.
His voice should reflect his somewhat optimistic personality and love for his companion and should be about medium pitched.
(Happy) "Oh sorry, drawing my knife when approached is a reflex. A bad habit, I'm aware. Anyway, I'm Yuudai Sabaibaru and this is Finnick and together we are the Ultimate Apocalyptic Survivalists!"
(Terrified) " M...M...Magic?! Stay away from me you demon! THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELLS YOU, THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELLS YOU!"
(Nervous/Excited) " The time is upon us! This killing game will mark the beginning of the apocalypse and humanities demise! Finnick its time to put our training to use!"
Asami is a feminist with a very fussy and childish personality. She is often rather loud and energetic and tends to over dramatise even the smallest of things, which usually causes more of an issue than there was to begin with. She is very strong willed and always strives to do her best to assure that women excel even if it means she has to work with "repulsive men".
Her voice should reflect her upbeat and energetic personality to emphasise her generally carefree nature. It should also be somewhat high or medium pitched.
(Excited/Energetic) "Soaring in from the sky! Women and children watch in awe and men cower in inferiority at Asami Urusai, The Ultimate Pilot!"
(Grumpy/Angry) " Ugh, Why would you leave such a revolting mistake on my delicious sandwich?! Begone you disgusting crust!"
(Shocked/Confused) "N...No... This can't be happening! Killing someone would make me as bad as a lowly criminal, never mind a man!"
Mononuki is the Headmaster of the school and is very mischevious. He is quite friendly towards the students, which he uses to persuade them into committing murder. Just don't call him "Cute" or "Fluffy", he is a 'ferocious' beast after all.
His voice should convey his mischevious intent and should be medium pitched. Also, I am hoping to go for less of a typical Monokuma voice and instead going for something more natural much like Monocrow from "Super Danganronpa Another 2". Though I am open to anyone who would prefer a more Monokuma voice if that is what you would rather do!
(Neutral) "My my, It seems we have a good turn out of promising youth. Ah where are my manners, I am your new headmaster, Mononuki!"
(Grumpy/Tsundere) "I'm not cute and fluffy! I am a vicious creature and I will not hesitate! But please don't stop petting me..."
(Neutral) "Kekeke why are you here you ask? To kill each other of course, this *is* a killing game after all!"
We are currently looking for artists to join the team and help us draw the characters for the game. It does not have to be just sprite artists as we are also looking for people to colour the sprites, shade them, and more.
