Shinshi has a very gentlemanly and polite personality. He is often left out of conversations due to his "old fashioned" way of thinking which often causes his opinions to be offensive or rude even if he did not intend for them to be. He believes it is of the utmost importance to remain proper and polite and even sticks to those beliefs in the most trying of times.
His voice should convey his old-school and gentlemanly way of living and should be medium pitched.
(Polite) "It is a pleasure to meet your acquaintance, My name is Shinshi Hiroshi and I am the Ultimate Train Conductor at your service. I am often told my style of living is "old fashioned" but please do not let that deter you from getting to know me."
(Confused) "So i have a question. I have overheard others in the group talking about something called "memes" and I am rather puzzled as to what they are. Now I understand I am not very well versed with today's trends and other culture but I feel that the others expect me to at least know this."
(Confused) "I fail to see what you would get out of us mindlessly slaughtering one another, its preposterous and you are a fool if you believe we will go along with what you say so easily!."
You made him sound like a little old man and it was actually perfect! When you said "Memes" you made him sound so genuinely confused and even in the last line you managed to make it sound as if he is genuinely surprised that people would even think about harming another person. Overall i thought you have his mannerisms down perfectly.
