Cyan is the lead singer and creator of the band, The Cyan Dragons. She absolutely loves to sing and perform, which is why she created the band in the first place. She loves her bandmates and her fans for getting her to where she’s at. She has Vitiligo, which gives her differently colored patches of skin all over her body. She’s the only one in the band who has it, the others wear makeup to match the theme.
Personality: Onstage, she’s an energy-filled rock star, singing her heart out. Off-stage, she’s a lot more laid-back and chill.
Voice: Medium-High range. (Onstage) Wild, energetic, raspy. (Off-stage) Calm, relaxed, clean.
[On-Stage, Pumped up and excited] Helloooo Dathanna!! Are we ready to ROCK tonight?! I CAN’T HEAR YOU!! HELL yeah! Let’s do this!!
[Off-Stage, Calm] Alright, lemme see the schedule. If I'm correct, we're heading to Las Arcoiris next, right? We should get on the road at least by next Monday, which gives us the weekend to relax and hang, sweet!

Celeste is the bass guitarist for The Cyan Dragons. He is the peacekeeper in the band. Whenever there’s an argument or tensions are rising, he’s usually the one to step in and calm everyone down. He enjoys doing yoga and meditating, but don't let that fool you, shredding his bass always gets his blood pumping.
Personality: For the most part, calm and collected, very rarely getting emotional, except for when loud noises interrupt his meditating. Onstage though, he rocks out something fierce!
Voice: Medium-Low range. Calm, soothing. Kinda David Bowie-esque.
[Trying to diffuse a situation] Now now, let’s not allow our emotions to dictate our actions, eh? It will just end with saying things you don’t really mean, and I would rather us not lose our friendships over a simple disagreement. Both of you, please take a deep breath and calmly tell the other how you feel.
[Annoyed] Electric, you know I love your skills on the drums, but could you please find someplace else to practice right now?

Aquamarine is the lead guitarist for The Cyan Dragons. She is trans-Male-to-Female and she has a serious sweet tooth. Very rarely will you find her without a lollipop or a piece of bubble gum in her mouth.
Personality: Optimistic, energetic, reckless, a bit of a troublemaker, outgoing, and always eager and happy to meet new people.
Voice: Medium-High range, a lot of energy in the voice, think a mixture between Lapis Lazuli from Steven Universe and Mavis from Hotel Transylvania.
NOTE: I would prefer it if we got an actual trans woman to play this character, but cis women are allowed to audition if that cannot be the case.
[Talking about bubblegum, Teasingly, then annoyed halfway through] Pfft, what? Afraid I’m gonna blow too big a bubble? Come on, guys, when have I ever done something so stupid with gum? And don’t bring up the Summer of 2016 because that wasn’t my fault! Celeste broke my concentration, I was THIS close to breaking my bubble record!
[Meeting someone new, Friendly] Oooo new person! Hi, I’m Aquamarine, glad to meet you! You like candy? I got a stash in the back that we can share if you want.

Electric Blue is the Drummer for The Cyan Dragons. She adores playing the drums, as it allows her to release all her energy into something constructive. She used to be a lot more aggressive in her past, had some serious anger issues. When she found she was interested in playing the drums, however, things got a lot better for her.
Personality: She is wild and crazy when she's playing the drums. When she's off-stage though, she's more like a goofy big kid.
Voice: Medium-High Range, with a lot of violent, yet fun energy when she's playing the drums, but a more childish and silly tone when she’s off-stage.
[Playing the drums, Excited and Wild] WOOO!! ROCK AND ROLL!!
[Offstage, snickering slightly] Hey Celeste, get a load of this, somebody made a cat play the drums, and he ain't that bad either.

Periwinkle is a huge anime and manga fangirl. She will always be excited to gush about her favorite anime and manga. Don’t mess with her if you diss one of her favorites though. She is a pretty opinionated person.
Personality: Very perky, optimistic, happy-go-lucky, but will get triggered if you steal one of her waifus or talk shit about an anime character.
Voice: Very high range, Energetic, chipper. Think Niffty from Hazbin Hotel or Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
[Gushing about anime, Excited] Oh my god, you've never seen Sailor Blue Moon?! But it's soo good! Okay, so it's about this girl named Sandy Tan, and she's this everyday schoolgirl in the city of Karafuru. One day, she meets this little talking kitty cat named Estrella, who tells her that she is Sailor Blue Moon, a soldier meant to save the planet from the forces of evil. She gives her a magical necklace to help her transform and now she's protecting the world from the many bad guys that come her way! Hold on, I've got the entire series on DVD back home! We begin watching tonight!
[Staring at a picture of her waifu, fond] Oh, Banana Yellow. Wait for me, my sweet. You'll be mine one day. (Kisses the picture)
Salmon Pink is a sushi chef in downtown Dathanna. She loves her job and making her dishes for her customers. She does have a little bit of a temper though, so be wary if you get her riled up.
Personality: Hardworking, short-tempered, joyous in serving her food, competitive if someone says they can cook better than her.
Voice: Medium-High range with a lot of energy behind the tone, think Lucy Liu's performance as Viper in Kung Fu Panda.
NOTE: I would prefer it if we got an Asian POC to play this character, but women of any color are allowed to audition if that cannot be the case.
[Annoyed] You know, it's not very smart to be ticking off the person who's currently holding two kitchen knives that can very easily go right through a person's chest. But if you wanna keep being an annoying ass, by all means, be my guest.
[Happy, serving a dish to her customers] Here we are, 3 plates of Dragon Rolls for you, one plate of Spicy Tuna Rolls for the Mrs, a plate of Rainbow Rolls, and a bag of fortune cookies for the kids. Enjoy, folks! I'll be back later with the check.
Speed Blue is the head anchor at The Daily Gradient, Dathanna's local news station. She has a habit of taking the news given to her and embellishing it so it sounds much grander and bigger than it actually is.
Personality: She is very polite and dignified if a little egocentric at times. She always seems to show a fast-paced energy when delivering the news. For the most part, she seems to care only for the story.
Voice: Young Adult. Medium-Low range. Formal, yet very fast-talking, hence her name. subtle British accent.
NOTE: I would prefer it if we got an African-American POC to play this character, but women of any color are allowed to audition if that cannot be the case.
[Delivering the news, formal, businesslike] Good afternoon, I'm Speed Blue, and welcome to The Daily Gradient. Tonight's story: Stocks in Gray Co. seem to be dropping significantly since the release of his new line of tea, Earl Gray tea. One customer noted that this quote "was a total ego trip for him, considering he has no royal standing whatsoever, and the tea isn’t even that high quality" unquote. Are people overreacting? And what does this say for the future of Dathanna's wealthiest businessman? More on the story at 11:00.
[Smug, being confronted about lying] (Scoffs) Hon, I don’t think you get how this works. The stories we get on a daily basis are about as dull and tasteless as you can get. Nobody wants to hear about a fireman saving a little girl’s cat. But a fireman kidnapping the little girl’s cat after saving it? That’s what gets the viewers hooked. Some call it embellishing or flat-out lying, but I prefer to see it as adding a little spice to a story. If it sells, it works.
Anvil Black is the co-anchor at The Daily Gradient. While Speed Blue brings a lot more energy and showwomanship to bringing the news, Anvil is more focused on bringing the hard facts and nothing else, which leads to him often butting heads with Speed.
Personality: Stern, serious, polite, will show manners, even to those that may not deserve it.
Voice: Medium-Low range, clean, think Kevin Michael Richardson’s performance in most media.
[Delivering the news, rigorous] In other news, 27-year-old Purple, daughter of self-proclaimed “party animals” Amethyst and Fandango, was arrested at 2:07 PM this afternoon for smuggling a bottle of Blue Moonshine whisky. According to Purple, this is the 10th time she’s been arrested this month. She considers it her personal best.
[Speaking with Speed Blue, mildly irritated] If I may, Speed, while I can understand your viewpoint of stretching the truth in the name of making a story sound engaging, that’s not our job. Our job is to deliver the facts and nothing but the facts so the public is properly informed. In a film studio or the theater, this sorta mindset might fit better, but here? Not really.
