We are once again looking for the voice of a character in our game, chaos arena!
This is a side character role with a grand total of 18 lines throughout the script. more info in the role section.
I (one of the devs) was the original planned voice for kaleido, but I came to the realization that I cant do any accent well except southern, and even that is rough. So, we figured hiring another voice actor would be best.
Sorry, but we realized that a lower pitch is not what we wanted after all, and decided a somewhat high pitch would work better. This will be the last time we rethink the voice. I also specified the delivery of "non erat heros", since many of you put it in an aggressive way, whereas the line is more of a correctional response to the line beforehand. (my fault, it definitely sounds like something you would shout)
A minor character mostly serving for comic value. Warning: some lines are not in english, but instead are in latin, you dont have to know latin, just be able to pronounce it (google translate pronunciation feature is helpful with this)
Kaleido is the floating skull companion and weapon of the Warlock. Although the two get along, Kaleido nags at the Warlock often. His voice would be gruff, with a slightly higher pitch. I would imagine him with a new york Italian accent, but you can play around and try other accents if you think they would fit better.

"Non erat heros" ("He is no hero" this is latin, and meant to be said as if correcting someone)
"oh, to be a cool pirate skull instead of a boring warlock skull…"
