Project Overview
Hey Everyone,
We're building a new YouTube channel focused on long-form narrative-driven content. Each episode will be approximately 30 minutes long and will follow different characters as they go on adventures and battle various obstacles. These episodes will take place in the hit game Among us. Utilizing machinima and 2D animation to push the story forward.
Our team has a decade of experience on YouTube, with over 20million subscribers across our other channels. Long story short, we live & breathe YouTube and have a track record of success on the platform.
We're looking for talented English-speaking voice actors to join us on this journey.
ABOUT THE EPISODE
In this episode, our main character is transported into a cartoon world full of exaggerated characters, only to discover it is slowly being erased by a nefarious entity.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Please submit clean recordings on prosumer mics
- Feel free to cut your lines to your best/favorite takes.
- Please submit your recordings as one .wav file. We will provide you with a Google drive after casting.
- We do occasionally ask for line re-dos, but we do this sparingly and only after great consideration - we realize your time is valuable, and we won't ask for anything we can't work around in edits.
- We're looking to cast people for multiple episodes and seasons. Please indicate you're available to work on this project for the long term.

These three characters are Triplets and can all be played by the same VA, with some variations to their manner of speech and voices to make them sound a bit different. Sketch is the more silly, joking one, Drew is a bit more serious, and Lineart is somewhat goofy sounding. Any accent could do, though an Australian accent could fit well with this character.
Sketch: “Check it out Drew, this guy just fell outta the sky! Totally wicked.” (Jokester)
Drew: “More ink… wait, I might have an idea. Sketch, hold this while I think.” (A little more serious)
Lineart: “Hey everyone! Super happy to be here!” (A bit goofy)
Bombo is an old Cartoon, and is wise but a bit rough. A New York or east coast accent might be perfect for this character.
“Huh, you got sass kid, I’ll give you that. So whaddaya want?”
“First, you’re gonna need a weapon. You need a pen. And not just any pen, you need… Bixcalibur.”
“You already know how. The Imposter was once a Doodle like the rest of us, but one that became corrupted.”
Annie is a cartoon who is very intelligent and kind. Speaks with a soft voice, and sounds very pleasant and comforting.
“Nice to meet you Bumpy. What exactly do you need help with?”
“You need to defeat the Imposter the same way you created Lineart.”
“That’s a wonderful thing you made, Bumpy… and look, your inspiration is already returning.”
The Imposter is a dark fragment of Bumpy's negative emotions. It talks in a sinister, breathy, perhaps even a little raspy voice. Should sound scary, but still be understandable.
“(sinister) You’ll never be a real artist, Bumpy!”
“You can’t stop us Bumpy… we're inevitable.”
“You call this art, Bumpy? It’s not even original!”
