Project Overview
In a world of industrialized magic, two friends are making it into becoming a band in their hometown Brooke, being part of “The Music Capital State” known as Delphine. Sadie (The Bassist) got her hands on a new building to call a studio and is setting everything up with her long time friend May (The Drummer). But they have to get the rest of the former bandmates! Meanwhile though, their friend Rose is helping someone out of a bind while being anxious on his arrival.
In this phase of production for the pilot; the storyboards and I'm still cleaning up the animatic with voice work have already done, now I just need to form my small team to help me bring this closer to a finished pilot. Some roles will be multi-faceted while others are more straightforward in what they need and the responsibilities they have.
NO AI IS TO BE USED!
I am strongly opposed to the use of generative AI in any part of the creative process and in production of the pilot. Your work in your demos must be entirely human-created, including artwork, music, and animation.
In terms of requirements there’s only a few bullet points on that regard:
For animators and artist roles:
Must have a program that can work with Clip Studio Paint EX (Or at least have it), which is the main animation program used in this project.
With Background Artists using programs that can work with Clip Studio such as Photoshop or Procreate. As long as we can get an image that can fit the dimensions of a scene I’m fine with shifting those file formats.
Can adapt to other art styles for consistency.
Musicians and other roles:
Showing that you can do the work and have experience with coordinating with project leads for feedback and adapting changes for the work.
Throughout the series the genre of music shifts when it’s a band taking place in a “Music Capital” setting but with episode 1’s music, it would be a mixture of instrumental hip hop or chill lofi.
Payment will be done with paypal. If other platforms/methods are needed to get you paid I’m willing to work with you as long as it's nothing too invasive.
Deadline is set to the New Year cuz I gotta save my money again and want to establish some other materials before we get everyone set up! I have a Discord Server set up already and will also want to fine tune it for the production team.

Animator
Animators that can help out on doing the keyframes or inbetweens. Reason why it’s “assisting” cuz I’ve assigned myself as the lead animator (As well as other roles…) so it’d be a case where I’d toss you scenes to work on then I’ll pick it up from there. The flat rate is for 5 scenes of doing keyframes or in-betweens. If I give any extra work I’ll charge accordingly.
I will be assigning about 2 people for this role, if I need more I’ll assign more.

Artist
Similar to Assisting Animators but this’ll be for helping on finishing up and establishing settings in a background. I have concept work to give a better idea of what I’d be after for the setting of the scenes and world. The flat rate would be applied for about 5 scenes. I’ll charge accordingly for any extra work.

Musician
While I’m eager to try out my stuff on FL Studio, it doesn't hurt to have some people to help in that department. Flat rate would be for about 3 songs I’d want to make for the pilot. Would be coordinating with said musicians on making new songs or altering a work in progress to be as best as it can be.
The genres of music I’m after for the pilot is instrumental hip hop, chill lofi, and a high electronic club track.

Audio Engineer
Gotta get those sound effects! This’ll be further into the later stages of production once the scenes are fully animated to coordinate the movements for sound effects.

And by that I mean someone who can assist on things like props, vehicles, touch up or refining character designs that need it. Or creating concept work for other things within production. This one is a bit flimsy of a role but it would help the production more than one would think.
