Project Overview

About the Project 

America Rising 2 - Legacy of the Enclave is a fan-made modification for Fallout 4. It's the long-awaited remake/expansion of the popular America Rising - A Tale of the Enclave (CCC page, Download page) which has been played by hundreds of thousands of players (thank you, amazing community!)


America Rising 2 has been in development for 5 years, and is bigger than the original in every regard. The player is able to play through and complete Fallout 4 with the Enclave as a full-fledged faction filled to the brim with a large cast of original characters - as well as a way for the player to destroy the Enclave. They are, after all, the traditional villains of the Fallout universe!


Role Expectations 

All voice acting scripts have been written and are ready to be sent out as each role is filled - in terms of scheduling, the mod will be released this year. I'd love for lines to be returned to me ASAP but I am of course extremely conscious of the fact these are unpaid volunteer roles, so I'm just greatful you're willing to take part at all!


Certain characters do not have a defined gender - for those, I've added both the "Female Adult" and "Male Adult" tags.

  • Casting update

    Hey everyone! We've reached the deadline - so first of all I wanted to say a big and resounding THANK YOU for the auditions!

    My last project on here recieved 102 auditions for a total of 12 roles... And here you folks have sent in a mind-boggling 421 for 25 roles! You're all crazy, and I really appreciate it more than you know.

    I'll be spending the weekend going over everyone's submissions and assign out roles - bear with me, there's a lot to sort through!

    I know a lot of you asked for feedback and I'm sorry I couldn't provide it in real time, it was difficult to keep up. That said I will do my best to provide it as I make my way through all the auditions.

    I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and thank you for helping me bring this mod to life!

Unlike most of her rank, she relishes field work and is an excellent marksman - able to put down hostiles before they get close to her.

She speaks with authority, but is quick to warm to those she knows she can trust.

Character Info

Stanley Myers – usually known as Chief Engineer Myers – has spent most of his life working on the Atlantic Oil Rig and is seen as part of the furniture.

A very amicable and casual man, he hasn’t let his old age keep him from running around the base and ensuring its in the best state it can be, considering it is a 200 year old offshore platform.


Important Note: I envision this character as sounding like your archetypal friendly man in his 60s+, who's just very warm and personal with everyone.

She works closely with logistics to ensure the right equipment gets produced at the right time. 

She’s greatly respected by others, and while she may not be particularly interested in making friends she does care about her fellow Enclave members, and she tries to do right by them.

Character Info

Enclave Soldiers are one of the fiercest combatants in post-apocalyptic America. Armed with the best equipment, put through the most rigorous training and blindly loyal to the Enclave, they will fight to the last person standing.


Like most others in the Enclave, they consider themselves better than any common person. They have no qualms killing anything that stands between them and fulfilling their orders.

While this role is for generic, un-named characters - it is a very important one. Enclave Soldiers offer a lot of commentary to the player as they progress through the quest line which helps enormously with storytelling.


Important note: This role has a lot of combat/shout dialogue.
