(questioning) "Kiku, you don't mind standing and waiting here with us for a minute, do you?"

"Guten tag, Feliciano."
(questioning) "And why did you knock again?"
"Who are these people?"
Anna Stennet is the firewoman who appears in a few of the earlier chapters, but reappears later in the story. You will not be having a lot of speaking parts, so don't be surprised if your role is short-lived. There is a point in time where your role will have a small pause, but it will not be done.
(serious) "We're going to have to ask you to please calm down, sir. We were able to successfully extinguish the Bonnefoys' house."
"And we were able to rescue this little one from his bedroom. You called at just the right time, sir."

Mrs. Vargas is Feliciano and Lovino's mother. She is a worrywart, so be sure to make that apparent in her voice.

(ethusiastic) "Hey, hey, hey! I thinks it's a bit obvious who the prom king and queen is, 'specially afta that performance we all just seen. Weez all up in here voted for the same two hustlas, and we fiddina turn up in here!"
"Yo,wassup, Prom King Boy? Whatcha gotta say 'bout bein' here tonight?"

This is the vice principal for the boys' middle school. She won't have many speaking roles, but she is still important to the story. She is portly, southern, and middle-aged, and she is slightly homophobic. I want you to just unleash the inner conservative deep-south bitchy old teacher, okay?
(welcoming) "Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm the vice principal of White Street Junior High, and I warmly welcome you all to this year's annual spelling bee!"
"We teachers would like to congratulate all of the bright, wonderful students who made it in this year. Today we see new faces and old faces, and past winners of last year's spelling bee, such as Mr. Li Xiao Chung- hopefully I said that right. Stand up for the crowd, Mr. Li!"
