Maiden Melody for Chara
The other protagonist of the musical (and the one who it's named after), Chara is a bit snarky and at first mistrustful, helping Frisk out of obligation since they're stuck together, She really opens up to Frisk over time however, and begins to see her almost as a sibling.
Also, since she and Frisk are main characters and thus there's a good amount of interaction, be prepared to sing a few songs. After all, the musical has her namesake—or rather, role-sake. As Chara is in a large percentage of the songs, a wide range is good, and be aware that there is one song in particular that Chara gets that is pretty high. So keep that in mind when auditioning!
(Just before Flowey sings in Your Best Nightmare, right after Frisk asks for advice on beating Omega Flowey) Yeah, I've got advice: Try not to die.
You have everyone, Frisk. Who do I have?!... (sighs) You have people who love you... and care about you... They don't even know I exist, you're the only one who can see me...

AA THIS IS SO BOOTIFUL!!! oh my wow I don't even know what to say
Me: ... Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry, I'm in a public place, don't cry, don't cry— *starts crying and thinking "Dang it Chara, can I hug you?!"* I am not even kidding or exaggerating. I am 100% serious, this audition moved me so much I started crying, ESPECIALLY the second (the anger at the end of that was really palpable) and third takes of Line 2, and the tears continued more the moment those notes of Hurricane started. Just... oh my gosh... I'm just, wow. This audition was absolutely incredible. You sounded younger and more child-like in this in comparison to your first (then again you had the flu before so that's understandable) which I really liked. And Hurricane, oh my GOSH, Hurricane! You captured the emotion in it flawlessly, and I actually didn't realize how insanely high it was until you sang it. But everything about it was absolutely incredible. Seriously, amazing! Fantastic job!

Hey, no one likes a negative nancy, You never know what they are looking for! Besides, the casting director is super nice, look at all of her comments! She always has great things to say because everyone is so talent! Even if you were just joking that's in poor taste.

I've been listening to all your auditions for half an hour, and WOW! You portray emotion PERFECTLY, and sing beautifully! You totally deserve this role! Also your Spider Dance lyrics are the best I've ever heard, hands down.
