Wordie Bird Tales: Children's Halloween Animation(2D/3D Animator needed)
Project Overview
We are looking for a talented animator to create an approximately 8-minute animated Wordie Bird Tales video for children ages 3–7.
This episode is a fun, musical, Halloween-ish story, playful and imaginative rather than scary.
I will provide the completed script, professionally recorded voice-overs, music, character file references, and standard short intro/outro elements
Expected completion time is approximately 10 weeks, with weekly progress updates provided to me throughout the project.
Please submit examples of your best animation work, especially children’s characters, musical, and/or 2D/3D combination animation.
Applicants must be based in the United States, and be a U.S. citizen eligible to complete a Form W-9 for payment.
Before making a final selection, I may ask a few finalists to create a 20–30 second paid animation demo using material from the project.
Animator
We are seeking a versatile animator to handle the storyboarding and visual production for an 8-minute Halloween-themed musical video for children (ages 3-7).
Responsibilities:
- Translate the provided script into an engaging, playful visual storyboard.
- Create the primary 2D character and background animation.
- Integrate subtle 3D elements and special effects to give the project a rich, magical, Disney-like depth.
