Genevieve is your every day modern girl with a magical twist on what her future holds. As a descendant of Salem witches, she naturally has the skill, but she doesn't have the following she needs to pull people into her lure and strengthen society's bounds. What's a girl to do? Write about it, of course, through her brand new blog, "Witch-Like Wonders!"
Witch-Like Wonders is a slice of life/fantasy manga created by Shakyra Dunn, and now I'm looking to put it to voice! I figured it would be a fun experience, and seeing this story develop as it's being created would bring more essence to the experience!
It will be a paid project, and it will be explained more thoroughly as more characters are introduced!
Genevieve is a bubbly and optimistic sixteen year old witch that loves to create potions and craft words on her computer. But while her passions are frivolous, her powers are not strong, and for that reason, she is separated from her family and forced to train away from them. If she doesn't secure a proper following by age eighteen, she will no longer be considered a member of her family. So, she tries her best to level herself up as she goes.
(Deciding on the start of her blog) What should I even write about?
(When discussing plans with her first follower, but trying to be vague on the topic) Do you like dark things? Like... the occult? Magic spells? Or, witches...?

Lich^Tear is Genevieve's first follower, and someone that she talks to extensively when she wants advice on how to progress her blog. She essentially considers him her closest online friend. His age, his face, and anything remotely about him is unknown.

Adelaide is Genevieve's mother, a prolific witch that hides from society and runs the council with an iron blade. She favors her younger son, Raven, who is one of the only males under the Salem reign to develop magic, and almost shuns Genevieve, but still keeps her on a leash to ensure that she delivers the right followers to her hands.

While the story is in manga format, it would be amazing to see if someone could put it into an animated format! I'd be willing to discuss pricing based on the pages that I have completed!
