We The Celestials YouTube Network Fall 2022 My Hero What Ifs and Deep Dives
Project Overview
Hey everyone! We are casting new members for the channels of the We The Celestials YouTube network. We're a fast-growing network of anime-related YouTube channels. Below is a short description of what we do and which options you have.
We're currently mainly looking for: Naruto What If writers, Deep Dive writers, Naruto What If voice actors, Naruto What If audio editors, Naruto What If Video Editors, and Deep Dive video editors!
Types of videos that we produce:
- Naruto What Ifs: These videos are all about "What If" scenarios based in the Naruto world and/or based around the Naruto series's characters. E.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oiO28zHhPws.
- My Hero Academia What Ifs: These videos are so-called "What If" videos based in the My Hero Academia world and/or based around its characters. E.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6rb9fxvpVW8.
- Anime Deep Dives: These videos are focused on explaining the concepts and lore of different anime series. For example, the Sharingan from Naruto or the Dragon Balls from DBZ. E.g., https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlxAbOWxRNA
At the moment, we're looking to bring on more writers, voice actors, audio editors, and video editors! This is a commissioned job, so you decide how long you stay with us. It isn't uncommon for people to stick around for a fairly long time, though, with 4-12 months being our average.
What we expect from you:
- You're able to work in a team of like-minded anime fans.
- You can commit to at least 1 script/audio/video per week.
- You're 16 years old or older.
- You're able to deliver consistent quality (at least as good as your audition).
- You're able to keep on top of your own work.
- You're willing to stay with us for longer than just a few weeks.
- You know that you're not the best, but you've got the drive to strive.. for improvement! You embrace the feedback you get.
What you'll get in return:
- A welcoming community of like-minded and creative people to work with!
- Proper setup support and guidance in your work from our Heads of Department. (We won't leave you hanging!)
- A fair share of the income that we generate from the published videos you participated in. (As per a commission agreement!)
- The possibility to grow into other positions within the We The Celestials network.

Some of the commission Details:
The revenue share amount is based on the number of tasks you hand in during a given week, if you hand in 1 task that week, you will receive 15% of that video’s revenue. With 2 tasks getting you 17.5% of both videos’ revenue (The two videos that you submitted that week). This increases at a rate of 2.5% per task to a maximum of 25% ( 1 task is 15%, 2 is 17.5%, 3 is 20%, 4 is 22.5%, 5 is 25% ) Note Its 1-25 AUD per task!
You receive a share of the revenue for the first month of the tasks initial release (30 days). Meaning that if the task was a script once it was finished and turned into a video and released. You would receive a share of the revenue from that videos for 30 days after release. This only applies to the initial release, not anything else.
While these are all revenue sharing, we plan to switch to base pay, with the bonus being a percentage of the revenue shortly. This will be the case after all three of our channels are running at 100%.

This position is mainly based on writing My Hero Academia What ifs based on crossovers or just general scenarios.
Writing format:
Arial 14, double spaced, third-person omniscient or limited, past tense, or full-on present tense; Dialogue is colour-coded. The colour key should be listed on top. Also, make sure your scripts are 2000 to 4000 words without intro, outro, or mid-roll.
For the application, you can write about any My Hero Academia if you like. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A TRYOUT THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW THIS FORMAT. Make sure you leave your discord in your application

We are also looking for proper pronunciation of words as well. You're also expected to read scripts typically that are 2000-4000 words.

Young Midoriya tossed and turned at night; the boy could not sleep. The possibility of a child of a high-profile villain at the very school he’s attending made him restless. It ate at him all night, causing him to sweat in his bed. A sense of dread balled up in his chest and throat, making it hard for him to breathe. This was the last thing he needed as he prepared himself for school the next day.
What didn’t help matters was Toya’s disappearance. The green-haired child thought of it and him every day. Where could he have gone? Did a villain get him? Were villains everywhere at this point?
"I didn't throw it. I gave it my all, but I wasn't strong enough to win," Midoriya retorted.
"The kid at first didn't seem to think so. I can see where he's coming from after your fight with the Todoroki kid," the man said. "You know, it's funny. I didn't expect to see you of all people here, but here we are; it's almost like we were destined to meet again," the man continued as he wrapped a hand around Izuku's throat, leaving his middle finger in the air. Izuku was smart enough to recognize the man
And was promptly stopped by Aizawa. In the blink of an eye, the pro had leaped towards the explosively tempered boy and wrapped his scarf around his frame. It was a somewhat comical sight, but the hard edge carried by the Pro’s gaze was enough to nullify that. He’d expected shock, but there was none of that in Eraserhead’s eyes.
Bakugou: “Why the hell is your damn scarf so… strong?”
Aizawa: “It’s a captured weapon, made out of carbon fibers, designed to stop people much stronger than a pissed-off middle-schooler.”

You can audition by writing an informational ("Deep Dive") script of at least 1500 words about a topic in your favorite anime (like the Uchiha clan in Naruto or Bakugou from MHA). When you're selected, your script (if not yet written) will be expanded upon and become your first official finished script with us! After that, it will be recorded by our fantastic voice actors and eventually actually become a video.
Please make sure your scripts are of reasonable quality. Write it in proper English, and don't use shorthands like "@" instead of "at." We expect fair use of grammar and punctuation marks. Don't bully our VA's by omitting the commas, please! :) Please make sure a native English narrator can read your script without them having to correct it. Hands must be in aerial font size 14, double spaced, and I usually ask the writers to put a space every 4-5 sentences, so there aren't just walls of text.

The original Welcome to Demon School! The iruma-kun manga series, written by Osamu Nishi, was picked up by the Japanese animation studio Bandai Namco Pictures. The anime officially began airing in October 2019 and finished airing its second season in March 2020.
Directed by Makoto Moriwaki, Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun is a comedy-fantasy shounen anime with themes focusing on school, the supernatural, mythology, and isekai. The animation studio, Bandai Namco Pictures, is also known for its work with other anime, such as the Gintama series.
Wonder Eggs are the main focus in the anime of their namesake: Wonder Egg Priority. Despite seeming to be simply magical items, they have a lot of mystery. Luckily for you, we will be going into the backstory and contents of these eggs!
The creation of Wonder Eggs happened after two scientists, Acca and Ura-Acca, created an artificial human named Frill. Frill was designed to play a daughter role and test the limitations of creating artificial humans, with the Accas as surrogate fathers. Her age was set to be permanently 14 years old, and despite being extremely intelligent, she was prone to teenage mood swings. This also caused her to become extremely jealous of any other female who got the attention from her “fathers.”
The Accas later became acquainted with another (female) scientist, Azusa Hoshina. When Acca entered a relationship with Azusa and eventually was expecting a baby, Frill’s jealousy took over.
When Yuno was the age to receive his grimoire, he would receive a four-leaf clover grimoire. The same type of grimoire owned by the first wizard king. Many around Yuno would have great expectations for him and see him as the best of them. Yuno would be celebrated. Yuno would be cold towards Asta at this point, not out of any negative emotion but because he would never question his brother's strength. So when Asta, who had no magic, didn't receive a grimoire, he didn't show any emotion. Later Yuno would be attacked by a chain magic user named Revchi. Revchi would attack Yuno because of the four-leaf grimoire. Yuno would be surprised and have his magic sealed by Revchi's chains.
