Project Overview

This casting call is for an Untitled Sci-Fi game DEMO. This project places the player in the shoes of a character who is forcibly filling the role of "Inter-dimensional Television Focus Tester".

This project will contain roughly 3-5 minutes of spoken dialogue, compensated at $10 USD.

It should be noted that this audition is ONLY for the demo project. Should this project enter production, a second round of auditions will be held.

The Unnamed TV Executive is a very confident, charismatic, lovable jerk. Think, used car salesman. He's often in a hurry to finish his next task. He is also somewhat absentminded. In the middle of a sentence he will trail off to comment on something before returning to his original train of thought.

  • (Relieved to get started) Oh, Good you’ve finally come to. Greetings! I’m sure you’ve got a lot of questions. Fortunately, for myself, I don’t have time to answer them However, I can assure you that you’re perfectly safe here so please do not be alar- [TV Exec interrupts himself] Beatrice! drink!

  • (Scoffs) Yeah, good luck. Had another guy from a dimension that did something similar. They ended up blowing themselves up. Like, from the inside out. Real violent stuff. Made interdimensional news. Shame because I kinda liked him. I'm sure your guys will figure it out, though.

  • Bold decision given your circumstances. Legally speaking... We can't keep you here against your will. Also, legally speaking: We are under no obligation to return you to your home dimension. Enjoy being an interdimensional drifter.... [TV Exec walks away] TV Exec: Okay, fine. I'm not that mean. Our company needs assets like yourself. So, what do you say?
