Project Overview
This project will cover Volume 1 of the ongoing 2023 Transformer comic written by Daniel Warren Johnson.
Volume 1 (Issues 1-6)
The project is a long term commitment! Since this comic is ongoing.
This call sheet is for Volume 1 and in the future as we near the next Volumes we will be making new call sheets for characters in them!
REQUIREMENTS:
Have a decent mic, USB and phone mics are acceptable but not preferred. Keep background noise to a minimum and be able to produce clear recordings. We don’t expect anything professional, if you’re able to make your mic sounds clear enough, that’s perfectly fine. Our editors can fix minimal background noise if needed.
Communication is key! This is a fan made project for fun, so we don’t expect lines to be recorded super quickly. However, we will follow a schedule that aims to accommodate everyone. Please communicate if you encounter issues or need extensions.
You must have Discord, as it is our main communication platform. Once you’ve been casted you will be invited to the server.
Do not add any vocal effects or alter your voice in any way. This includes the use of AI. WE DO NOT SUPPORT AI.
Have fun with your audition! Don’t just read the lines boringly. Try different approaches and explore your character.

Auditions should be done in ABCABC or AABBCC format.

The vocal references serve as a general idea of the original voices. You do NOT need to replicate the voices exactly just use them as reference points. We prefer you produce a voice you’re comfortable with and can express emotional rage, rather than just plain imitation.
If you’re not cast in this volume, you will be considered for future roles.
