THREESOMME
Project Overview
This project is for a sound installation in Two Fat Ladies Gallery, Norwich.
You will be playing the roles of different chairs, the script has sexual and comic undertones, but it is a way of exemplifying objects in space through sound. I want you to play around with the way you use language. It's really important you read through the scripts and experiment with the rhythm of the words and the way they're spoken.
This work will be paid after production. Price negotiable between £20- £50 dependent on roles and involvement in projects if you are chosen for the piece.
I'll listen to ALL auditions and even if you're not right for one particular piece you may be cast for a different role that's more suitable so feel free to give it a go.

Swedish Man, any nordic or European accents preferable. I want you to sound professional and creepy, not too animated, don't overdo the sexual overtones. Sound like you're selling a product but with a hint of creepiness. Good Luck!

run run run your hand down my sticky smooth skin, feel my curvaceous body jut out where your bum will sit, i am flushed with colour, fluorescent with modernity. bernhard BERNARD. four silver stick legs angled so perfectly at the right angle, you know i’m cool. meeting at their feet, entwined, merging at the end- oh yeah - leather black slippers on my knees so i don’t slide around the floor when you thump your weight down on my leathery orange pigmented surface. you can sit comfortably thanks to the restful flexibility of this seat. wipe me down. soft, hard wearing and easy care ages gracefully. slick modern mm yeah.
I want these characters to sound really sexy, with a European accent, french, Italian, Spanish or something similar. I will overlay your voice twice to give the impression of twins, so if you could please read through the script twice in your audition it doesn't matter if they're different sounding. Sound very serious as if you're selling a product but with a sexy undertone. Think about the rhythm you use when speaking the words I don't want them said dramatically almost like a chain of words rhythmically entrancing the listener.

it’s a twin thing- hahahaha. hips don’t lie. 2’s better than 1. ecru, blondes have more fun. just lay down and relax, after you’ve taken a dip. you’re bum melts into us. you’re knees elevated just enough to let your feet dangle- that feels good. rest your head, our heads can meet perfectly squish your face into my face. we’re all padded- thrash about a bit or chuck our padding off and get some raw wicker action. we don’t get burnt in the sun our perfect ecru skin stays perfect all year round. we’re so young and modern so beautiful and modern wow look at that stylish curve, 2’s better than 1. propped up by tanned cube legs yummy so stable so perfect. our wrinkled soft pale layers squeak when you press into the foamy flesh. lay that wet body down we don’t mind. lay it. look how ready we are for that perfect body. 2 is better than 1 mmmmm
