The Talesman Chronicles
Project Overview
This is a fairytale genre related project that will contain action sequences and musical numbers. The story itself was written by myself over the last few years. To sum it up,
The film takes place in the years following a war between the sorcerers of the light and the dark order of the shadow realm over possession of an artifact called the Fantacore. In the present time our main characters Trent, is led on a quest to aid those of the fairytale creatures who are now branded as traitors and wanted fugitives by the evil Emperor named Enenra, and prevent his plans of ensuring that all of the magic itself is removed from their sources, making all kingdoms powerless to his well. But along the way he discovers that of the fair maiden named Aelita, who is the princess of a lost heritage, and together with their new friends, they learn the meaning of what it means to share the feeling of true love.

Trent is a young man who is open to those who are truly in need
Has a kind and compassionate personality
Often becomes angered or disheartened when reminded of his past, especially if prefers not to speak of it
“My name is Trent, and this, this is how my story began”
“Hey, you don’t need to be afraid, I’m not going to harm you”
“My mother once taught me that sometimes, it takes the pain of loss to help you realize who you can trust, of whom actually cares for you as you would for them, and I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart, I trust you, all of you, with my very life, not as my companions, but as my friends, my family of friends, and I’m damn proud of it”
Aelita is a young maiden who has always been eager to explore the outside
Often seeks to aid those in need but lets her emotions cloud over her judgement
Will do anything necessary to protect those of whom she cherished, especially when she meets Trent later in the film
“Uncle Alastair please, I’ve always dreamt of being able to see the outside world again, for the wonders of life and nature, are what I find to be truly magnificent as the definition of what beauty truly means”
“I am Aelita, princess of the lost kingdom of Enchantica, and your realm is not welcome here!”
“I’ve come to know many men within the walls of my uncles kingdom, most were scoundrels, drunkards, or just entirely scum and slimebags. But you, you are unlike any man I’ve ever known, and for that, I am humbled and greatfull by your kindness, you may truly be one of the last true gentleman in these lands.”
Enenra is a ruthless and terroristic ruler
Will use any and every advantage he has over his enemies in order to overwhelm them to the point that they may force themselves to surrender to him
Is able to strike fear into even his most loyal subjects with his commanding authoritative voice.
“I have awaited far too long for my plans to be brought to fruition, Captain, and I will not allow the actions of you and your ill trained warriors to prevent or halt me from doing so.”
“Pixies, fairies, gnomes, dwarfs, and even talking animals. Like it or not you are all the same thing, one very simple thing, a regrettable annoyance, and as such, I can assure you my little irritating pest, that by the sunset of the evenings time tomorrow, upon the rise of the eclipse of your shimmering moon, you will all be nothing but an ill forgotten memory of a dead era.”
“Don’t you see what oppurtunity this could be for you my dear boy, you and I can be equals, make the kingdoms and all of its people tremble for us. As for the creatures you care so much about, why they’ll be mere stepping stones in your rise to power that you’ll forget any feelings you had for them. You can have all of that and more beyond your wildest dreams, if you take my hand and join me, here, tonight, as two shared equals, an apprentice and an emperor”
The captain is fiercely loyal to the emperor and will go to any lengths to ensure his plan succeeds.
Has a dislike for the fairytale creatures of any kind
Is very stern and authoritative when in certain circumstances
“By the order of our great emperor of Chaotica, all fairytale creatures are hereby branded as traitors to the high council and are to be subject of immediate arrest to be convicted of the charge of treason and sentenced to life imprisonment or to simply face execution”
“Need I remind you, White Rabbit, it was because of our emperor that you stand here today rather than have your decaptiated by the Queen of Hearts in Wonderland when you failed to prevent that young lady from escaping.”
“So you form a team of saviors by teaming with a wooden puppet, a tea addict, a crazed rabbit, a flute player, a sheep herder, a bear cub and an ugly duckling who almost looks like a swan. You sir truly have gathered quite the crew of screwballs and losers.”
Is young and determined
Seeks to help others especially if it helps him to become a real boy
Is very flirtatious with the right ladies, especially because he thinks getting a kiss from the most beautiful woman will help him turn into a real boy
“You think you got it rough, I have to trim leaf sprouts off my nose, my nose.”
“That’s a neat idea, but me, well, I just wanna be a real boy, learn what it’s like to grow up and be a true human boy, not one made outta wood”
“Aw splinters and toothpicks”
Bo is very southern like and loves to cook for those in need
Has a soft side for Grumpy (as seen throughout the film)
Is very determined to protect those around her, and is ready and willing to defend herself and those around her
Is a skilled fighter especially with her sheep herding staff
“Well sir, I’m not your everyday southern bell, because I know when it’s time to step back, and time to step up”
“Grumpy you can’t be stubborn your whole life, sometimes you gotta learn when to branch out, live life the way it should be loved with someone that understands you, someone to grow with”
“Henry, you and your fluffy butt brothers quit licking Gingers animal crackers, you don’t know where they’ve been.”
Hare is very compassionate especially when it comes to the well being of Mad Hatter
Mostly refers to the Hatter by his first name being Jervis
Often tries to remain calm in any situation and prefers to being a peacekeeper among his friends or fellow compatriots when a situation becomes heated
“Oh Jervis how often do I tell you not to drink the tea that way, you know chugging it down that fast gives you terrible gas.”
“Now, Now grumpy remember your temper“
“But of course we just have to be careful, precise, know what to look for, and he’s already ran off now hasn’t he?”
Is very crazed when it comes to his drinking habits for tea
Is very compassionate especially when it concerns the well being of his best friend the March Hare
Will become fully crazed like a kid on a sugar rush if his tea has too much sugar or if he drinks a gallon all at once
“Oh poppycock my tea drinking habit is but a mere coincidence. Say do we have another gallon?”
“Oh frabjulous daY, caloo caleigh, there’s an angry big bad wolf which means we must, Clear The Way?!”

“I miss seeing Wendy and her brothers, her stories about me always inspire me to keep going”
“Normally I’d start off by calling guys like them a codfish, but as quick as they ran, I’d call em a clownfish”

Is just as brave as his papa bear even when he’s much younger than him
Can be scary to others even if he seems innocent

Will go berserker mad when she gets angry
Has a crush on the gingerbread man

Acts as a vigilante that isn’t good or bad
Tends to have a soft spot for the three pigs given their past
Has an obsession with nightgowns (obvious reasons)
Just cause people say I’m a big bad wolf doesn’t mean I’m all bad
Might wanna lookout boys, this wolfs got a howl of wind ready to blow
You say one word about my big eyes or teeth and I’ll show you my big fist
Is a semi retired witch
Can’t physically see but uses her psychic link to sense what’s around her
Can turn people into candy if they make her mad
“I always wanted to just live in my candy cottage in peace, I don’t eat the children for heavens sake, I just offer them candy and next thing you know they puff up like a balloon, maybe it’s the nutmeg.”
“I may not have a broom and I may be blind, but they don’t call me “the” blind witch for nothing”
“Okay I may be blind but I literally didn’t see that coming”
Is a very stern father figure but also gentle at times
Is very concerning on the well being of Mama Bear and Baby Bear
Is a ex pro boxer
“Son don’t eat the wild honey you don’t know where it’s, oh bother”

Is a very romantic poet for being a living plate
Gets depressed when he’s without the Spoon
Once had a relationship with Mrs Potts from the Beasts Castle (don’t ask it’s a complicated history)

A strict authoritative ruler
Is very highly protective of Aelita, given he is her uncle and only relative left
Had a tendency to prefer Aelita toward the men of rich and royalty, not of the poor
Aelita I beg of you, be patient, you will go outside again when I deem it is safe for you to do so
Need I remind you that while you are of the highest kingdom I am the second highest and the honorary advisor, I have just as much authority as you do

Doesn’t like to see Baby Bear and Papa Bear throw themselves into harms way

Is Robin Hood’s partner and best friend
Doesn’t want Robin to have to stick his neck out for him, if he gets into trouble
Is better at hand to hand combat but in archery has terrible aim
