When Rex Kaliban, a Indonesia Foreigner, and Glenda Tammer, A Brittish Pianist, created a weapon where it uses vibration to destroy, they plan to destroy the headquarters the Army Ordnance - The Carlton Tower Building. They leave a note to Colonel Every claiming that The Shadow is planning on causing all of the problems... Can the Shadow stop Rex and Glenda and clear his name? The Shadow Knows!
