The Quandary: Short
Project Overview
The Project:
This passion project is a short animatic (3 pages)! Essentially key frames of an animation done to the final detail.
The Universe:
The story takes place in the modern world, that of which is being monitored by several Gods. The story features two of them.
The Story:
Archem, a young God who has a set prejudice against humans, is sitting on a ledge over Paris watching over them, playing his guitar. Yellen, an elder and wiser God, appears by his side. The two discuss Archem's questionable fashion sense and then move on to the main topic: Archem's bias. Yellen attempts to convince Archem of her side, that being humanity is worthwhile, and we get a glimpse into Archem's life. The two then proceed to sit in silence, watching over the Paris skyline as Archem plucks at his guitar. It's a generally calming, aesthetic scene.
The Requirements:
- Have a discord!
- If you are voice acting, please speak as you would if you were acting in a live action show (AKA a normal tone... please no anime-esque lines! Not too enthusiastic).
- Have good audio quality! Avoid background noise and be clear.

About:
Yellen is the god of Death- though assumed by the public to be cruel, inhumane, and unforgiving, she's thoughtful, compassionate, and often described as wise. Yellen is a middle-aged God who is prone to avoid others due to a lack of trust and stays away; however, when needed she will come out of the wood work. Her ability to act as a parental figure is almost uncomparable.
Voice:
Yellen's voice is somewhere around middle-ranged and deep, however if you are not comfortable with that range you can take on your own interpretation! I don't mind at all. Her accent is also up to interpretation.

(Informative, almost tired)That's where you’re missing the reality. You may be immortal, but the knowledge of your own omnipotence comes with a reluctance to learn and adapt.
There's no time for hate in a human life, and there's no time in our lives to spend hating them. They're gone, often in days. Humans live very short lives, but that gives them all the more reason to follow a passion while they still have the body to achieve it.
About:
Archem is the God of Mythology and appears Hispanic. Archem is well known for his flirtatious nature and playboy attitude, and it comes to a surprise to everyone when he picks up the guitar and leaves for Paris without much explanation. In reality, Archem is heart broken by the death of an almost more than friend, The Busker. Now wielding an eternal frown, Archem is a shell of what he once was, leaving his lines short and snapped.
Voice:
Archem has a high to middle-tone voice, however it can be interpreted however you like! I can only say that it is not deep. His accent is North American. If you can sing, that's a plus! Don't be afraid to show off that talent if you got it.
(Almost emotionless, tired)Hey, Yellen. Nice of you to show up.

About:
The Busker is Archem's love interest in the story. They only have two lines and appear in a flashback. The gender of The Busker does not matter!
Voice
Anything is fine! The accent is north american, because Archem met The Busker in North America.

About:
I am in need of an assistant artist! You'd have to color in shade for each scene (On the characters, mainly). Flats will have already been illustrated!Requirements:
- Please have a drawing software compatible with Clip Studio Paint and/or Adobe Photoshop files!
- Please be readily available for questions.
- Please have a consistent shading style!
- The number of frames is not yet confirmed, so please be flexible. The script is around three pages long.
