The Fugitive Doctor
Project Overview
Looking for a voice actress of color that can do a recognizable fugitive Doctor impression from Doctor Who.
Voice Actor
The Fugitive Doctor is an incarnation of the Doctor portrayed by Jo Martin in Doctor Who.
The Fugitive Doctor is notably different from Jodie Whittaker’s Thirteenth Doctor:
Direct and confrontational: She has little patience for nonsense and can be surprisingly intimidating.
Action-oriented: She’s more willing to fight and use force when necessary.
Confident: She carries herself with considerable authority and rarely backs down.
Protective: Despite her tougher exterior, she retains the Doctor’s strong instinct to protect innocent people.
Dryly humorous: Her interactions with other Doctors often have a sharp, understated comedic quality.

No time to be tired. Still work to do out there. Lives at stake. Armies being born. People need the Doctor
Is there even a word for how dumb you are?
