The Amazing Digital Circus Voice Over Remaining Roles
Project Overview
The Amazing Digital Circus revolves around a dysfunctional group of 6 humans, who have all had a very hard human life, finding themselves in the Amazing Digital Circus, a zany virtual world hosted by the goofy but erratic A.I. ringmaster Caine and his bubbly assistant Bubble, where there are no limits and the possibilities are infinite... almost. Major exceptions include no swearing, no engaging in adult content, and most importantly and unfortunately of all: absolutely no leaving.
Abel presented himself to be rather cunning and observant, as shown by the way he knew how the other characters act, such as knowing that Jax collects keys, or that Caine commits to the bits he does. He also lamented not interacting before, and felt genuine sorrow for those who abstracted. He was shown to be rather anxious, fearing that Caine, or Kinger, would mess with his plan to escape, and being desperate in encouraging others to believe in him. When Pomni offered to buy him a beer in the real world, he didn't respond positively, instead, only continuing to be adamant on her doing, "the right thing." He implied he knew Kinger well, but was aversive about talking to him, implying some bad blood between the two.
However, this whole persona turned out to be nothing but an act. Abel was revealed to be an NPC working with Caine the whole time, and behaved in a different manner after said reveal, even going so far as to call his prior behavior a, "performance". His real persona showed a much more upbeat and casual tone, and he seemed amused about the adventure, including asking Caine for a raise. He was, however, scared of being deleted, as he screamed beforehand (though this may have been out of pain or fear).

I've been here longer than any of you. (nervously) I... uh... helped create this place. I'll explain more when we're in the room, but for now... please just trust me. You will not regret it.
I'm one of the original programmers of the Digital Circus. I was part of a team of experts employed by C&A to bring this place to life. Kinger was one of my coworkers, back when he was still... / Well, as production went on, the higher ups in C&A started getting untrustworthy. They began forcibly hooking my fellow coworkers up to the computer. In special stasis pods to keep them alive and analyze their brains... Just awful stuff.
I've been watching you... All of you. Every trial. Every moment of joy. Every... abstraction. I wish I could've come to you sooner, but I didn't want to potentially ruin our only chance at escape by telling you before I knew exactly how we were gonna do it. I'm not a creation of Caine. I've suffered just as much as the rest of you. I know this all sounds... crazy, but if you follow me, you will see freedom. I'll also draw a face on myself so you can tell me apart from any other blank NPC's. / Make the right choice.
Ribbit made her official appearance in Remember through flashbacks from Jax’s perspective, where she was presented as warm, friendly, and welcoming to her friends, especially Jax, whom she introduced to Kaufmo and the other circus members, eventually helping Jax and Kaufmo form a strong bond. Interpersonally, she appeared naturally inclusive and deeply relational, with tonal flexibility: capable of laidback, low-stakes companionship with Kaufmo, but able to match Jax's edge almost immediately.
She was shown to be a sweet, charismatic, socially intelligent, and witty extrovert who cared deeply about her friends, especially Jax. After opening up to each other in her room, Ribbit placed her bowtie on Jax's head as a symbol of her trust and that his secret was safe with her. However, after that moment, Jax disregarded the friendship he had forged and avoided her altogether due to his memories of the vulnerability that his human counterpart, Leeroy "Lee" Mateo experienced with his mother. She seemed to struggle to accept Jax's rejection, even when it was clear that he didn't want to be around her. After Jax's argument, she became more isolated and depressed, which directly led to her abstraction.

Oh my god, same... I used to swear so much, but the censoring annoyed the s### outta me!
I mean, like… something you did out there, that you can no longer make up for and can’t stop thinking about? I cut ties with my parents when I moved out. They were devout Mormons and I wasn’t. Despite that I still wish I could see them again. But… I‘m stuck here.
Hey. Jax… Can we talk? / I-I don’t know… Just- Whatever I did, whatever is going on between us, can we just stop this? I miss talking to you.
According to Kinger, Queenie was creative, funny, and into entemology. She was also quite persuasive, as she was able to change her husband's disdain for bugs into a love for them.
Further episodes, she reveals to be extremely loving, comforting, and had once made a vow with Kinger to stick together as a couple. She was incredibly understanding and mutual towards him, and could remember him based on the way he spoke, suggesting that when she entered the circus, Queenie had strong emotional deductions and familiarization because of that.

Another chess piece, huh? How are you holding up?
I just hope that… / A-Are you...?
It's quite strange, isn't it?

Wow, what a good day! Wow!
Wow, you look mediocre! If you ever need a sunburn, give me a call!
Should have thought of that before I decided I hate you!
