Project Overview
The Story
There was a cheerful male named Chase who went to the cafe every day. Working at the cafe is a male named Adam. Chase thinks Adam works too much and should have fun at times, plus he heard that Adam didn't have friends so Chase gave him his number. Adam doesn't call Chase until something happened to his little brother, luckily Chase was able to help. Adam's brother, Seth, really enjoyed Chase's company and wanted him to come over more often. As Chase started to hang out around them more, they weren't strangers and more like friends.
WARNING: This comic is not fully completed so I do not know if this story is just about two friends like a bromance or a homosexual romance so, if you do not like either one then don't audition. Again, this comic is still coming out with more episodes. Therefore, I do not know how many episodes we will be making. I also do not know if there will be lots of romance or not so if you audition please be PREPARED for anything!

Adam works at the cafe and doesn't have many friends, he even has a second job. Adam also has a little brother named Seth which is who he takes care of. I still don't know if they live by themselves or has parents who live with them. Adam is more of a calm guy who doesn't talk much but he can be VERY competitive.
His voice would be mid to low but not too deep.
The school's pretty close, so a lot of students come to the cafe. You go to Atisville University right?
-He talks calmly to chase as they walk home-
Do you want to stay short forever? I'll make you two from now on but, this better be the last time...
-He sternly tells his little brother, Seth-
Hey, are you okay? Okay, just hang in there...
-He acts calm but is worried since his little brother is sick-
Chase is a happy person and always likes the positives in life. He likes to be around people and he always has a smile on his face. He is a student (I think a college student) so he is able to go to the cafe a lot, actually every day. He has a friend named Kristen who he talks to at school. I do not know much about his past or if he has a sibling or not since the comic is not fully completed.
His voice should be mid to high but not very high (if you know what I mean ^^;)
I'll have an extra large iced salted caramel cafe mocha, with two pumps of vanilla, four pumps of hazelnut, extra mocha sauce, chips, chocolate drizzle, extra caramel drizzle, and a scoop of vanilla bean powder! Also, extra whip, please!
-He tells the cafe worker, Adam, excitedly-
My mom has health issues, and my dad was always at work, so... I guess we never really got to do things like this *Chuckles nervously*
-He isn't sad or angry, he is just explaining his situation to Adam-
J-just "okay"!?
-He is shocked that Adam thought the movie was only "Okay"-
Seth is the little brother of Adam and he is a very kind but smart boy. He loves reading a book about a superhero that is dressed as a toaster and shoots toast at people. He really enjoys Chase and likes to hang out with him since Chase likes the superhero too. Seth is a very adorable kid and probably the most adorable character in the comic so far.
His voice should be mid or high either one would do but remember, he is a child.
He's a super strong hero who saves the world but has to hide his identity with a common household appliance and he pretends he's just an ordinary citizen so he can continue peacefully living his life.
-He talks excitedly (but not to fast) as he explains to his older brother, Adam, about the superhero-
Oh, THAT? ... That's from the limited edition volume 2!
-Again, he is excited-
Kristen is Chases best friend. I don't know very much about her since she is a new character. She can be very competitive and she likes playing games. She seems like a nice girl so far.
Her voice should be mid to high. She is a young adult so nothing that sounds like a little girl,
Not to brag or anything but I am kind of a pro at this.
-She tells Adam as they start to play hockey-
Man. I haven't been in the arcade in years.
-She says calmly with a smile on her face-
Hey, I know! Matt and I were gonna hit the arcade later. Why don't you guys come with?
-She tells Chase, trying to invite him and Adam-
Matt is a pretty cool guy and he has a huge crush on Kristen. I Don't know very much about this character since the comic is not fully completed but I am sure we will be seeing a lot from him and Kristen.
His voice can be low, mid, or a little bit high, I think any of those would suit him,
Okay, Matt. You can do this. After months. You finally worked up the courage to ask her out... and she said yes! That's right! Everything is going perfectly according to plan! There's no reason to be afraid!
-He talks to himself, giving himself a pep talk-
Kristen! You, uh, look great! *chuckles nervously*
-He tells Kristen in a nervous tone-
But you know... Maybe it's better this way. I mean, just look. He gets along with her so well... So, someone like me probably had no chance from the start.
-He tells Adam since he feels a bit upset and let down about himself-
She is Adam's co-worker and works at the cafe with him. She seems like a sweet girl. Her name is unknown so, for now, I will call her co-worker.
Her voice can be mid or high.
It's just nice to see you two become friends.
-She says happily to Adam-
But you went to the movies with him didn't you?
-She teases Adam-
I think you should go. He's a nice guy, you should give him a chance.
-She explains to Adam why he should go to the arcade with him-

Let's break up. Don't get me wrong, I really like you... but you never have time for me. You always feel so closed off, and... it's like you're not even there. You're just... not what I thought you'd be.

Have you heard about this girl named Kristen? She seems really cute.
-He tells his friends sounding happy-
You must be able to know how to put audio files together and turn them into a complete conversation. You must know how to make a difference for when a character is thinking and when a character is talking out loud. You must know how to change the sound depending on where they are for example; if they are in a cave then their voice should echo. You must know how to do/add sound effects and background noises without making it sound unnatural. Lastly, you need to know how to make words fade into the screen when the voice actor starts talking (You can look at episode 5 to help you understand what I mean).
