Project Overview
The Comic Experience is proud to announce that we will be branching out to do a new type of video! TCE has been producing critically acclaimed comic dub series similar to this one for three years, especially Star Wars content. We are thrilled to try out this new project: the entire text of Emperor Palpatine’s “First Galactic Empire” speech! Before we delve too far into what this project is about, we have supplied links to some of our previously completed works to give you a feel for what you will be voicing.

How it Works:
Suffice to say, we have mastered bringing to life comics over our near three year run on YouTube. We pride ourselves on our company's quality in both visuals, sound effects, music, and the most important part: the voice actors. All productions start with a highly detailed and descriptive casting call. Our typical policy is we don't cast actors until the last day of the call so everyone has plenty of time to audition. Our CC's typically last 2-3 weeks. At the end of the CC process, the Director will sit down and make the casting decision based on a variety of factors such as audio quality, performance, vocal range, talent, etc. As this project will require an unusually large amount of lines, you will be given plenty of time to get it all recorded if you’re cast. From there it is up to the Director to bring the speech to life by syncing it up with relevant visuals from across the Star Wars saga, Legends and Canon.
The Synopsis:
Clone Protocol 66. Operation Knightfall. The Great Jedi Purge. As the Clone Wars drew to their end with the death of General Grievous, Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine brought about the end of the Republic and the Jedi Order in one swift stroke, replacing them with the First Galactic Empire. Palpatine stands before the Galactic Senate and crowns himself Emperor in the most famous speech in the Star Wars galaxy, the Declaration of a New Order.

Ground rules:
- Have professional grade equipment or at the bare minimum make sure your audio is top notch. No background noise!
- Have a Discord or be able to create one. This allows for us to communicate and upload documents much easier than Skype or any other platform.

Born to a noble family on Naboo and trained in the dark side of the Force by Darth Plagueis, Sheev Palpatine rose through the political ranks, finally claiming the Chancellorship of the Galactic Republic through lies, corruption, and manipulation. By pulling the strings on both sides, Palpatine – otherwise known as Darth Sidious – orchestrated the Clone Wars, dragging the galaxy through three years of disorder as he maneuvered all the pieces he would need to wipe out the Jedi once and for all.
