Sonic VA Gaming YT Channel (17+)
Project Overview
Hii! I’m looking for fellow Sonic VAs who’re interested in being a part of a chill gaming channel with me! On this channel, I hope to post general gaming videos, and even do regular live streams! All of which while being semi in-character!
This will be very unprofessional, I want it to be as welcoming as possible! I also would like to add that you don’t need to be an amazing voice actor to join this, I only truly ask that the voice you can do atleast somewhat embodies the character you are trying to portray! I, myself, am not the greatest Tails impersonator to ever live. I don’t think I’d ever be able to live up to Colleen O’Shaughnessey’s portrayal of Tails, and that’s ok. It’s recognizable, and thats enough.
Though, I also ask that you have a decent microphone- doesn’t have to be a super expensive one, mine was like $30 on Amazon, but I’m not gonna accept your auditions if I can barely understand you due to your microphone quality-
Anddd I’d prefer if you had a PC of some kind, it could just be a laptop, but it’s very difficult to come up with fun new game ideas when some of our cast is stuck on just mobile gaming
I’m mainly starting this as a fun little project and I’m hoping to find other people who might also be interested in being a part of something like this! I do hope for this to be a long term channel though. At the least a year long journey, and possibly even longer-lasting friendships?
I’d like to add that we do not discriminate here! I, myself, am a trans-masc, and if you are homophobic, transphobic, or racist, you will not be allowed to join. I will not stand for any sort of discrimination during this project. I want this to be a safe space for all, and it’s hard to keep it that way when unnecessary hatred and harassment occur to our fellow voice actors.
I also have a Discord server! If you’d like to join and ask me some questions before you audition, feel free to! You can even audition on the server, and I will accept it all the same!
I’m going to use the server in the long run to help us coordinate times, come up with ideas for future videos, and in general share our ideas with eachother! So the server IS mandatory- it’s kind of our main way of communicating with everyone at once

(I personally live in a US timezone, if you live somewhere in the world where working with American timezones may be an issue, ex. You live in Australia, so noon over here = the middle of the night over there, you may want to reconsider auditioning for this- unless of course, you’re fine with working in the middle of the night or very early mornings, then by all means, you’re free to join!)
