Sonic and the Sovereigns of the Emeralds Episodes Silver, Mickey, and the Haunted Mansion
Project Overview
The Sovereigns of the Emeralds have awaken. Their power ready to be claimed as they await their champion. Maleficent and the evil Night Ravens have their eyes set on it. If they win, they will drain the sun and bring about the Eternal Night. Knowing the danger, the forces of Sonic the Hedgehog, his best friend Tails the Fox, Silver the Hedgehog who barley made it out alive from a dark future, and the inter dimensional Princess Blaze the Cat set out to collect the emeralds, stop the Night Ravens, and fulfill their destiny in a journey of self-discovery.
This time, we will be casting for two prequels to Sovereigns of the Emeralds. Episode Silver and Episode Mickey. Shedding light on the events that led up to this series.
In Episode Silver. the Night Ravens have won. The sun is destroyed and Maleficent's empire rages on for generations. However, Silver the Hedgehog continues to fight for everyone's freedom. But the newly formed House of Diasomnia proves to be too much for the hedgehog to handle. However, a wish for hope on a starless night might change the course of history.
Meanwhile, Episode Mickey sees Mickey before he met Sonic and Shadow. Having just escaped the Night Ravens. Mickey finds himself alone in an unforgiving world. Until he is suddenly roped into a major conspiracy surrounding a mysterious threat harnessing the power of Mickey's old enemy, The Blot. With the help of the Restoration, Mickey seeks to uncover the truth behind this new enemy. But to do that, he'll need to get help from a dangerous green Tenrec with her own motives for the Blot.
Knuckles and Amy: Haunted Hyjinx is the last of these three character focused episodes. Originally, this was meant to be a side plot in act 7. However, it got way too crowded and had to be cut. I really enjoyed the premise and it was popular among many of the cast members, so I spun it off and expanded it into its own episode. The plot on the surface is very simple. Amy and Knuckles continue their journey to repair the master emerald. However, their quest leads them to the doorstep of the Haunted Mansion. Inside, spooks and scares await! The two heroes must face off against ghosts, ghouls, sadistic spirits, dark phantoms, and even a mysterious cloaked witch of unknown allegiance. What secrets await in this bone-chilling tale? Watch and find out.
Returning to the world of audio dramas by combining two of my greatest hyper fixations into one epic story. It means a lot that you have checked this out as this project is very dear to me. Now before we begin, they are a few rules.
1. YOU MUST HAVE GOOD MIC QUALITY with LITTLE TO NO background noise.
2. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR DISCORD IN YOUR DESCRIPTION, AS THAT WILL BE OUR PRIMARY METHOD OF COMMUNICATION
3. In terms of takes, the maximum amount is 2. While improve is encouraged, be sure to read only the audition lines if you want to be considered for the part!
4. This project is a long term commitment. If casted, PLEASE BE TRANSPARENT about scheduling and deadlines in order for the project to run smoothly.
5. Unlike my previous project, this one is more PG/PG-13. Swearing has been minimized to traditional "Damns" and "hell" and whatnot.
6. While some of the characters do have pre-established voices, THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE TO DO AN IMPRESSION. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO INTERPRET THESE ROLES TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY. We care more about ACTING than pitch perfect voice matching. If you can manage both, that's awesome! But we are mainly focused on performance.

Gold is is a young tenrec girl from the frozen future. Living in a world with no sun, a world taken over by the Night Ravens. Gold has been surviving on her own for a while with her survival skills and her powers of telepathy. She'd later join up with Professor Von Shlemmer and Quorra to resist the oppressive regime of the Night Ravens. Her journey takes an unexpected turn when she rescues a young silver hedgehog.
Personality: Gold is supportive, intelligent, observant, caring, and easily impressed. However, she can be very neurotic and nagging. She is supportive to the ones she cares for and determined to fight for them, even if it will take her life. Having grown up in a winter hellscape, Gold strives to pave the way for a better life for those around her.
Voice Direction: Gold should have a stoic yet caring voice. Soft, but with a hint of sternness to it.

(Explaining) These are the Time Stones. Said to have been lost when Little Planet was destroyed. But it seems like the doctor got his hands on four of them. Leaving three more out in the wild.
(Encouraging, helping a friend who is down) You are our hope. The Professor believed it, Quorra believed it, I still believe it. So, what do you say we finally save the world?
(Fully enraged, still crying and grieving but angry at the one who killed her friend) *sniff* YOU HORRID, VILE CREATURE! HOW COULD YOU TAKE AWAY SUCH A KIND SOUL? YOU HEARTLESS MONSTER! THE PROFESSOR WASN’T HURTING ANYONE, AND YOU KILLED HIM! I WON’T LET YOU KILL ANY MORE OF MY FRIENDS! YOU! HEARTLESS! VILE! ROTTEN! SCOUNDREL!
Formally, Infinite was a feared mercenary who's mastery over the phantom ruby lead to the world getting taken over by the Eggman Empire. Ushering in an era of fear. For a time, Infinite was feared by all. Taking names and lives for the name of Eggman. Until Sonic and a young rookie stopped him. Now, all that remains is a poor, broken Jackal casted aside by the hands of time. Forever haunted by his past actions and manipulated by the Eggman Empire. However, he soon finds a new purpose when met with a friendly little mouse.
Personality: After Sonic Forces, Finn was left broken, hopeless, and with a longing to make amends. While his scars from the Eggman wounds haven't healed. Finn knows that if he keeps trying, he can make a better life for himself.
Voice Direction: Finn has a medium to deep voice. Similar to Liam O'Brien's portrayal in Sonic Forces as well as Alejandro Saab's in the Chaotix Casefiles, but abandoning his villanous theatrics and more mellow and worn-down. Yet still trying to hold his head high. Since Finn spends the majority of the story without the mask, no effect is needed.

(Regretful) Played like a fool by Eggman…just another weapon for his scheme…a pawn in his game. I was left to die. The ruby was destroyed along with my strength, my mask, my purpose, my heart…
(pleading) Surge. Take it from me. This is not the life you want for yourself. If you continue to walk down this path, you will find nothing but pain and loss.
Quorra is an ISO that has entered into our reality. She has joined up with the Secret Freedom Fighters to help overthrough the House of Disomnia and restore the sun in the snow-covered future. She's taken a liking to Gold the Tenrec and views her as a younger sister.
Personality: Quorra can be quite innocent and, at times, naĂŻve. Her innocence in a social setting gives way to a form of determined passion when she is confronted by dangers, and under such circumstances, she can become very protective of the people she loves. She is loyal to her friends and always trying to lift them up when they are down. Yet is willing to risk her life to make a good future.
Voice Direction: Quorra has a mid-range to deep-ish voice. It should be tough, yet still with a hint of tenderness in it.

(exlpaining) The age of the Sovereigns. Said to be some of the most powerful beings on the planet. Guardians of peace and harmony protecting the balance of life. Until The Thorn Fairy defeated their champion and drained the sun with their power. Plunging us in this wintery hellhole.
(Comforting after a loss) Look kid, I know how you feel. Losing someone close to you after they sacrifice themselves just so you can live a better life. It hurts knowing they aren’t around and they died for you. But you need to learn to press on. They wouldn’t want you moping around. They’d want you to keep on living. And that’s what we are going to do.
A german professor with turquoise skin born in the dark future. He and his band of freedom fighters have been rebelling against the oppressive regime of the House of Diasomnia. The Professor hopes to one day escape the frozen hellhole and travel to the past where he can conduct research on all kinds of plants and animals. His optimism, curious mind, and unwavering courage makes him a good role model and a strong father figure to those who befrind him.
Personality: Von Schlemmer is a brilliant scientist with a strong moral sense. He is curious about how the world works and hopes to unlock all of its secrets. He also has a protective, fatherly side to those he takes under his wing.
Voice Direction: The Professor speaks with a slight german accent. Looking for something close to the Medic's voice in Team Fortress 2

Vat I would give to study all the vögel that used to live here. Flamingos, Toucans, Geier, it would help me with my research. All the more reason to find that blasted zeitstein.
Ze robot is right. If we change the past, Then by all accounts we shouldn’t exist since the future we were born in will be, as they say, kaput.
A genius inventor, renowned super hero and philanthropist. Tony Stark, also known as the Invincible Iron Man, finds himself caught in a giant conspiracy. A mysterious new threat has stolen some of his tech, including the Tesseract. With no one else to turn to, Tony turns to the Restoration for help. Only to find an unexpected hero ready to answer the call.
Personality: Tony is a cocky, arrogant, and a genius. Arrogant yet brilliant. A charismatic billionaire with a large ego. Cracking jokes and at first glance may not seem to care about the situation at hand. Yet deep down, Tony does have a heart. Flawed, but he does care for the safety of the world and his loved ones. He is brash, but brilliant.
Voice Direction: Looking for a charismatic, quick-witted, voice. Something close to Robert Downey Jr's portrayal, Josh Keaton, Adrian Pasdar, Eric Loomis, or Mick Wingert but feel free to make it your own.

(Introducing Himself) Tony Stark. Genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist. And judging by all the walking build-a-bears, I take it this is the restoration? Which one of you Ewoks is the person in charge here?
I know you fuzzballs have dealt with these kinds of robots before. I tried confronting Dr. Eggman, but his “daughter” informed me he was trying to tackle a supposed bigger threat. Reached out to G.U.N. but getting an audience with Commander Topaz is like trying to book a reservation at the Corner Store. So, here I am. You wouldn’t happen to know where Speedy Gonzales is, would you? What’s his face…Mr. Needlemouse, Maurice…Ah! Sonic! That’s the name. Where is he, anyway?
(Frustrated, trying to convince Mickey Surge isn't worth saving) Well whatever you are trying to achieve with her isn’t working, Mickey. I’ve seen the way she took down that space pirate and the collateral damage her little outburst caused! You can’t fix someone like her. If it were up to me, I’d send her on a one way trip to the raft. Or better yet, take that green gunk of yours and do what you did to that Belos fella and wipe her off the face of the earth!
Jewel the Beetle is the Director of the Restoration, succeeding Amy Rose. She aids in helping rebuild the world from the ashes of the Eggman wars and other calamities. One day, a mysterious black mouse find his way in a Restoration hospital. And Jewel takes him in.
Personality: Jewel is well-mannered, has a bright sense of humor, timid but willing to help others as much as she can. She easily succumbs to stressful situations, which makes it difficult for her to concentrate and often leaves her in need of emotional support.
Voice Direction: We’re looking for a medium to high voice with a possible accent if applicable.

The world’s been getting more and more dangerous by the day. Strange new threats popping in and the weather patterns changing. It’s nuts. You two need help getting out of bed?
(concerned) Kit is here too? But how. I thought he was locked up……unless……no, please don’t tell me you did what I think you did?
(Intrigued at Mickey's nature) A living animated character plucked right from the paper. That is honestly super fascinating. I have to ask, for toons like you, is it true that when you walk off a steep cliff, gravity doesn’t take effect until you look down?
Lanolin the Sheep is a member of the restoration and one of the second generation of Diamond Cutters. A tough sheep that has been working her way to the top. Helping out whenever she is needed and always trying to do the right thing.
Personality: Lanolin is a tough, no-nonsense sheep. She is helpful and hardworking, often wearing many different hats. She is formal about following orders, but can get startled very easily. She takes her duties very seriously. Unfortunately, due to stress, she comes across as cold and abrasive despite having good intention.
Voice Direction: Looking for a tough and serious voice. Something within the mid range to slightly low.

(Explaining) This is the Blot creature we faced. When Surge went on her rampage, she was able to control this creature to essentially burn the world down. That creature is a heartless beast fueled by negative emotion and sorrow. Until it was destroyed by Shadow the Hedgehog.
(assertive, concerned, trying to reason) Your reasoning makes sense, but there are so many variables at play that can lead to disaster. What if she tries to take the blot for herself? What if she refuses to comply?
(not forgiving, but trying to reason and understand) I……don’t…forgive you. I don’t think I ever will as long as I live…even so, you sound genuine. It’s one thing to say you’ll change. But another thing entirely to commit to it. The last person who came looking to change……didn’t go through with it……I hope you’ll be better than her.
A comedic robot who wanders around the frozen future. Down on his luck and having given up on the world, he can be found waisting his cares away and trying to make a quick buck. However he fate changes when he meets Silver the Hedgehog.
Personality: Bender is a sarcastic, down on his luck, and self-deprecating robot. Having seen the worst of the world, he no longer believes in hope and chooses to drown his sorrows away.
Voice Direction: Looking for something close to his original voice.

(Losing his cool) Shut up. Just…SHUT UP! THIS!!! IS ALL YOUR FAULT! IF IT WASN’T FOR YOU, SILVER. AND YOUR STUPID HOPELESS DREAM! WE WOULDN’T BE IN THIS MESS! THE OTHERS WOULD STILL BE ALIVE! AND EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN SOMEWHAT NORMAL! BUT NO! YOU JUST HAD TO GET EVERYONE’S HOPES UP! YOU JUST HAD TO PLAY THE BIG HERO! The Sovereign of Life. The original Fairy Godmother. The guiding voice of this whole journey. Not much is known about this being. She is theorized to have been the first of the maidens blessed by the emeralds. Predating the others by a large margin. According to the Chao Temple, she was gifted powerful magic from the cosmos and has trained to become an almost ethereal force of nature. She protected the ancient race of Chao from the Night Ravens using her celestial powers. Asha has since become one with the universe. From stardust she was born, and to stardust she returns. Her spirit looking over her champions.
Personality: This time around. Asha is a mystical, wise, compasionate and maternal figure. While she is one with the universe, she seeks to be a guiding light to others struggling to find their way. Like a star pointing sailers to their destination.
Voice Direction: Looking for something similar to Ariana Debose's voice. But more mature, older, wiser, and powerful.

Acting first, thinking later, throwing caution to every warning sign. I was reckless in my youth. I don’t want you repeating my mistakes. Going after Malenor is unwise. However, there are other ways of restoring your future.
Look for another angle. Return to the time where it all began. Find the Champion and reunite the seven. Nothing is impossible…
(Comforting, tender, motherly) It’s easy to feel defeated. Like you just want to shut the world out. Like you just want to close your eyes and never wake up. But despite how loud those emotions may be. We must keep on living. For you, for your friends, for everyone. You provide the light for others that you can’t even see in yourself.
Tony Stark's artificial intelligence software and personal assistant. Aiding Tony Stark in research, development, and combat.
Personality: J.A.R.V.I.S. is quite a sophisticated A.I., able to interact with human beings just as a living person. He possesses very deep scientific knowledge and is able to aid Tony Stark in his research. He was programmed with a very sarcastic personality, often mocking his own master.
Voice Direction: Looking for a male voice with a posh British accent. Should be both robotic but also sassy and sarcastic.

Rising from the grave, Dr. Starline has survived his battle with Eggman. Albeit with missing legs and a broken body. After finding the remnants of the blot. Starline plans to use it to conquer the world as revenge for throwing him out.
Personality: Starline was calm, theatrical, and sophisticated most of the time, exuding an arrogant sense of pride in his intellect and abilities. However, he was also ruthless, sinister, and cruel. Starline was quite manipulative. He could expertly use other people to his advantage in order to make them cooperate with him or lure them into traps, and he knew exactly to strike his foes where it hurt the most. Yet he is blind-sighted by his own ambition and ego.
Voice Direction: Dr. Starline should have a theatrical, flamboyant, yet sinister and slightly psychotic voice. Some examples include Stolas in Helleva Boss, Emperor Nefarious from Ratchet and Clank

I’d develop something better had I the equipment and resources. We’ll cross that bridge when we get there. For now, I need to focus on the task at hand. Revenge, a dish best served cold.
Awww, “friend?” Pfft, don’t make me laugh. Kit isn’t a friend to anyone. I designed him to support Surge and Surge alone. Any outside wants, desires, and friendships are obsolete. If it meant helping Surge, Kit would leave you for dead in a heartbeat.
(defeated, ashamed, breaking down) Ugh…cough…cough…gah………impossible……I planned for every contingency…prepared for every possible outcome…why did I lose again?
The descendant of the Thorn Fairy, Maleficent. In an alternate timeline where the sun is destroyed, Lady Maleanor rules over all with an iron fist. Determined to protect the legacy of her ancestors. Anyone opposing her is met with a swift and bitter end. This dark Fae serves as the main antagonist for Silver's Story. Establishing the House of Diasomnia and carrying out her mother's legacy.
Personality: Lady Maleanor is a cruel, cold, authoritative, and sinister voice much like her mother. She cares deeply for her lineage and is willing to do anything it takes to preserve power. She radiates an aura of fear and terror as the room chills as she enters.
Voice Direction. Looking for a mid to low range voice that is emotive, authoritative, cruel, sinister, and foreboding. Some examples include Akito Sohma from Fruit Basket, Lady Dimitresku from Resident Evil, Nyanlathotep from Sucker For Love, and Yosano Akiko from Bungo Stray Dogs

The silver hedgehog has triggered a celestial anomaly, threatening everything you hold dear. Anyone found helping the fugitive will be killed on sight. This is a matter of most urgency. Find him and bring him to me. And you will be rewarded. Find him, and you will be welcomed by the House’s warm embrace. Find him, and I will give you everything your heart desires!
(Dark and sinister) You ignorant child. Our family was ostracized by the old kings centuries ago. What’s so wrong about taking a little revenge? Speaking of, there was another freedom fighter like you who tried to defy me. He was such a comedian, raving about the sun and blue skies. And do you want to know what I do to little freedom fighters like that? I grab them by the neck. Then slowly…gently…drain every little drop of life from their body until there is nothing left.
(preparing to finish Silver off) When I’m done. I’ll have your body displayed in the center of my kingdom for all to see. That way no one dares to defy me ever again. No one will be foolish enough to chase delusions of grandeur. Now say goodnight, Silver the Hedgehog.
Lady Maleanor's enforcer. After being dispatched from his old group for his violent ways, Gantu has joined with the House of Diasomnia in an alternate future. He takes deep pride in his job and is more than willing to get his hands dirty to preserve order. If you become an enemy of the house, you become an enemy of Gantu.
Personality: Gantu is a stone-cold, militaristic, strict, egotistical, no-nonsense soldier. He is not evil, however, but follows his orders in an admittedly ruthless manner and tends to take the rules too seriously. He is also sadistic and takes pleasure in tormenting his victims. Gantu is also incredibly arrogant and over-confident in his abilities, leading to a lot of impulsive choices.
Voice Direction: Gantu has a deep, basey, cold, and menacing voice. Looking for something close to Kevin Michael Richardson's voice.

(Taunting, slightly sadistic) You could have just come quietly and not put up a resistance. But no. Because of you I had to get my hands dirty. I’ll have to slaughter the rest of your friends next. But don’t fret, I’m not going to kill you. Lady Maleanor has something worse planned for you. She won’t mind if I wore you out though. So let me have my fun.
(Commanding his troops) There they are! Your orders are to stop them from taking the Time Stone by any means necessary. I’m giving you clearance to kill. Now make Lady Maleanor proud!
A mysterious dark magician resurrected by Maleficent. Belos' history remains an enigma, but he is a loyal soldier to the Thorn Fairy and a powerful sorcerer in his own right.
Personality: Belos is an omnipotent egomaniac. A commanding, authoritative figure. His authority is shown to be a powerful one that garners fear and respect. However, deep down, he is an insane and delusional individual. Throughout the present and the past, he is clever, lying, selfish, deceiving, cunning, and slick in many ways when it comes to lying and tricking people to gain their trust and get exactly what he's after.
Voice Direction: Looking for a regal, medium-ish voice with a 1600s flare to it. Like he was plucked from a different century.

The Eternal Night. The Day of Unity. The promised time where we reclaim this uncivilized planet and make it orderly once again. Righting the injustices of the ancient Fae. It cannot be stopped, much like the setting sun and rising moon. However, relinquish the magic brush you carry to me. And I shall spare you and your friends. If not, hold your loved ones close. And speak the words you’ve been afraid to speak. For your time on this accursed planet is coming to a slow end.
(taunting) Awww, what a brave little mouse. Scurrying to save the newfound friends he put in danger. But it will all be in vain. You will lose. The Day of Unity will come to pass. The world will be buried in a grave of snow and the Mistress of Evil shall rule over all.
Another member of the Night Ravens. A mysterious warlord from another planet has joined Maleficent to help with her conquest. Perhaps they have a mutual goal? Or Maleficent threatened her home world if she didn't join. Who knows, but Dominator is here now and ready to slay any nerd that gets in her way.
Personality: Dominator is an intimidating figure that is dreaded in the galaxy not only for her army and strength, but because she managed to become the greatest villain in the galaxy in record time.When not in her armor, however, Dominator seems to be a highly upbeat and energetic woman, getting overexcited about doing evil things and which destructive weapons to use. However, this should never be mistaken for anything less than evil and cruel. She is also manipulative.
Voice Direction: Looking to a mid to high ish voice that is both energetic, but intimidating.

A super villain who perished in a plane accident. However, he is back now thanks to the power of the Black Cauldron. He now serves Maleficent in an attempt to rid the world of all Super Heroes.
Personality: A technical genius, but a giant egomaniac. He has a distain for super heroes and seeks to eliminate them all. Despite his evil personality, Syndrome is shown to have a comedic side. Often cracking jokes during battle.
Voice Direction: Looking for a medium to highish voice that oozes with charisma, ego, and theatrical flare.

Personality: Bruce is a mild-mannered, mysterious, shy, logical and analytical man of science. Hulk is more primitive and illogical, with his senses amplified to such an extent that it is difficult for his brain to process it all. Hulk keeps fragments of Banner's personality and gradually attained a better reasoning capacity over time, becoming able to show affection, demonstrating a capacity to work collaboratively with others once they've established a rapport with him, and evidencing he's capable of directing his savagery at foes instead of allies.

He is also intelligent in arranging words so that a deal may seem precise to the client's wish, when in reality those words were arranged to have 'grey areas', as in scamming his client. Azul is also known to be sly, being able to convince almost anyone to sign a contract with him. He is also seen to be skilled in every aspect.

Luz is a very excitable young adult. With a high fascination for all things fantasy and a knack for adventure, Luz is very outgoing and willing to hop into anything thrown her way. She sometimes has trouble looking before she leaps, but always manages to somehow land on her feet. She cares deeply for people and her determination to protect them is what drives her to her goals. Luz is shown to have a sense of responsibility, as she freely acknowledges that she is responsible for her own actions to the point where she will blame herself for something she has caused, even when it is not really her fault.

Out of all the Disney Villains, the horned king is by far the most ruthless and merciless. He's cold and very collected, only showing anger when his plan fails. He shows no sense of humor and the only time he laughs is when it's scornful and sarcastic. The Horned King views himself as a god among mortal men and commands a great deal of authority and fear.

Mephiles as a dark and evil reflection of Shadow. Meant to be a more evil and sadistic version of him. Mephiles is cunning, calm, and calculated. But when his boundary breaks, Mephiles allows himself to slip into insanity.

Mephiles has a deep, cold, menacing, and theatrical voice. One that oozes with charm, charisma, and evil. Feel free to use either Dan Green or Robbie Daymond's voice as reference
