SNIP IT OFF! feat. Kasane Teto

Do you love Vocaloids? Do you want to help create a new, original music video featuring Kasane Teto? Great! In that case it would be awesome if you could join me in a journey in creating something special for people to enjoy!

A little about me and this project:
Hey I'm Laggex. I'm 25 and I am a very passionate vocaloid enjoyer. I always wanted to create new original music from scratch. I am a rookie when it comes to basically everything when it comes to music video creation: writing, creating music, art, mixing, animating, editing etc. so this is what this the main goal of this project - to finally kick start everything and learn from others, get inspired, meet new talents, develop our creative skills and more!

This song will be about overcoming the burnout from helping others and not yourself. I want to incorporate themes like depression, tiredness and living up to people expectations (you know, the exciting stuff). I want to send a message to people to interpret without being direct about it. Everything will be set in hair saloon. Idea is that just like hair - problems are "growing" back and we need to keep cutting it off while sometimes forgetting about ourselves.

There is no rush when it comes to anything. We all live busy lives and I understand that. If you need a bit of a longer period of time to create something, no problem. I am a very open person so if you have any ideas, changes, fixes to our project I am all ears. Nothing is set in stone. This is a group project I want everyone to enjoy making. I can get on vc on discord to help out, guide you with my vision and listen to your feedback.

If this sounds good to you - sign up and help out!

PS. I am starting from scratch. Currently I don't have full lyrics or beat to go of off. I need some help. I want everyone to get inspired as we go along this project!

Q&A

I don't have Kasane Teto voice bank or vocaloid software. What now?
No worries. I am willing to purchase her voice bank and SynthV if you're ready to fully commit to this project. I will send all the files and credentials so you can access full version of the program.

Will I get paid for this project?
Depends. I selected "unpaid" in this project since I'm just a student. I am not able to afford to pay for everyone. If the music video will do well and it will generate revenue - I will split it across everyone who participated in this project but set your mindset that you're doing this for free now.
