Juno is a 20 yo Korean-American, laid back, hippie-lite alien enthusiast college student. She is a friend of Snickerdoodle and serves as a surrogate big sister role.
The voice we are looking for is something close to Cassandra from Beavis and Butthead but perhaps a little deeper
