Small Skyrim Quest Mod: Stargazer - Jyggalapuff
Project Overview
Stargazer is a small free mod made for the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that will be released on Nexus mods.
The mod involves assisting members of the Royal Imperial Mananaut Society, and organization that once was the sole Tamrielic pioneers of Inter-Planetary travel , but have since fallen on hard times. Not that they'll admit it.
To that end they ask you to take care of a small problem (If only so that they can look busier on paper. "Cult destroyed" on paper sounds so much better than "Researcher Finagled".)
Stargazers tried to take a more comedic tone in general, with many lines being over the top and sarcastic, while others are more expository, attempting to flesh out the world.
The mod consists of roughly 120-140 lines split amongst 3 characters. These are a few voiced scenes with multiple dialogue options, ranging from questions to remarks to musings about the universe.
Any accents are fine so long as they're not too much, but I ask that you stick to the guidelines I've put in the role descriptions. I have a general idea of how I want the characters to sound.
Auditions will end on September 20th, 2025 Pacific Standard Time
REQUIREMENTS:
I ask that you have a mic of decent quality. Doesn't have to be profesional quality, but the audio needs to be legible.
Redoing lines might be required. I'm not a stickler by any means, but if a line has issues or needs a slightly different inflection or different pronounciation, I'll ask you to rerecord it.
For each line, I'd ask that you save them as their own individual files with a numbered format. IE
'DaveIntroBranch01, line01.wav'
'Dave2questionbranch line4.wav'
Or whichever format would be easist. I'll provide an organized list so it'll be as simple as copying down the names. Also be sure to save the audio files as Mono, the modding tools I'm using don't accept any other format.
This is an unpaid role, as I don't make mods for money. But I'm open to other forms of non-monetary compensation. Credit will be given on the mod page, along with any links you wish to have added.

Dave (Not his given name) is a member of the Royal Imperial Mananauts, Tamriel's former (Emphasis on former) leading experts on interplanetary travel and navigating the planes of both Oblivion and Aetherius.
Dave is an young male Imperial scholar, who acts as the "community outreach" portion of the Mananauts, meaning he tries his best to act polite while simultaneously being yelled at by his superiors and fetching their equipment when they bark at him for it. He doesn't let this get to him though, as he knows they know that THEY need HIM more than HE needs THEM.
As Dave will be bouncing off another character who has much more of an extreme personality, Dave will be used to put his superiors irate comments and general grumbling into sharp relief. As such, try to keep a generally calm and somewhat monotonous tone, almost like you're trying to keep a young child focused on a task you've asked them to do without TELLING them to focus on said task.

I could say something about needing a specific skillset, but the truth is we can't afford to pay any.
Having been a part of the Royal Imperial Mananauts for as long as it's existed, he feels a bit of responsibility where it's concerned. He also HATES these damn kids meddling with HIS stuff! This character was inspired by the likes of Neloth from Skyrim, Dr Klein from Fallout New Vegas, and other retro-futuristic balloon headed and ego-maniacal scientists who want to focus on their experiments and don't really care one way or another about the anything else, ESPECIALLY UNDERLINGS!
As stated, he should be a adult male with a larger than life style of talking, akin to old sci-fi movie narrators. Think of things like "TALES OF TOMORROW!!" or "THE MONSTERS IN SPAAACE!", but instead of narrating a show he's actively calling the player useless and admonishing his underling for wasting time on them.
Keep in mind he will be interrupting and bouncing off a much less over the top character, so his lines tend to stop and start a bit depending on the context.

Lulaer is the main baddy of the mod, and also a researcher who doesn't even know who the Imperial Mananauts are. Existing as the villain merely to pad the Mananauts records and because she happened to be wearing robes, she by all rights just wants to be left alone to her study of the obscure beings known as the Magne-Ge.
Lulaer is a Dunmer woman with a simple, clean tone of voice. She has a few lines of dialogue that discuss her research, and have some weird words to pronounce, such as "Xero-Lyg" (Pronounced Zero-Lig, Lig rhymes with Dig) and "Merid-Nunda" (Pronounced Mair-id Nun-da. Mair as in Air, Id as in Lid). So keep that in mind while auditioning. I'm of course able to help break down how the words are said. (I'm an absolute nerd and somewhat picky about pronounciations)

However, she was cast out of her position when she began consorting with the Daedra, and took up the mantle of Daedric Prince.
