Skyrim: Destroy The Dark Brotherhood Enhanced
Project Overview
This mod, as the name suggests, will transform the "Destroy the Dark Brotherhood" quest in Skyrim into a 6-part questline where the player assists the Penitus Oculatus.
Most of the newly-voiced dialogue will be related to 5 follow-on side quests, in which the Penitus Oculatus fights the Aldmeri Dominion through Nord proxies.

The largest, leading role. Roughly 680 lines.
Commander Cordius Maro is the 52-year old leader of the Penitus Oculatus, the organization that protects the Emperor of Tamriel (the continent Skyrim takes place on), akin to the Praetorian Guard.
He's a character in Skyrim's Base Game, and I would like him to at least sound similar to what he sounds like by default. Here is him talking. It's a somewhat gravelly, low-pitched American accent.
The way I've written him does differ from the base game - he's a veteran of the Great War between the Empire and Aldmeri Dominion, lost a lot of friends, and turned his faith to cope.

Stendarr's mercy, this is an incredible stroke of luck. One of my biggest operations here in Skyrim has been tracking the Dark Brotherhood.
The Dark Brotherhood... there are legends that those sick bastards worship the corpse of Dunmer woman who died in the second era.
Word gets around when people do strange rituals over and over again. Usually, their more discreet than the Aretino boy in Windhelm, but not hard to find if you know what to look for.
Supporting role with roughly 40 lines.
Lieutenant Gaius Maro is the son of Commander Maro, and a fellow member of the Penitus Oculatus. Also already exists in the base game, and has a stern British accent. I'd accept an American accent with a similar tone.

Maven Black-Briar is dirty. The whole world knows that. She's got ties to the Thieves' Guild and the Dark Brotherhood.
I'll head up on the balcony. You should stay down here, feel out the crowd.
Father, I'll be fine. Stop worrying so much.
Supporting role, roughly 65 lines.
Lieutenant Avita Helvius becomes Commander Maro's second-in-command after the main questline is complete, and plays a role in some sidequests, and managing the Penitus Oculatus as a faction in General. Dedicated career soldier who comes off as stoic, but values her homeland and family.
I envision her with a low-pitched British accent, similar to Mirabelle Ervine in the base game.

You must the one who the Commander's talked so much about. I'm Avita Helvius. It's a pleasure.
A military organization as effective as ours needs a tail as much as it needs teeth. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to get out of this accursed cave and... be a tooth - but there are more important things at hand.
One more thing - we have battlemages with us. They can stay on the ship and hit the island indirectly, but someone would need to direct them from the shore.
Antagonist of Side Quests, roughly 100 lines
Meracanil is a high-ranking officer in the Aldmeri Dominion who partook in the sacking of the Imperial City during the Great War, where him and his soldiers killed hundreds of civilians. He's since become somewhat disenfranchised to the Thalmor cause, but still ultimately hates humans.

So the Empire is finally willing to do more than just drag their heels at the negotiating table.
Many judge me for what I did during the Great War... I was merely following the example that the first human to rule Alinor had set.
We're coming for Skyrim. And for Cyrodiil. It may take one, two centuries, but that's no time at all for us.
Supporting Role, roughly 130 lines
Ivar Shore-Charger is a Nord mercenary leader who supports the Stormcloaks. The Penitus Oculatus uses him as a proxy to fight the Thalmor directly. He should have a standard Skyrim "Nord" accent, which is kind of a mix of Austrian, American, and Scandinavian.

My story? I'm a son of Skyrim - a warrior, a sailor, and a servant of no one except the Gods, whatever you might call them.
I'm loyal to my homeland, kinsmen, and gods long before I'm loyal to a few gold pieces.
Good luck! And let us all beseech the blessing of almighty Talos on this great and noble undertaking!
Minor Role, roughly 30 lines.
Ivar's right-hand woman. Former Bandit. Bitter resentment for the Empire. Has a Skyrim "Nordic" accent, which sounds like Northern rural Swedish.

Frontal, seaborne assaults are what we do best. We should land by the main dock, and advance up towards the main entrance.
That so? Well, I figure our warband would be happy to help. Talk to Ivar. He's our captain.
Eventually, Ivar's men hit our camp. I switched sides, and started doing whatever I could to earn Stuhn's forgiveness.
Minor Role, Roughly 10 lines.
Nord Mercenary, former Imperial scout, right-hand man of Ivar Shor-Charger.

I was a Legion scout for a few years, but I spent too much time working alongside the Thalmor to find Talos worshippers.
Unlike Serla over there, I have no real hate for the Empire - I knew a lot of good men in the Legion. But I can't fight for them when they're working against Skyrim.
Maybe they'll take up arms against the Elven dogs again some day, and that'll be the day I put my old Legion armor back on, but that day is long yet to come.
Supporting Role, roughly 40 lines.
Aerja (pronounced Air-ya) is a Nord mercenary and the former business associate and lover of Ivar. Similar Nordic accent as all the others in Skyrim.

Ivar? What in Oblivion are you doing back here?
I've taken on a few Imperial ships, but that last one was the first time I got to sink my teeth into the Thalmor.
We shared a fleet of a few longboats and lots of warriors, but had a falling out.
Minor Role, roughly 25 lines.
Dunmer priest of Arkay. Should sound very intense and British like the other Dark Elves in Skyrim, but a bit less Cockney, kind of like Erandur, another Dunmer priest.

Is there something I can help you with, my child?
Walk in the light, my child.
In all honesty, I'm not exactly sure what I can do. I didn't even think the Night Mother was real.
Supporting Role, 75 lines
Stormcloak Jailor. The player needs to get information out of him, and will have lots of options on how to do so. Standard Nord voice.

Aye, traveler. Welcome to Windhelm. I'm Fednar - I work in the dungeons here.
I heard about what happened at Bleakgate. Hell of a fight, and a real blow to the Thalmor.
To tell you the truth, we've got one in the dungeon now. Shore-Charger mercenaries brought that bastard in.
Supporting Role, roughly 30 lines (Kay-na)
Thalmor diplomat who negotiates the release of a prisoner with the player.

Emissary Caena. A pleasure to meet you.
Your friends and I have already come to an agreement.
Very well then. The prisoners will arrive at Pale Pass within a week, and we'll take Meracanil.
Additional Role, 4 lines
Finds the player during a battle to ask them for help.

Aye, Shield-Brother. The warriors on the other side of the island could use your help.
I don't think there's time for that anymore.
I'll come with you.
