Simulation: The movie

VOICE AUDITIONS ARE NOW OPEN!!!! I have already casted Shirley from an outside source and I am the Watcher. The other characters are still auditionable, and if you pass this audition I will invite you over to the project discord server, where you will have access to the rest of the lines. We also so fun bonding events in the server for the team, like Jackbox games and others. I treat all team members with kindness, respect and friendship. Having discord is mandatory!

Main characters include

The female Young Adult MC Shirley Rose(played by someone offsite)

The player/ “watcher” (played by me)

Johnny Zest, the love-interest of the MC.

These three are best friends and roommates with a love triangle situation.

Geoffrey Landgraab/ Jeff Osteer, Johnny’s estranged father who had to disown him at the words of Nancy.

Nancy Landgraab

One part of the couple is a secret agent, the other is a crime boss.

If your expertise and enthusiasm suits a role, you will be shortlisted and then chosen for the role that I feel best fits you. If you aren't chosen for one role, you will be considered for others (ex. If someone applied to be script writer and weren't chosen for that but has voice acting experience, I will give the offer to audition for Voice actor).

Payment is based on the role. The roles paid the highest are script writer and rigger/animator. I am only paying one of each for this project. The script writer will be writing the script for the whole movie(and maybe the song in it). The rigger/animator will rig and animate for the whole film. It is a lot of work and it is only one person for each role who does it for the whole film.

Voice actors will get paid too, with the income being based on the character. It also depends on if they voice just one character or more characters. People voicing the characters won't need to record every line of the script, just the ones for their character/s, so the pay will be approximately $5-$15 CAD for that, but I could negotiate once the time comes. Basically, the more your character appears, the more lines you record and the higher you get paid.

The script writer is the brain of the project, while the rigger/animator is the heart, and the VAs are like the lungs. They all have an important part to play. If we have other roles, then they are like the other body parts. They all are important to the project in different ways.

Credits will be given at the end of the film and in the description of the video. I will also add a link to your casting call club profiles, and other socials if you'd like. This is a fun project for me and my first collaborative one! I hope to create something amazing with you!
