Project Overview
You are transported into the far future where technology is strong but scarce. Mother nature, suffering to make earth into its natural state and couldn't compete with humanity and its sciences even with her hurricanes, blizzards, floods, and other natural disasters. So, she developed a new plague. Follow the protagonist, Brett, as he accompanies a team of scientist called S.A.M 99.
Bonus points for battle grunts and screams!
Their end goal? To live with mother nature in harmony like they did in ancient times. Their first step to maneuver around them is to use prototype suits that leave them on the verge of death, mimicking the collected (Zombies). From twigs sprouting from the head to hulking living tree creatures with the dried bones of the host remaining in the bark, join our scientists on their adventure to find a way to use technology to live with mother nature once again! Alright! My first artist ever! Let me give you the run down. You will be making slides to go along with the audio.You will be making several slides that will be mostly forest and living forest creatures .I don't expect each slide to be extremely detailed. In fact, I prefer them not to be. I can provide examples upon request what these creatures will look like. If you have any questions, I check messages daily, even several times a day on occasion.

This character does some narration as well. I would like to hear a distinct audio quality difference.
Brett, once a Gate A keeper to one of the small divided cities scattered across the American continent is chosen for an experiment to test a new suit that can allow someone to walk among the collected (Nature claimed zombies). As a successful candidate on an already risky procedure, he was released from his position from the city and help this science group perfect their technologies to live in harmony with nature again.
Slow to fear, quick to learn and sometimes too quick to enact a plan barely formed in his mind, he can get things done quickly. At the same speed, he gets himself and others into trouble. Overall, he is witty, cool collected and a quick learner.
I want his voice to reflect that of Billy Murray in his Call of Duty character Price. Though this does not guarantee the role! If you can't do the voice, give me your best version of a cool collected, tough guy in the voice you feel suits it. Any accent is applicable.
("This again?..." kind of voice)“First, let’s get past the boring stuff, (Bored bla bla bla kind of tone) ‘you don’t know what you’re doing. How could you do this? Do you know who I and or we are? You’ll pay for this’ Etc. etc. It may come to a surprise to you that if I didn’t know what I was doing you wouldn’t be here to trade because we would all be collected. I don’t do this because I can it’s because there needs to be rules. If we don’t have those, we die. I don’t know you but I know where you come from. I won’t pay for this because this is literally my job description. Now for my questions.” I let a few moments pass to build up tension. (Silly) “Do you prefer peaches, pears or apples?”
(Narration style) Rust, mold, natural life. These things have been constructed by mother nature to bring the earth back to its natural state. This is how she reclaims her home. What happens when you piss her off enough that she decides to take it a step further? Hurricanes? Blizzards? Earthquakes? How about a plague? Time and time again we poke at her and each time she develops a new horror to keep us in place. Again and again we taunt her even more, trying to tame her with technology and science. Some say that she doesn’t make mistakes. But if we were made by her, were we the first to disrupt her streak? Or are we part of her plan?
“Oh, he’s scary. Isn’t he scary, Quin? I feel like he can use the force of a ton of TNT from his punch to go through. Maybe I should turn on the defense option to give his face a nice tan for being so understanding that I’m doing my job?” I caressed the red button like you would a lover’s cheek. He bounded his head off and sat with the girl, still crying and put his arm around her. I turned on the defense option and tossed an apple core at it to show them that it would vaporize anything it touches.
The leader of the science expedition research team. He was sent from the City S.A.M 99 to research the foreign elements of nature and apply technologies to nature to advance humanity. He comes off cheerful and trusting to people but won't hesitate to apply his plan before conversed with the team. He has the objective before anything else. In sense, very professional. If there's something to do, he gets it done. Friends and other pleasantries are just perks of the job.
Preferably an Irish or Scottish accent. (Not a leprechaun)
A tough guy. He demands respect in the team. He fully believes that it is a massive bad omen to have lack of trust. He thinks it can be as far as fatal
A good teacher. When he explains things, he explains slowly and clearly. Hands on is his preferred method of teaching.
(Keep in mind, he's educating someone) “Hmm. So, you want to know what we do in S.A.M 99. Well, let me enlighten you. We go around with this equipment and such, and we go around collecting samples, and try to learn to live in harmony with mother nature again. Now, if I was to explain to you that…” (An alarm ‘whooped’) “ Hold up. There’s a guardian signature in front of us. Give it a moment. (Whisper) Hide! Don't make a sound. Alright, he's stopped. Now let's move.
How are you enjoying the sunset? (A small pause then groans as he squats to sit down) Ironic, isn't it? How something so beautiful can be so dangerous. If we could, I'd offer you time to help sort this stuff out. But unfortunately, we don't have that kind of luxury. I need you to be 100% tomorrow morning. Get some rest.
(Casually intimidating) Mara, after a month of working together, I'd wager that you would have caught on to how things work. If I cant trust you with my back out there, I might as well not have one. I know these are harsh words but, it's a harsh world. I want to work with you, honest to God. But your making this difficult. I need your help tomorrow. Can I trust you to have us tomorrow? You guys are my family.
On her 27th birthday, she got incorporated into the S.A.M 99 Research team. She sluggishly gathered her things to be deployed. She never wanted to go outside the gates. She wanted to improve the city she lived in for her loved ones. Though she was hesitant to join, she got accustomed to her new family. She never really gained control over her stress levels over the time outside the walls. Ever since her call to work, she never once forgot to do her video log along with keeping notes on their discoveries, stories, blueprints to the next project.
Over all, she is a comic relief with her preferred member, Stalwart. Her happy demeanor keeps the group relaxed and entertained with the help of Stalwart.
Any accent is accepted. Cockney English is preferred. But, I'd much prefer to have you have fun with this voice and give me something that would be fun and fluid for you to use throughout the story.
(In a chuckle and playful tone) Look who's the tourist now!
(In the middle of putting a machine together in a firefight(You need to talk over gun fire)) Common! I can't focus with this much stress. Uuh... ummm. Ok, Stalwort? Pass me that cable through the shaft. Do you see a slot labeled "2324-Pwr"? I need you to plug it into that to enable the secondary option to- (Is interrupted by stalwart saying "Speak English!") We're going to turn on the machine and give ourselves a defense shield around us.
(Peacefully) Does this look silly to you? Our ancestors used to do it for exercise and to clear your mind. It's called yoga. If it's so easy, give it a shot. (Giggling) Can't keep up, huh?
Stalwart was an iron worker and an underground fighter champion. Though he's not the brightest, he makes up in strength. Weighing in 210lbs, this wall of meat caries the physical burdens of the team. His nickname Bunny was given to him by his friend and co-worker Mara. She thought that she could have some fun giving him a nickname that would cut through his menacing physique. Since animals are fewer and more cautious, Stalwart has never heard of a bunny. Ever since he heard Mara's story of the bunny, how it was the king of the jungle, he wore his nickname like a badge of honor.
Sounds coincidentally like Brick from the borderlands series.
( Charging into a hoard ) I am the mighty bunny! Hear my mighty bunny scream! Ah hahaha
Yeah, Brett. Yoga is hard. Its for warriors only. You cant match the power of the bunny like I can.
When you look into the bunnies eyes, wild blood thirsty eyes, will you take it head on or run screaming?
You guys keep holding them off. I'm going to help Mara with the machine.
Ok, ok. Stop shouting! What? Speak English! Put the wire in the hole... Got it! Science is easy.
Unfortunately, due to budget, I will not be able to pay for extras. But just because you are doing only a few lines, does not mean that there isn't a need for your services! Gender does not matter, age doesn't matter and accent doesn't matter.
The're breaking through the gates! Save the women and children! (Battle grunts and screams. As well as wounded and dying sounds)
(Counsel figure at podium) Gauge and his team of scientist from Sam 99 are presenting their "ground breaking discoveries... To walk among the collected?... Is that right?
He killed one of our own! Guards, arrest them!
(Over radio) Roger, that. What's their call sign? Understood. Yes, the're on the schedule. The're here for a weapons demonstration. After holding, send them to the demonstrations hall.
