Hello everybody,
I am posting because I am searching for voice actors for a romance follower mod I am working on for the game, "The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim." The mod is about a Paladin Knight (aka a holy warrior) who the player can romance and go on a quest with that, in part, uncovers his past. At the same time, the quest allows the player to rebuild an organization of warriors in the land and become the leader of it with the Paladin Knight. The Knight’s name is Casavir, he is the lead role, and I got the idea for him based on the Casavir that exists in Neverwinter Nights 2, one of my favorite RPGs of all time. I lean quite a bit on the story that the original had, but I have twisted it and made it my own, so it is a distinct story. I am setting up auditions here for him and the other, more minor roles in the quest, some of which are based on characters from other games I love (Neverwinter Nights and Dragon Age). So, if you recognize the names, that might be why.
All acknowledgement goes to the makers of Neverwinter Nights, Neverwinter Nights 2, and Dragon Age Origins and Inquisition for their fabulous characters and stories. I certainly do not claim to own them in any way. This is purely and totally a fan production.
If you are interested in auditioning for any of the roles, please read the below descriptions for each and then make your decision on if you indeed wish to. Some are more demanding than others in terms of effort and time commitment, so I ask that you please consider the descriptions carefully. There are also audition lines for you to send in, and if you’d like, you can audition for multiple roles. Just make sure you’re clear about which roles you’re auditioning for, please.
As far as the voicing is concerned, my time frame for liking lines to be finished is within 2 weeks (or sooner) to a month after a script or script section has been sent to the actor. I am, of course, willing to work with anyone who cannot do this if there are delays or they need extra time. I just do not want to have consistently late deliveries that take forever to get back to me. I like to be kept in the loop. :)
When you send in auditions, please ensure they are free of background noise and mouse clicking sounds. You may also alert me to any character reels you might have and when you send me audio if you get cast for a role(s), please send them in Mono 16 Bit WAV format.
I'll be adding more roles in the near future to audition for too :D

A 13 year old girl who has the weight of the world literally on her shoulders, she has spent the whole time since her village was destroyed and her Papa was killed looking out for her little brother, Jacob. It has not been easy and has made her have to grow up very quickly, just like the other orphans who have lost their homes and families and are now living on Skyrim’s streets. An action minded young girl, Emily is not afraid to stand up to anyone she thinks is a threat to her brother or anyone else, which is something that made her quite the hero with the other orphaned children in Riften. Despite her and Jacob’s hardships, she has not stopped dreaming about her future. She is determined to find happiness and comfort for herself and her brother.
The role will require long-term commitment since not all of the scripts for her are finished yet. However, her scripts are hopefully projected to be completed by the end of the year. Also, the work will have to be done for free since my mod makes no money and is not commercial. It is purely a fan-made creation. The role will not require voicing any graphic content. All of Emily's lines are "G" rated. I still require that the voice actor be 18 or older. I also ask that voice actors only apply who have the necessary time to work on it and can return work promptly. I require all audio to be of reasonable quality, cleaned, and split according to the scripts I provide. All audio files must be sent as 16 bit WAVS.

The role is for a little boy, age 11, who is the son of the main character in the mod (Casavir), a Paladin, and the Dragonoborn. The mod has an adventurous story where the player falls in love with Casavir, has to help him heal from his dark past, and rebuild his lost Order in Skyrim all while attaining ownership of a castle. The little boy has a big sister and the two of them can be adopted by the player and Casavir. The little boy's name is Jacob. He is a sweet, talented young child who is interested in becoming a bard one day. He has always looked up to his big sister and tries to help her as much as he can as she is looking out for them while they are on the run after a dragon destroyed Helgen, their hometown, and their family. Voice Requirement: Any voice type is acceptable. The work load is extremely low for this role. Please be aware that this role features a bit of graphic language including cussing. Ideally, I'd like an actor who can diversify his or her voice enough so they can play this role and the other "Bandit Jalen" role, but that is not mandatory. Collectively, all of the bandit roles are still low in terms of time and could easily be completed in an evening or less.
Bio: Kilgore is your typical bandit leader who answers to the chief of his group. He's constantly having to keep his group in order and make them stay focused on the task at hand, which is stealing as much money as they can from innocent people. However, he has a bit of a mysterious past and has a soft spot for a woman who is now close to his bandit chief who he's afraid of.

Voice Requirements: Any type is acceptable. Just give it a try and do what you'd like with it. The role is extremely low in terms of work load/commitment. Ideally, I'd like an actor who can diversify his or her voice enough so they can play this role and the other "Bandit Kilgore" role, but that is not mandatory. Collectively, both of the bandit roles are still low in terms of time and could easily be completed in an evening or less. Please be advised that there is some graphic language with the role, although not much.
Bio: Jalen is Kilgore's second in command. He is a troublemaking bandit alongside him and enjoys stealing from people. All of the bandits are very much so villain types, and Jalen has a particular penchant for causing mischief. He thrives on combat and likes to play pranks on people and even his fellow bandits in his group.

Voice Requirements: Any voice type or accent is acceptable as long as it's not TES lore breaking. The work load is low for this role. He's present in 2 scenes. The first one, the audition lines cover, and the second one is seen later in the mod which has more lines but is still quite manageable.
Character Bio: The Priest features within the play that Casavir and the player can go watch and later when the player and Casavir actually wed. He is a real priest, but he agreed to perform in the play as a favor to Queen Elisif and he also has a slight flair for the dramatic. However, he is still very devout when it comes to the Gods and takes his job seriously. He is a warm hearted older gentleman with a gray beard and gray hair. He can have a quick wit about him and doesn't mind telling jokes on occasion.

Bio: Gronk is an Orc that takes pride in his heritage and loves swinging a weapon as much as any of them. But deep down, he's a big softy. He just wants to be accepted and fight with a merry band of warriors. He also doesn't like people messing with his battleaxe.

Bio: The Wordsmith (real name Arthur) appears at the ball that the player and Casavir can attend together. He appreciates a good spot of card play and other table related games, plus he likes wordplay. He has worked for the Queen for several years offering entertainment at her various galas and parties she throws annually. When he isn't entertaining her guests at her social functions, he writes poems and musings that he gets published in the local paper in Solitude. He likes to drink tea, and must have a cup of it every night with a splash of milk before bed.

Voice Requirement: I want a posh sounding accent/tone for this one. Quinten is a High Elf and an uppity one at that, so I feel that type of voice is most appropriate. The work load is low in terms of time commitment.
Bio: Quinten comes off as quite salty and rude, which of course makes him difficult to approach. But, the truth is he has had a rough past which has soured his attitude towards people. He lost someone he loved very early in his life but he doesn't let on about it. Now, he runs a shop selling miscellaneous goods he has acquired on his travels. The Queen of Solitude has asked him to sell his wares at the ball she is hosting that the player and Casavir attend.

Personality Description: Aribeth is a Paladin like Casavir. She is in her mid 30s as well. Human. She has seen much in her time on the battlefield and it has instilled within her a stoic sense of determination and underlying sadness from the losses of comrades she has experienced. She has also lost a loved one because of a misunderstanding that set her on a dark, depressing course for quite a while. Now, she is wiser because of the trauma she has been through and the years that have passed. She functions as a sort of advisor role to Casavir and the Dragonborn.

Bio: Torvald has had it with the war in Skyrim and just wants to find a way to make ends meet. He wants to have a stable job, income, and the ability to worship Talos as he pleases. He is a humble man who works hard and has dreams of his own, but currently lacks the means to achieve them. He is also a family man and values those close to him.

She is extremely hospital and sweet, a lot like the pastries and cakes she sells. She has an inviting feeling to her personality that is very welcoming and makes you want to sit down and have a cup of tea with her.

Jorgen is a kind man and polite, but he does have a sort of gruff exterior that makes him somewhat hard to approach. He likes to get his work done and does not like dealing with anyone's nonsense. He's the kind of guy who likes to work first and ask questions later.

Voice Requirement: I am looking for a lighthearted, kind of crazy voice for this role. The court jester is a real nut so the voice needs to have a sense of wonder and eccentricity. The work load is extremely low. He appears in one scene.
Character Bio: The court jester is present in the ball that the player and Casavir can attend together. He is a real prankster, as you might expect given his profession. He likes playing around and is very interesting. He also likes fancy, colorful clothing and you can almost always expect him to be at the root of every grapevine of gossip that circulates around the palace. If he doesn't know something going on there, he knows someone who does.

Bio: Maria is a girl with big dreams and yet like Marcus has a heart of gold. She is the daughter of a farming family and set aside her dreams of starting a priory so she could help out on the farm. Since she lives in Dawnstar, she also helps the local townspeople by collecting food for them so they can survive the harsh snowstorms they have. She is kind and always eager to welcome new visitors to her hometown, but it's easy to tell how much she wishes she could travel more and spread her wings.

Voice Type: I'd like Casavir to have a deep voice rich with bass and perhaps a touch of a gravely tone. Needs to sound really masculine. The role itself, since it is indeed the lead role, necessitates a fairly significant time commitment. There are a formidable amount of lines spread across multiple scripts (3-4 scripts). Casavir is in his mid 30s. Human. He is worldly, intelligent, well-educated, classy and sophisticated, appreciates art as well as combat, and is mostly reserved when it comes to his expressions. He is brave and valorous, but keeps to himself. Although he is strong physically and mentally, he can be sensitive, especially when he feels he has wronged someone; he feels pain deeply and heartily. He is kind and considerate of those around him and highly virtuous. He has high ethical standards, but he has a dark edge to him beneath the surface because of what has happened to him. He is not incapable of humor. In fact, he can be rather witty at times, but he does lean towards a more serious demeanor most of the time.
