A PROJECT FOR FALLOUT 3

SYNOPSIS
------------------------
Neighboring Tenpenny Tower lies Rocketsburg, one of the more recent settlements to have been established in the Capital Wasteland. The town was built in the ruins of an old junkyard and Red Rocket Station. The people of Rocketsburg are a colorful bunch, but all of them hold the same goal of just trying to make something of themselves in the wasteland.
This mod will add in new quests, characters, locations, and rewards to Fallout 3. The main aim of Rocketsburg is to breathe new life into Fallout 3.
WHAT IS MY ROLE IN THIS?

I will be casting and directing all the voice actors cast for a role in this project. I've been developing this mod since 2022.
WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THIS?
----------------------------
I am looking for various actors who are willing to bring the cast of this project to life. The cast is wide and varied and will need a strong cast of voice actors to deliver the lines.
INSTRUCTIONS
---------------------
If you are cast for a role, you will receive a script through CCC DMs or email with recording instructions, deadline, accent specifications, character bios, and line directions. If you want to discuss alternate communication methods, that can be arranged.
I expect lines to be sent back for all characters following the correct organization.
For auditioning, It would be best if you were recording through audio recording software like Audacity or Adobe Audition. You should export and submit your audition as a .MP3 or .WAV audio file with the settings of 44.1 kHz, 24-bit, and mono recording format.
For the audition scripts, there is a download link in the description for each role that will give you a document of the audition script. For auditioning, you must do a reading of the entire audition script. If you're already cast for a role and want to audition for another one - you can do so.

What Audience will this mod be for?

A subsection of gamers known as modders. Modders are gamers who partake in enhancing a particular game with new, independent content known as mods. Some games with popular and well-known modding communities are Skyrim, Fallout 4, Sims, and Arma 2 & 3.
How will payment be handled?

Payments will be sent after you've sent in your lines. I would strongly prefer using PayPal as a means of transaction, but if otherwise, we can discuss alternative methods of payment.
What is the eligible age for auditioning?
---------------------------------------------------
You have to be 18 or older to be eligible for being cast for a role. If you're below that age, you're not eligible.
Deadline for Auditioning?

June 14th. However, there is always the possibility for the deadline to be pushed.

Margret Hickmann is a rancher living in Rocketsburg in 2277.
Margret co-owns the town's ranch along with her husband, Goddard Hickmann. She and her husband have two kids, Billie and Zander Hickmann. Margret is in an unhappy relationship with her husband, feeling unsatisfied with him as a romantic partner. At this point in their relationship, she is only settling just for the sake of their kids. Unsatisfied seems to be a reacurring trait in her life. She feels like she was born in the wrong era, and often romanticizes the pre-war era as being a time where she could've really achieved her dreams. She tends to come off as a bit bitter and "done with it". However, this is more as a way to hide the fact that she is depressed.

Goddard Hickmann is a rancher living in Rocketsburg in 2277.
Goddard co-owns the town's ranch along with his wife, Margret Hickmann. He and his wife have two kids, Billie and Zander Hickmann. He grew up on a farm, and his parents hailed from Appalachia. He hopes that one day he and his family can go there to see what it's like. On the surface, he appears to have a happy life. He has a successful ranch that supports the town, has two kids that he loves and who love him back, and neighbors in town who he calls friends. However, behind the scenes, things ain't all peachy. His wife Margret doesn't love him and is unsatisfied with their relationship. On some level, he wonders if he truly loves her himself, or only began a relationship with her because she was up for having children and starting a life with him. Despite how he feels, he is devoted to making their relationship work - especially for their kids.
As for his voice, he speaks with a West Virginian accent. Here are some voice signatures showcasing the accent:

Cathryn Crossley is a roboticist living in Rocketsburg in 2277.
Cathryn, along with her husband Otis, are responsible for procuring robots for the town and maintaining them. She and Otis both have a son named Harvey Crossley. She's quite socially awkward and tends to blurt out weird stuff by accident. She prefers let Otis do the socializing while she works on robots and look after their son.

Otis Crossley is a roboticist living in Rocketsburg in 2277.
Otis, along with his wife Cathryn, are responsible for procuring robots for the town and maintaining them. He and Cathryn both have a son named Harvey Crossley. Otis is a happy man satisfied with his current lot in life. He has a loving wife and son, a profession he finds passion and satisfaction in, and a place he can call home. He is also good friends with Tinker Joe, as he was mentored by him when it comes to robotics. Otis will pay the player caps for any fission batteries they bring, as he needs them for powering the robots in town.

Old Man Whipple is a a repairman living in Rocketsburg in 2277.
Old Man Whipple is the go-to man for maintaining weapons and armor. Whipple is a crotchety old coot, coming off as grumpy and cranky to most folks. This attitude comes from a life of regrets, bad sleep, aching bones, loss of loved ones, and of course just getting old. Another source of his bad attitude comes from the town's kids making fun of him for having a third nipple, which he finds very embarrassing.

Kitty Resnik is a an engineer living in Rocketsburg in 2277.
Kitty Resnik is responsible for maintaining the water filtration plant in Rocketsburg. As a child, she grew up in Little Lamplight. Kitty is her actual name, as she inherited the name from always wearing a cat costume and being obsessed with a pre-war comic book series called "Kitty McPowers". She was kicked out of Little Lamplight when she turned 16 and stayed in Big Town for a brief period of time. During one of Big Town's raids by super mutants, she ran away from the town and found herself lost in the wasteland. She was eventually found by one of Rocketsburg's caravans and was escorted into the town. There, she was adopted and taken in by Yvonne Resnik, the town's previous water plant engineer. By the time of Fallout 3, Kitty is now in her 20s and have taken up the responsibility of water planet engineer after her mother's passing.
Kitty is pretty energetic and animated. She has a giddy personality.

Gregory O'Nair is a resident living in Rocketsburg in 2277.
Gregory is one of the more recent residents to have moved into Rocketsburg. Gregory has gone through a lot of hell, but now he has found tranquility in Rocketsburg. He hails from Littleton, a small town in the post-war wasteland of North Carolina. Before settling in Rocketsburg, he was a drifter squatting in and out of various towns. He was never able to find a permanent home in those towns due to lack of available space. When he came to Rocketsburg, he expected the same outcome. However, during his time there, he met Kitty Resnik. They felt a spark with each other and immediately hit it off. At that point, he decided to stay and move in with her. He has been living in Rocketsburg ever since.

Franklyn Chang-Ochoa is a self-described "wildlife culling specialist" living in Rocketsburg in 2277.
Franklyn is responsible for protecting the town from the local wildlife. When it comes to dealing with the Capital Wasteland's creatures, he will use whatever means possible to get the job done. He feels that the job isn't pretty and is pretty thankless but understands that someone's got to keep the wasteland wildlife at bay.
