Echidna is a fairly amiable person whose interest lies in intellectual pursuits. However, she is also somewhat of a sociopath who is unafraid of lies and deceit so long as it serves her goals of obtaining more knowledge.

Priscilla is an arrogant, proud, and absurd woman. She has a conviction that the world works for her comfort, and according to her words, the events around her are working for her.

Anime English Dub Voice
While Subaru tends to not read the situations he encounters, ultimately leading him to make irrational decisions, he is loyal to those he holds dear, willing to help them, even if that means taking the thorny path. He has his resolve confirmed through the many situations and circumstances he faces in the fantasy world, originally having been one to always take the 'easy' route. As a shut-in NEET, he is hopeful of the possibilities that being sucked into a new realm brings, but later realizes the realities of the predicament he is in. Eventually, he resolves himself to be faithful and protective of the ones that he cares most about.

Emilia is good-natured and likes to take care of others, though she herself refuses to admit it, instead thinking of it as her own selfishness. As a result, this often has Emilia avoid opening up to others and sharing her burdens to a very stubborn degree.

He is quite tolerant of people touching him and in fact seems to encourage fawning over his small form. Puck is quick to befriend someone if he deems the other person trustworthy (aided by his empathic abilities) as seen when he and Emilia first met Subaru.

Rem tends to speak in a superficially polite manner and sometimes acts without thinking. She holds both respect to the point of worship and guilt toward her sister for an incident in the past. Because of her respect and guilt toward her sister, she used to think of herself as inferior.

Ram is seemingly self-centered, sardonic and does things at her own pace, however in actuality she maintains a distance from people to ascertain them. She believes that Roswaal is the greatest and no one else is as precious to her, with the sole exception of her sister, Rem.

Beatrice generally looks down on others and is bad at dealing with people who try to get close to her. Despite being full of bravado, she's a lonely person, and is softhearted beyond her perceived stubbornness.

Ferris usually refers to himself in third person, calling himself Ferri-chan, though he will refer to himself as Ferris, Felix, or with female pronouns depending on the situation. He is absolutely loyal to Crusch and will do anything she says, however he will oppose her if needed. He also enjoys teasing other people, especially those that are surprised that he's male, using cutesy language and gestures to agitate them.

Unlike his older sister Frederica, Garfiel uses his mother's surname Tinsel to remember her. He was initially hostile to Subaru, as he wanted to protect the people in the Sanctuary since he believed the outside world to be a terrible place. However, with Subaru and Ram's help, he was able to face his past and overcome it. After making up with Subaru, he begins to call him Captain. He has feelings for Ram and uses various proverbs to try and impress her to no avail. As a 14 year old, he also exhibits some chuunibyou tendencies, frequently being impressed by Subaru's naming sense.

Otto is quite an unlucky person, first shown when he almost drowned in his first bath; he was accordingly born under an unlucky star. When he was young, he was treated as a pitiful child by others due to his Divine Protection, as they thought he was talking to imaginary objects.

Felt is short tempered, hot headed, and rather unladylike. Reinhard has commented about this trait several times with Felt often not caring. She is also very childish about a lot of things, although this childish nature goes away when faced with a dangerous situation. Felt is a stickler when it comes to money due to living in the slums which also blessed her with a mentality of never allowing herself to lose in any kind of way. She cares about Old Man Rom and treats him like her real grandfather. She greatly trusts Rom's word, especially when it comes to appraisals in price. Felt has stated multiple times that she resents everything about the kingdom and plans to tear it all down, which is likely due to the way Felt grew up.

Rom is a good-natured giant, with honest intentions when it comes to evaluating trinkets. He is a known alcoholic and frequents the enjoyments of drinking.

Elsa is a battle maniac, not even hesitating to injure herself if she could fight strong opponents, which was helped by her abnormal healing rate. This was also shown through her persistence.

While normally calm and serious, Crusch is honest, sincere, right, being the type of person who is destined to stand above others, though she has talent and has worked hard to reach where she is now. She is already the head of her family, finishing her work better than her father.

As a five year old child, Reinhard was a very sweet and timid kid, stuttered a lot, easily got shocked or surprised.
