By chance have you ever watched the Swat Kats?
We are aiming to make a pitch towards a video game based on the smash hit series from the 90's. We are in connections with the original creators to get contract licensing from Warner Bros. While we have created an original trailer, this will be completely redone with new and more talent.
We are currently seeking more help towards this pitch, as well as a playable demo to go towards Warner Bros, such as game designers, programmers, 3d artists, musicians, animators, and voice talent.
We currently have our foot in the door for Warner Bros to see what we have to pitch, and while there is no definite time limit, the sooner is always better. As mentioned before, we are in close talk with the Tremblays, so everything that is done on this project will be official with them.
What exactly is this?
This project is going to pick up the story several years where the animated series was unfortunately cut short.
The protagonist of this story actually isn't Razor nor T-Bone, but they will eventually tie in directly to the duo. Megakat City has made it known that the citizens have had enough of the collateral damage caused by our heroes, forcing them to retire. Without their aid, crime slowly gains a foothold, and after the Pastmaster unleashes a devastating spell from within prison, most of Megakat's worst now run rampant.
A new, yet extremely unlikely hero now rises, reborn, to take the charge of restoring order to a city now so riddled with chaos... and hopefully reignite the spark in two pilots. The direction of this game is looking to head in an open environment while consisting of a heavy action game play with semi-cartoonish violence and wanton destruction.

For the foreseeable future, we would hope to have something ready to present within the year, though no promises can be made at this time.
Also, payment is something that can be promised if the pitch is approved, but for the time being, this will all be voluntary work unless things change.

As far as microphones are concerned, an XLR is greatly preferred, but anything along the lines of the Blue line work just as well. Please also make sure your audio is clean with no background noise or reverb. Deliver at least two takes on a line.

Thomas Maine, an old gravely cat that's conceded to his fate to pass away when given a second chance at a new life and restored vitality to right the wrongs of a city plunged deep into chaos where the Swat Kats have gone missing. He firmly believes in upholding what is right, even if he was condemned to die for a crime he didn't commit. The world needs heroes, and he now has the chance to be just that.
Even as a robot, he still sounds his current age. He's worn, but his spirit is steady. Someone with experience and a cool head, but still very energized to have a body that will no longer fail him.
(Bewildered and amazed at his new body) This..... This can't be real, can it? This changes... everything!
The evidence is against me. There are multiple eye witnesses to the event, and even though I didn't commit the act, in the eyes of the Law and many witnesses I am guilty even if it was by inaction.
I know why they left. To be blamed, tossed aside, hated... I honestly can't bring myself to blame the Swat Kats. However, whether this city wants heroes or not isn't a choice. It needs someone.... If they are gone for good, then I'll do whatever I can... to see the sun shine hope down us once again.
Once a notorious criminal, Hard Drive is being given a second chance, as long as he cooperates with Maine to restore order to the city. He's still just as sly and dry witted as ever. He isn't exactly jumping at the chance to give up his life of crime, but he's spent more than enough time in the clink to rethink his options and give partnership with Maine a shot if it guarantees freedom.

Leader of the fearsome Omega Squadron, Turmoil returns to Megakat City just as she promised, wreaking havoc across the skies for absolute control, as well as hoping to woo her beloved T-Bone into her arms once and for all.
You actually believe all of what happened was coincidence? I am afraid not, my small Kitty kat. All part of my plan.
This walking tin can is to be your new protector? Pathetic cretins, all of you. It is no surprise now that my beloved T-Bone left you to rot!
Menacing but playful, naive but determined, all the things that make for an unpredictable new villain in Megakat City picking up where Hard Drive left off. A young genius that modeled her outlook on life after the electric criminal, Blackout aims to score high and ride the thrill of a lifetime at possibly getting rid of any would-be hero and living to good life.
She has a slight mania to her tone. Not a laughing idiot, but think of her more as someone with something to prove. She seeks praise from her idol, Hard Drive, like an obsessed fan, aiming primarily for his approval, whether he's gone straight or not.
In this day and age, all it takes is one person pressing the right button to bring it. All. Crashing. Down.

Granddaughter of the late Professor Hackle and the creator of Maine's new body, she works with Mayor Callie Briggs to restore hope in the city with wisdom and patience beyond her years. Far from a mad scientist, Francheska seems to truly have inherited her grandfather's grand capacity for optimism and hoping for a better tomorrow, so her voice should show just how gentle and uplifting she truly is. She is also very proud of not only her own work, but that of her grandfather's.
Astounding! He appears to be moving around rather quickly for someone that just got a new body. You're going to be a splendid hero, Maine.

The mayor of Megakat City and closest ally to the Swat Kats, Callie is at wits end while still maintaining the smallest sliver of hope. She is so very tired, but will not rest until the Swats Kats, or someone else can soothe the chaos.

Former commander of the Megakat City enforcers, Feral has retired from his position to be succeeded by his niece. With the city now without order, he blames himself from the Swat Kats disappearance and resulting lawlessness.
Update: He's the ex-commander, so his job was to protect an entire city. A no nonsense attitude, so his vocal range has a distinct high and low. His voice is projecting. He should have a mid western to John McClain type of accent

Experienced reporter at the top of her game. The city's current situation simply makes her job even more profitable, able to get a story around possibly any corner, willing to put herself and her team on the lines to get the top ratings.

The pilot of the radical squadron, Chance has grown bitter over the years for the way the city has rejected all of their hard work, choosing to ultimately give up despite Jake's constant rebuttal.
The city didn't want us. They made it loud and clear, so why should we stay? The way I'm seeing it, Jake, means Feral was right.... Eeugh, gotta wash that out of my mouth.
No better pilot than me, and no better jet than ours. That little rust bucket's gonna be be eating our fumes.
Mechanic and gunner of the radical squadron, Jake acts as the voice of reason between the duo. Even after they agree to leave the city to fend for itself, he still believes there will come a day when they will return to defend Megakat City once more.

Felina Feral is now the acting commander of the Megakat City Enforcers, now far more patient and collected than she was as a lieutenant. Where her uncle had given up, Felina has risen to the challenge to restore order, with or without the Swat Kats. While she still holds some degree of respect for the duo, a sense of bitterness towards vigilantism has risen within her due to their departure, making her not very trusting of Maine who now steps into the light.
While I always gave the Swat Kats the benefit of the doubt, I'm starting to think my uncle may have been right about masked heroes. So, Maine... What makes you any different from them.... or the Metallikats?
Enforcers, fall back! Our munitions clearly aren't affecting that thing! Get me chopper back up!!
Mac and Molly have once again broken out and are running amok about the city, and with no Swat Kats to reign them in, their spree of crime and destruction continues to go unchallenged, aside from confrontations with other villains.

Lieutenant Lars Korat is still fairly new to the Megakat Police Department, and seemingly very out of place. Despite being part of the force, he is extremely sheepish and soft spoken, often walked over by fellow officers and civilians alike. He's usually subjected to the scorn and ridicule of his superior, Captain Flynt Selkirk, who constantly berates him for personal reasons he will not share. Despite this, Lars tries his best to win Flynt's approval and to be issued out onto the streets and get out of filing.
Lars has a very soft spoken speech, almost airy in his words. When agitated or confronted, he becomes a bundle of nerves and barely keeps it together.
You know, I don't think it's very fair of you to judge Flynt so harshly. Sure, he's rough, but he has to run this place all on his own. That sorta thing can take a toll on anybody, yeah? Just give him time. I'm sure he'll come around.
O-Oh okay, e-everyone! Aw, jeeze... J-Just come this way! No panicking! F-Form a line over... over here! Sir? Sir, you... Okay, no no no, please, sir, stay back! P-put your h-hands where I can ... His plans and schemes are nearly fool proof, yet he was always outdone by our heroes. Now that they are gone, what exactly can Maine do to stop him?

Why do such a thing when you could just as easily take it with your new found power? With you at my side, no force could ever hope of stopping us!!
I know full well those insufferable Swat Kats will return one day. As long as I exist, the very notion of justice will gnaw at the deepest corners of their hearts. When they do, I will be waiting...
Archeologist expert of the Megakat City Museum, Dr. Abby Sinian has been a valuable ally to both the Swat Kats and Ms. Briggs on numerous occasions. Similar to the newly appointed mayor, Abby refuses to give up hope, perhaps even more than anyone. She is especially glad to know such horrible monsters like the Pastmaster can no longer hurt anyone... until the prison is blown open, releasing all the scum back out upon the streets. Among those who yearn for order to return to the city, Sinian is by far one of the most vocal, assuring everyone that someone, be it the Swat Kats or someone else, will step up and do what is right.

Once a brilliant scientist, Dr. Harley Street came into contact with an alien substance that transformed him into a willing servant of the hive mind simply dubbed the Ci-Kat-a. After the Swat Kats rid the world of the alien menace, Street was left alone and cut off, the voices having gone silent with no direction to follow. After so many years in hiding, he has re-emerged with the intentions of starting his own hive as the overlord. Desperation drives him onward to even possibly seek out unlikely partnerships.

Sheila O'Smilodon came from a wealthy and powerful family of rare saber tooth cats Early in her childhood, her family had struck a deal with the Manx household, only to be ruined and lose everything. Though large and strong by nature, her devastated parents were unable to cope, passing away and leaving Sheila alone and forced to grow up in the dilapidated, forsaken sections of the city. Though still relatively young, she grew strong and powerful, towering over all other cats and rivaling only Dark Kat, soon forming a band of poor and unwanted citizens under the name of the Forlorn. Fighting to survive, they now take action with the city in turmoil, making this opportunity count.
Sheila herself is surprisingly patient and compassionate for one who endured what she had. While she dislikes the notion of theft and mugging, she sees no choice if her people are to survive, only wishing for another way. Her voice is strong, her tone surprisingly gentle for one so large. Only when matters come to Ex-Mayor Manx does she begin to harbor a seething hatred, yet she still maintains composure.

Timid, diminutive, with child-like wonder, MegaKat Cities entertainment tabloids have been abuzz since the mysterious Katarina Katofskii stepped forward to claim the lost Katofskii millions. Though she may not demand attention, she has made her presence known through charitable donations and charity events with her newfound fortune. Despite flocks of adoring toms, Katarina seems to have little interest in love, until she catches the eye of former commander Feral. How was he to know this beautiful woman is the shell of an antediluvian horror on the hunt for the perfect sacrifice. To those few beings old enough to remember, Kataluna the moon goddess wrought fear and death to all that fell under her shadow. Sapping the life from men and turning women into demonic wraiths, her influence knew no bounds till she was sent into the void by heroes of olde. Called back into being by the power hungry Turmoil, who knows how many kats will perish when she is loosed upon a modern city?

A short, overweight, sweaty, power hungry man left in charge of keeping the inmates and super villains in check. Burmilla loves to see himself as the big man on campus, while all too eager to suck up to the higher powers of the city... as long as he thinks he can get something out of it. His accent is that of a southern plantation owner, very laid back with the slightest hint of greed dripping from the corners of his mouth.
Well now, how rude of me to not welcome y'all properly, Mayor Briggs. Welcome to mah little.... humble abode.

As you can see, madam Mayor, only the finest security measures to keep each of our most gifted residents.... 'comfortable'.
The Ex-Mayor has been out of office for a bit of time at this point. Under the pressures of what was happening to the city, he quickly gives up his position of power and responsibility. He still lives a rather comfortable life in his retirement, but he regrets giving up the mayor's seat... only for the sake of power, not the duty. He's a bit sore that Callie has taken his place, but given Manx, he'd be sore at anyone doing "his" job. When addressing Callie or anyone following he, he expresses a very passive aggressive tone.
I know you're doing your best, Callaaay, I really do. Still, I'll never understand why they voted for you, but at least I don't have to deal with this problem.

Techmancer and owner of the Victrola Web Club, Sugar Lips (not exposing her real name) is a punky goth that sticks to her youthful days. In the past, she acted as Hard Drive's fence for gear. She now aids her former client and Maine in their quest to save the city... by supplying the heroes with black market upgrades behind Francheska's back. Anything to stick it to that huffy big shot is absolutely fantastic, though she'll demand memory chips as compensation. She's very flirtatious and rebellious, a bit snarky.
"Yo, HD. You in there? Heard you got stuck to a 'stiff' stiff. I mean, not a bad job, for a Hackle, I guess. Still, guess it must suck being cooped up in there, huh?"
"Yeah, I bet you could use more room to move in there, right? I can help tinker with this hack-job Francheska made... but it'll cost you. Screw you, sparky, I don't work for free!"
"Why do they call me SugarLips? Why don't you kiss um and find out! Haha! Yeah, as if~"
After being passed over for a promotion in favor of Felina, Steel has finally shown his true colors. Swearing off the Enforcer name, he has created his own legion of discharged agents to try overthrow established law in favor of their own. His bitterness has completely snuffed out any good he may have had before, revealing a vindictive and hateful personality.
"WE are the real protectors of this city. Not you, not the Swat Kats, and definitely not that WOMAN!!"
"And with Feral's whore of a niece out of the picture, the Enforcers will be mine! Like it should have been!"
"It's painfully obvious none of this would have happened if Feral put me in charge the moment he became weak. Now look at this place."
Janine serves as the deputy mayor to Callie Briggs. She takes her position very professionally, perhaps even more than Callie ever did as deputy mayor. Despite the loyalty to her job, she's incredibly blunt, rude, and a bit antisocial, but is willing to lay her life on the line for Callie should the situation ever call for it. Aside from the mayor, Janine takes absolutely no crap from anyone. She has a very distinct New York accent.
"Mayor's office, waddaya want? Whazzat? Speak up! Your wastin' valuable time, mainly mine!"
"A' course, Madame Mayor. You've got a 2 o' clock appointment with that weird Francheska Hackle. Dunno why you'd even humor that nut case, but I guess ya got yer reasons. German freakshow..."
"Yeah, no. I'd tell ya t' kiss my perfectly toned ass, but then I'd be doin' ya a favor."
Ex-Enforcer sergeant Garabaldi has been retired from active duty for some years, but he isn't the sort to stop working. He now serves as direct protection to Mayor Briggs as her personal body guard. He is one of the few to know of the shady connection between Maine and Feral in the past, respecting both of them to a fault, and choosing to speak none of it to anyone. He's the sort to never shake off his military life, taking his job a bit too excessively at times. He also secretly loves Scaredy Kat cartoons. (Very R Lee Ermey-like.)
"Dr. Viper, huh? That walking, talking hand bag got out from prison!? Just WHAT do we pay you for, Burmilla!? Madame Mayor, permission to stomp a mud hole directly into this flabby crud stain's ass!"
"Were you born a fat, slimy, scumbag puke piece o' crud or did you have to work on it?"
"I may have retired from the military, crap stain, but that doesn't mean I'm about to go down like some limp-wristed catnip huffer, you piece of kitten litter..."
Konway still works for the R&D of Enforcer Bio Terror unit, though the years have made him a slight bit unnerved, still plagued exactly to just how much damage certain villains can do to the city, namely Dr. Viper. Knowing he's free once again after several years, he pours himself into his research in ways to end the horrors of Viper and those like him once and for all.
"I know its Viper. See there? Cells soaked in Katalyst 9-101. Only one batch was made, and Viper stole it!"
"Commander Feral, you've seen what both of those lunatics are capable of one their own! Something like this... I couldn't even dream something this bad!"
"Maine, was it? Look, you'll need to take this. The Swat Kats used it the last time Viper went this out of control. I'm not certain if it will have any affect on him now, but it's better than nothing."
After the incident with Zed, Greenbox served time in the penitentiary, but was let out on good behavior. Even still, his record was tarnished and Pumadine acquired all of his assets, leaving him to become a recluse.
"I guess I can understand what it's like, having a little voice in your head, telling you what to do. Sadly, yours has to belong to a megalomaniac. You have my sympathies, Maine."
"Bio-genic gravity creation!? T-That was my project! How did she get it?!"
