Vance is a lead/supporting role depending on the story, will need somewhat fast line turn around for first appearance but will be slacked for later appearances
Has to be willing to act in a romantic relationship.
Vance tends to be colder toned and quieter compared to others around them, closed off from most people even people they care for. He always seems weighed down by something, a everlooming presence following him no matter where he goes, a sense of tiredness seeming to grow with each appearance.
