Priscordian (THESIS FILM)
Project Overview
Hello! I am a 4th year animation student based in Toronto and this project will be the thesis film for my final year! Everyone is free to audition (preferably with a good and clear microphone). Good luck! I will be looking forward to all your entries!
Priscordian is based off of the first chapter of my upcoming webcomic of the same name. The film will focus on Callum and Jamison(Jamie) who are two boys with clashing personalities as they attempt to work together and defeat a big monster. This will be an action film with quite a bit of bickering so I will be looking for VAs that can hit beats and talk pretty fast. As for the budget, I am looking for applicants who can work for free but I welcome any pricing and can consider paying if I need to.
The film will be approximately 1:30 - 2 minutes long and will be fully 2D animated. I plan to start production as soon as possible and will be needing VAs soon.

Callum is an irritable swordsman with aristocratic origins.
Opposed to Jamie; Callum is poised, calculated, and a little too perfectionistic with his fighting style. He doesn't particularly agree with his friend's reckless methods and constantly fights for control.

Callum's very angsty, hence most of his lines are either annoyed, behind gritted teeth, or venting. His way of speaking is also pretty formal and does enunciate his words. My reference - Zuko (Avatar: The Last Airbender), Wirt (Over the Garden Wall), and Sasuke (Naruto).

"I could care less," Callum is genuinely uninterested and is preoccupied with something more important.
"Why do I have to continue to put up with you!?" Burdened by the other's recklessness, very irritated and growing very close to snapping.
"YOU DON'T LISTEN!! YOU'RE IRRESPONSIBLE, A HANDFUL, AND NOT TO MENTION-- RECKLESS!" Snapped and exasperated, really trying to hurt someone's feelings.
Jamison is a charming gunslinger found roaming around the city.
Unlike his counterpart, Jamie is chaotic, unpredictable, and self-taught. He finds Callum's system very confining and lame. It also doesn't help that he likes annoying the crap out of Cal.

Jamie is your textbook jock/popular kid stereotype. He's flirty, athletic, cocky, and a little mischievous because pissing off Callum is way too fun. My references - Flynn Rider (Tangled), Soren (Dragon Prince), and Marshall Lee (Adventure time).

Any accent is welcome :)
"Because I'm irresistable~" Very cocky and full of himself.
"C-Callum..? You okay?" Jamie mutters, concerned for his friend.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA NOT- THE- FACE!!" A funny, pleading scream as the monster unexpectedly charges to hit him. A little bit of comic relief.
